Hi i have ordered vanilla pinneple cake for my nephews birthday on[protected], when i have place the order they have not mentioned about any extra delivery charges.. Next day morning i have received message that i have to pay extra charges for delivery.. (Ps. They claim that normal delivery will be free and i have opted for normal delivery which is between 11am to 9 pm but still they did charge me extra...) and when i called their customer care the lady told me that i have to pay extra.. So i thought of to cancel the order.. For that also they take 50% cancellation charges and rest of the amount will be given as a voucher... Although i have not paid them using any voucher.. As i have paid thru credit card i should have give refund in same mode.. Now the surprising part is when the cake got delivered it was completely different cake then what i ordered... And i would also like to add that.. Their customer care representative is very very very rude and arrogant... Company is fraud... Cheatears.. Will not order anything from this site ever...
