I paid for a copyright registration over a year ago and it still hasn't been done. I have confirmed the possibility of getting it and it is a unique name in the market yet it stands objected since over a year and no action has been taken after assuring me it is possible. The agents keep passing the buck but do not refund the money. Nor do they have an RM who updates me on any progress moreover there hasn't been any since over a year. My experience with the copyright has been frustrating and I have had the patience for years now but there has been no progress at all.
