Ordered a cake and paid the amount.

Then got a mail for additional payment for deliver to "far off " location which was also paid

About 10 phone calls to customer care after the cake and flowers didn't reach. Very bad customer service as they would cut the call when asked about the order.

Now apparently they cannot deliver and have taken the money and will not give a refund but will give a coupon which if of no use to anyone
