I ordered 2 cakes for 2 different locations today after having online chat with customer support who ensured they are delivering at the mentioned pincodes even amidnst lockdown. My order numbers are 350844 and 350846.
I paid an extra 250rs per cake to ensure delivery is done asap. I have been trying to call customer care number but no one picked it since morning. I went on online chat with the support available and they kept ensuring me that the cake is being prepared and it will be delivered till 8pm due to lockdown constraints. Now their support is also offline and no delivery has happened at both the places. I have dropped them around 5-6 mails but no response. I want full refund of my order and also a compensation for this mental trauma. I would have looked into other sites of they would have declined delivery at the first place.
