IndiaCakes.com — Ordered cake online money deducted but not received the ordered ID details

Hi,

I haven't received the order ID number from this website though they deducted the money including transportation charges total of Rs 869/-. No one is responding in chatbot as well. Seems they are looting money in this way from the public !!

Can someone please take strong action on this to solve the lodged complaints from this forum???
