No complaints really impressive service provided by India fillings & their employees. Surely would recommend more people to work with them....

This is a fraud company before taking money they harassed over phone but after getting the money they never pick up the call or reply on whatsapp message. Mrs Nimisha Shinde never call the phone after making payments. She is totally fraud lady.

This company is running fraudulent services in India. They have taken money from me to provide my TM and they have lied to me. The TM was filed with their consent, their account manager called Parthasarathi was dealing with me and he assured me that I would get it but it got objected by authorities. Despite constant follow ups they are not responding properly and they keep asking for money but not doing the job. Despote my reminders to file they take months to respond. Action needs to be taken against them immediately else they will keep defrauding customers all over India and abroad. Specially since they have our country's name and our flag as their logo, please ensure that their wrongdoings are dealt with in the harshest legal manner possible! They are spoiling the name of our country and they must be punished severely for this!

We have taken services for PVT LTD company registration and struggling with Indiafilings after paying service charges. I can say Indiafilings is No. 1 Fraud company who keep on giving fake commitment and getting money from the client. After collecting initial money then they will start blackmailing to give small small amount to take other company compliances which is mandatory whenever at begging they said you have to pay very less amount to register your business. After collecting all mandatory compliances service charge, company has stop proper responding calls, messages and email.

For our business, registration they completed but after one months also they are not responding for GSR registration and updating that waiting for documents from client. Although I have provided all documents on time then also they are saying waiting for documents. I am not able to understand without documents how they completed other registration. It seems company is doing some fraud. Also, they did some mistake in share allotment but company is not responding for correction and not responding for procedure to correct it.

Because of Indiafillins unprofessional behavior we are loosing GST credit and already loosed some client.

I would like to request to take strict actions on Indiafillings.

They took money from me and not he RM is not calling and responding and they have not opened my current account and also not provided me with the DSC.

they are a bunch of frauds and dont use their services else you will also get ripped off.

Hi, I took a business startup package from Indiafilings and was promised a current account and DSC signature.Now their RM iis not answering the call and they are not responding. Please let help me to get the refund back.

Do not go to IndiaFilings for Trademark Registration. They lure people with less charges for registration. But you end up paying many times later.
For us, they filed for Trademark registration deliberately without proper supporting documents. So the Trademark got objected. Then they asked us to pay another 2899
for amendment, another 2899 for objection reply. They also said, it may go for hearing for which we have to pay around 8000. As we did not want to waste further money, we did not proceed further.
Better to go to IP office directly for Trademark Registration.

On 28th august, I started my process with this company for company incorporation. I was told it will take 15-20 days for the process and today after 1.5months, name approval which is the very first step of the entire process is still pending. During the entire period, I have alloted 4 different RM and I kept on chasing all of them for an update on name approval. At last in the last week I have asked for a refund because of this delays and ignorance I have already lost my client.

Have purchased a compliance from them. before taking everyone was listening, explaining and committing that everything will be very smooth. however, once money is credited to their account, have to run after him as no one contacted. sales person, accountant, auditor no one is reachable. when they know how important task they have taken up.

Been facing trouble with this team. None are responding to calls neither they are taking ownership for any task.

They have one super star accountant called Sundar who doesn’t know what he is doing neither the customer is aware of what he does. One incompetent professional I had encountered in the recent past.

Am not here to point out mistakes and goo[censored]ps. They cannot be a worthy service provider for you. They will help you with salt in the wound.

Kanakupullai is way ahead of them in terms of professionalism & empathy.

Note : I did a mistake of negotiating the price with the sales team and they are making me run like a beggar. Though we are very small player in the market we have dignity and Donot want to loose it.

Kindly request your help to get our hard earned money back. I had paid 43000 to these people.

I submitted an application for new company registration and paid all associated fees. They also gathered all the necessary documents, but I see no progress and its been a month now. And they constantly replace their RMs. The entire staff is untrained and illiterate, rendering them incapable of resolving my issue. Hopefully Indiafiling's sole purpose is to collect processing fees and provide unsatisfactory service.

I had applied for new Company Registration and I paid all the fee amount as well. They also collected all the required documents but there is no progress in my work. Frequently their employees were getting sick and they were changing your RM's like anything. All the staff were not trained and they were not that much literates to resolve your concern. Hopefully Indiafiling concept is just to collect the processing fees and just giving unsatisfactory responses to the clients. And their employees were too busy that they were always having meetings i don't know what meetings they would have whole day.I am not blaming here its my experience with india filings. Definitely i ll never recommend anyone to this, its a waste of money more than that waste of time better spare more and get it done your registrations with the local agents or with the auditors its much better and you can also have some relaxation.

India Filings has caused a dent of 20K for my company. Their representatives did not contact us on time even after stating that I need my filings done before a certain date. We ended up submitting my documents 15 days late. They took their own sweet time to do the filings, a good 3 months' delay.

GST fine - 10K
ITR-6 delay - 1K

Now, all of a sudden they realize that they didn't file ROC and we are being asked to pay a fine of 11K!

It is unethical to do this to startups and hold us for ransom. Strict action needs to be taken so they are held accountable for filing late and should be made to pay the fines on behalf of the clients.

I took their 6200 rs package for OPC registration. It has been 2months now. I don't even get any response from them anymore.

Fraud company, took 38, 000 rs from me, did no work for one year, and not even refunding the amount they promised they would refund.
I paid the amount for gst service in 3 diffrent state, zero work done.

Ms. Lakshmi Shinde sold me a package for Rs 9899 that included bookkeeping & GST filing.

I made the payment yesterday, and now my Account manager Ms. Senorita Jain S is claiming that my package doesn't have Bookkeeping and I have to pay Rs 2000 extra per MONTH!

I complained on[protected] also but still have not received any response.

Both the ladies neither replied to a text nor answered my calls. You guys are cheats, I will go to the consumer forum and take legal steps.

Finally, when Lakshmi answered her phone she abruptly handed it over to her senior/manager (apparently Lakshmi was crying so badly that she could not handle her work) who rudely told me to write to you and my refund will be transferred in 30 days!

When I called back to get this senior/manager's name, they just hung up on my face and are not answering my call again.

I want a full refund immediately and do not wish to keep any relationship with unprofessional people like you.

I will warn people against you guys on Social Media and everywhere possible.

I paid for a copyright registration over a year ago and it still hasn't been done. I have confirmed the possibility of getting it and it is a unique name in the market yet it stands objected since over a year and no action has been taken after assuring me it is possible. The agents keep passing the buck but do not refund the money. Nor do they have an RM who updates me on any progress moreover there hasn't been any since over a year. My experience with the copyright has been frustrating and I have had the patience for years now but there has been no progress at all. I strongly do not recommend this company for any IP-related registration.

They took servives for GST Filing and Yearly compliance, and Auditor fee extra. All together nearly 40000/-.
But on every three months they will fire their staff who reached the maximum services from clients like me.
if we contact the new manager they will tell old RM has resigned and we need to pay fine for late services.
they are getting money and doing gambling in the name of Indiafilings.

I took the LLP Registration service from @IndiaFilings on 29 June 2022 by paying 7200 INR. Even after 2 months, there is no progress in my registration progress and also asking to pay an extra amount for name registration. When we ask for a 100% refund they don't reply to our messages and calls.

I have taken premium service of indiafilings online by paying 23, 000/- initially for company incorporation. They have taken all the details, all your signed documents, pancard, aahdhar card, bank statements, and even got my DSCs downloaded with them.

for three months they kept on saying that still it is in approval stage...
one fine day, when i asked them they are saying it is not happening and said will refund and transferred to other departments

when i asked them for refund, they said that it's been 3 months and according to their refund policy, they will not be able to refund my money back.

they even kept my DSCs, when asked about them they are not answering...

The have a bunch of ### in the company who don't respond you, once you have made the payment.

Before making them payment, i have read several negative reviews about them everywhere, but thought that this may be a defaming act by some opponent companies.

But later only after taking services from them I realised, that this company is super false in its commitments. NEVER go for their services, or one day you will end up with no option, than, writing a review like me!

I took their services for Partnership Firm Registration with GST and MSME certificate...It has been 21 days from the day i made the payment, and my GST no. has not yet been received...On calling them, they don't pick calls and even don't respond properly when they pick.

Indiafilings took money from me 4 years back to register a company in india which they failed to do so. Now when i am asking them to return the money they are showing attitude and telling me they will deduct 20% from the entire amount.

Kindly take this issue on a serious note.

When trying to register a company from overseas, they promised a package with all services included but now they take the money and never complete anything on time. After chasing them for completion of work and providing documents, they keep asking for the same documents again and again. They never stick to a deadline and are always late. What a pain it has been dealing with them.

They took every required documents even completed DSC of both directors.
And took money and took all documents.
Then after one month they can not complete the registration of company.

I have made payment and given all asked documents and it’s been 7months. There hasn’t been any updates or responses from Indiafilling.No one answers the call, no reply for messages. A clear case of cheating
