IndiaCakes.com — Took money but don't deliver the cake and no refund

Hi I ordered cake from your site worth rs 945 on 15/12/22
My order was supposed to be deliver on the same day but you people dint deliver and when I enquired about the same you said that you dint pay the extra delivery charges. But I never got a call for the same and I was sent an email which I read a day ago. I gave my no. There why dint you people call me. Then I said I want my refund. You people said it will be done in 10 working days. And then you people gave me a coupon 02/01/23
Now again I ordered a cake yesterday and confirmed will there be any delivery charges you people said no. And today I called you guys again to confirm when will my cake be delivered you team said by 7 but it is not delivered yet neither I have received any call or mail from your side. Now I don’t even want any coupon because this has happened with me for the second time. It is my hard earned money please refund my money . I want cash nor coupon. Very bad experience. Please do the needful.
