Had ordered cake with the asap delivery option that has the highest charge for delivery. Called them one day before to tell them that i expect it to be at 10am in the morning. The person replied that it can be delivered early if we bake the cake at night. When today i called them they straight away replied that it is not possible. On asking that i have payed you extra for this then how you are irresponsibly saying that it is not possible. She replied that this was not her responsibility i should contact the it team. She is the one representing india cakes is she not. And after all this she had the audacity to put down the call when i was still speaking. I have never seen such unprofessional behaviour from any other marketing team. They are charging exta to the customer and then behaving unprofessionaly. Was this information helpful? | |||||

If I wanted a cake at 3 pm why would have i chosen the asap option. And if you cannot deliver the cake on requested time why charge the customer extra for it?
