India Filings has caused a dent of 20K for my company. Their representatives did not contact us on time even after stating that I need my filings done before a certain date. We ended up submitting my documents 15 days late. They took their own sweet time to do the filings, a good 3 months' delay.
GST fine - 10K
ITR-6 delay - 1K
Now, all of a sudden they realize that they didn't file ROC and we are being asked to pay a fine of 11K!
It is unethical to do this to startups and hold us for ransom. Strict action needs to be taken so they are held accountable for filing late and should be made to pay the fines on behalf of the clients. Was this information helpful? |
