I have ordered a cake for my friend's birthday who lives in uttar pradesh 203002 on 26-july at about 1 AM and prepaid the amount 677 with tax after that i received a payment received from your side by around 1 pm then i called the customer support she was so arrogant and misbehaved that this is our policy if you can pay then we will deliver else we will hold your order and hang up the call without providing proper solution. As i want that cake to be delivered because it was my best friend's birthday i paid that extra amount 275 then after a while a delivery guy called my friend that we have your order i am 80 km away you want that or not how can someone call that guy like this although i have provided my contact no and his proper address you all guys has ruined the surprise and made me embarrassed.
Want my refund with the compensation.
