Hi - i have placed an order with indiacake and haven't received the order on requested time. However, i have already requested to customer service to send the order on requested time but even after that order was not delivered on time.

It totally spoiled the surprise which i wanted to give to my family. Really frustrating.

I have already order cake n flowers order no. [protected] on 13 feb which should deliver on 14 Feb... But the order is still pending and there is no response from the supporting unit of India cakes... U people are very irresponsible...
