My daughter being in hostel far from us during her birthday had order 2 kgs cake from IndiaCakes website post customer service ensuring best service and delivery experience. But unfortunately due to covid and keeping children safety in mind school authorities denied delivery through outsider/third party. And hence had to cancel the order. While cancelling the order over phone they requested to drop an email for refund to source and I followed the procedure and dropped them an email for cancellation and refund. Post which the order never got delivered but when asked for refund they started disconnecting the calls and misbehaving and finally refused to refund to source acc.
