When i made the payment for Miyar Valley it was 8 days itinerary however after the payment the itinerary got changed and the option was put to choose 8 or 7 days. Indiahikes need to adjust the amount as I didn't agree to 7 days thing at the time of payment. With the change in itinerary IH kept extra money in their pocket as they charged for 8 days.

I had cancelled the trip on June 8th but i m yet to receive my refund. I have been following up for 3 weeks now with no resolution. I need this resolved ASAP.

This is with respect to smoking and having weed in Buran Ghati trek on 25th September trek.
Indiahikes team identified 2 people smoking on day 1 of the trek. Ideally they should be sent down as per strict guidelines of Indiahikes and considering the safety of participants that it will be impacting in trek and its safety. But they decided to take them ahead with the trek.
On every passing day more number of participants started joining them and a day before pass of Buranghati trek leader Manthan caught 13 people having weed (having weed is illegal in India). The weed was provided by Indiahikes guide Anil to the participants. Even after catching the participants the trek leader took the call to send the participants down, but the next day all of the participants joined us as early as 4 AM - jeopardising the safety of all the trekker.
At the height of 15, 000 feet their can be many medical consequences of this situation - in the extremity it can be fatal as well.
The senior leader like Dushyant allowed it, that's a bigger shame.
On the top of that when I informed about this experience to Rutuja the trek experience leader she did not even bothered to call me or check on the details. Then when I posted a comment talking about it in their YouTube video that's when they started taking all the actions. They call themself as the safest trekking organization - I have done 7 expeditions before this - in none of them I faced such a situation.
As a part of compensation for hampering my trekking experience and not taking safety seriously I am requesting full refund for me and my wife - it includes trek cost, offloading cost and amount paid for separate tent.
This is step one, if you are not fulfilling the request I won't mind sharing this experience in more open forums and public domain with a blog.

I had booked a trek with indiahikes to hampta pass scheduled on 18th august 2018. But the day i had my flight to delhi from bangalore, i received a message from trek coordinator asking to delay the travel by 1 day due to bad weather conditions in himachal pradesh with a clipping saying himachal pradesh govt is not giving permit to enter and all the highways are closed as a result i decided not to join the trek and missed my flight. But now indiahikes is not agreeing to refund the paid amount back. Kindly look into my issue and help me with the refund.

Very recently i have been trying to have query with india hikes regarding the trek i am planning,
In the beginning they responded well and good, but there was one query which i kept asking again and again, there was no proper reply front them, so my friend decided to call them,
The person who picked up the call was pratima,
She literally shouted and spoke in an indecent manner with my friend, which is not acceptable no matter who ever you are.
It is our right to ask as many questions as we want, no one can disrespect there customers.
I was really looking forward to indiahikes as compared to all other ones, but now it has disappointed me to the highest level, i wonder how will they manage the trek with politness for the beginners,

I want you to take action against the person who spoke to my friend, and need an apology mail.

We have booked one parcel from Bangalore to Dehradun on 20/2/2016. total no of carton are 6 ...its still not reached at dehradun why? many times i called to different department ..every time they are not respond to my call
