The website failed to deliver the ordered cake and refused refund in terms of money. They are giving me a coupon code which i don't want. The customer service both via call and email are non responsive. My order number is 347670

It is resolved. There are many such pending complains. The company is big time frauds. I don't know who will take concrete steps against them.

Please help me understand here, when you say the issue is resolved, did they offered you refund or the money is returned to your account
