IndiaCakes.com — Refund of my money - Rs. 750

This is a fraud website. I had ordered a cake for my sister in Kerala on 15th Nov 2021. On their website it was shown as free delivery anywhere in India and I made the payment and placed the order. The next day when I called for the update they said I have to pay additional delivery charges of rs 250 and when I asked the reason they said coz the area is in the outskirts. I obliged and paid the delivery charges as well. Till now the cake is not delivered and status on their tracking site shows as cancelled. I haven't cancelled the order. The customer service is pathetic on calls. Biggest mistake was to trust this website. I have paid Rs 750 in total and don't know how will I get my refund.
