NdiaCakes has very unprofessional service. I ordered a cake
(1/2 kg) in your website for Rs.900 with delivery charge to location, after some time I received a email from you stating that we need to pay extra 200 for delivery because the delivery point is far from their location. You know my pincode during my order itself.I dont want to pay 1100 for 1/2 kg cake. So next day I called customer care to cancel the order. When I tried to contact customer she was speaking in Hindi and I told I dono hindi speak in English. Then she is doing fun that you are an Indian and you dono India. I replied I am an Indian it doesnt mean I should know Hindi. As you are doing service in my state you should know my local language or English. When I started to raise my voice she dropped the call. Is this the way you handle customers? With this attitude you cant be good at customer service.
Why your customer care forcing me to speak a language which I don't know? Do I need to learn a new language just because to buy a cake from you? I need a proper explanation else I would file a case against that customer care representative and indiacakes? Was this information helpful? |
