I ordered a cake late in the night around 1am. I received a mail after 10hrs, around 11am, saying that I have to pay 200 as delivery charges!!! Who has ever heard of such a process??? You order swiggy or through Amazon or any other online company, they charge you delivery along with the total bill...they never send a bill of delivery separate after you have paid for the product!!! I got baffled with such rude and lame responses from the customer support on chat and on phone. The worse is that the agent on call disconnects on the face if they are not able to answer instead of solving your query...thrice. And the chat/email agent is giving me a solution that I should select before 2pm or after 2pm then there will be no delivery cost!!! You know why??? Because these time slots already have an upfront cost. The tagline of your brand says FREE DELIVERY ACROSS INDIA...what's the meaning of such a tagline??? It is to fool customers?? Since there is no option for refund, I have been informed that they will give me a coupon to be used again. When I asked which address in India is such where there is no delivery, I will order there. Or better still, u give me the address of the shop or workshop and I will pick it up. But they denied. What horrible way of duping people you have found out!!! Was this information helpful? |
