Hi my order number is 358767, I am in tiruchendur tamil nadu, their delivery is not in my location, they have given me a coupon has refund, but how can I use the coupon if their delivery is not in my location, when asked for refund to my bank account they only say use coupon they don't understand the problem if I can I have used it their deliver is not in my location it's their fault, why I should waste my money, if their delivery is not in my location they should not have accepted the money, they asked me to send a mail, I have even mailed them, no reply from 1 month, please take some action
