Regarding delay service and neutral bus ride

Bus driver rides too slowly just by 50 kmph always ride with neutral gear not reaching at right time. What ig we need to go very urgent?

3 Hours delay, no rest stop for female passengers

Recently travelled with VRL bus from Hyderabad to Bangalore on 3 Apr 24 with my mother who is senior citizen, the complete journey was very uncomfortable for the following reasons
1. Wrong pick location provided - Asked before 20 minutes to cross a busy road and come to other side for pick up to a senior citizen.
2. Multiple stops provides to male passenger for toilet at road side which delayed the bus further, no organised...

VRL bus service

We have booked ticket from Mumbai to Bangalore through vrl bus from your website. While booking the bus till making payment there wasn't mentioned that RTPCR negative report is required. That is only mentioned in vrl website. There were two ladies who had to travel today 3/10/21 but at the end moment the bus ppl are asking for reports, we mentioned them that no reports but we have vaccination certificate of 2 dose completed. not stopping for lady passengers toilet emergency

Traveling from mumbai to goa via vrl bus. And despite of multiple request to hault any place of convenience for a toilet emergency, the bus driver did not. He was stopping for men but not for lady passenger stating there is no toilet on the way. Despite of passing multiple petrol pumps and rest stops even bus pick up points. amount deducted ticket not booked by vrl portal

Buses not stopping on toilets for women on long journeys

VRL bus on a trip from hubbali to Mumbai didn't stop at any toilet despite the female passengers making multiple requests on a 10 hour long drive. The bus stopped twice in the middle of the highway for male passengers to attend natures call. Lack of toilets was cited as the excuse for not stopping anywhere. Cancellation of ticket

I have travelled from bengaluru to visakapatam tr no i s 8555720 on 13 october after two hours of journey the bus got damaged .the main reason for the damage was the bus was not tested before the start of journey.
I am thinking that vrl travels was playing with people risk.
And the bus reached the destination late by 5 hours so that I lost my interview.
Again I booked a ticket on vrl travels. From visakapatam to bangalore...
