I placed an order for 15th feb 2022 with an additional night delivery charge as the option was available but the order was no delivered and when asked the customer support people were so rude and later one of them said its a non serviceable area so the order will be cancelled (but while placing i checked for serviceability and went through for that area) and a coupon code will be refunded. I requested for cash refund as its not my fault and am not gonna place any further orders from their site, they agreed to it and i also dropped mails to them regarding the same.
A week later i got a mail for the coupon code refund inspite of agreeing for cash refund. Later when called multiple times to discuss on this the support team just hung up on me, nobody responded properly and were super rude. At last one of them asked me to again drop a mail and they will discuss with the payment team and get it done but its been days and i haven’t received any updates from their end. This is really annoying and such a time waste for me. I am asking for my money back and this is how these people do.
