Dear Sir/Madam,
I had placed a cake order, order no :510520 dated 07/02/2021 and order no :510357 dated 06/02/2021, initially the customer executive told me that it will take time to deliver the order. Later on calling 5 times, they are informing that the area is unservicable and we can't deliver. Firstly I was not informed about the order delivery and next when the executive told me that the area is out of service I requested refund for both the orders, but she informed me that the amount cannot have be refunded and will be kept in wallet.
