Regarding delay service and neutral bus ride

Bus driver rides too slowly just by 50 kmph always ride with neutral gear not reaching at right time. What ig we need to go very urgent?

I'm very disappointed by VRL services I had to reach the destination by 6 AM it's 8:21 AM still in the bus and showing one more hour to reach the destination. Please do arrange replacement bus or refund in such cases. Bus is very as slow running at 30kmph. This is the third time i am facing this issue, this time i will take this issue legally if I don’t get any response from VRL.

    From Hyderabad to Gokarna, we have a bus reservation made. We received a call from the VRL travel agency informing us of a roadblock on the Gokarna route. The VRL bus was canceled since there was no backup bus available, according to our bus partner ABIBUS, who also informed us of the incident.
    It is evident from this that we cannot rely on them and reserve the bus because they are untrustworthy and It is terrible that they ended the call without providing the passengers with a decent response.

      Myself Adithya D A, the passenger traveling from Bangalore to Mantralay.
      I booked bus at may 29 2024 and the pick up point was Rajarajeshwari Nagar Kanthi sweet at 8.15pm, I waited till 9.30 the bus didn't come and I called the them they told the bus has left the place and told to come to anadha roa circle by your own transport.
      Then what's the use of me booking ticket from rajarajeswari nagar, I wasted my money on cab also who will refund that?
      This is worst critical condition I have faced in vrl.
      Vrl being old and famous company does like this, then it's waste booking vrl.
      # worst VRL agency.

      Please rise the complaint and help me about this.
      I will be awaiting for your response.

        1. Suitcase kept in baggage cabin in water and cloths were wet which was observed after get down in hyderabad
        2. It is surprised to see that, leakage started after rain in seat no. U2.

        3. While coming from hyderabad to hubli on 6th May, 2024 (Hyderabad to Belgaum Bus)Drivers don't know the routes of Hyderabad and driving with Google Map thereby causing late arrival.

            I am travelling back from Goa to Bangalore and the driver stopped at 12:30 at Karwar for dinner and we were told 20 mins for dinner. Everyone on the bus got down but my daughter was unwell so she was sleeping. We did not know that the driver was locking the bus ( he did not inform). Everyone had the food and came and tried to open the bus but it was not opening I too tried but people told me sir it's locked so I did not try again, after abt 5 mins the driver came and tried to open the door but it was not opening then the back up driver came and tried to do something and he started yelling at all the passengers asking who tried to open the door, tell them to talk to me and shouting at the top of his voice, I walked up and asked him what happened and we got into an argument he is a very rude person please take action against this behaviour. First for locking the bus and not informing the passengers, there were senior citizens standing and waiting the least they could have done was to inform that if you want to go inside just let us know, they did not do that and all this drama happen.

              The one person ( he told his name as basavaraj) i asked him to turn off lights after bus leaving manglore..he didn't turned off till Udupi..me and my nxt passenger also requested him initially and he was very rude and challenged as to complaint..he don't care at all...if necessary action should be taken or else I'll take this to manglore police ... since he was very rude in behaviour

                As we have booked AC coach bus yesterday from almatti to Bangalore (11/04/2024) and when we started journey it was AC bus and in middle of journey AC stopped working and at Chitradurga they have made us to change bus due to AC. And they have provided the non AC coach from Chitradurga.

                And as we booked AC and we travelled in Non AC. We need refund for the same.

                Kindly have action on this

                  Dear sir/madam
                  My bus timing is at 9:45 pm, I am writing this complaint at 10:15 pm already half an delay but still bus is not ready to leave even after all passengers in bus they are only waiting for parcel delivery, to full, this is not the first time every time on this route same problems happens and it just irritate the passengers, kindly request you to take a action and plz sincerely maintain the timing, if this is the case booking vrl buses is completely waste of time and waste of brand name

                    3 Hours delay, no rest stop for female passengers

                    Recently travelled with VRL bus from Hyderabad to Bangalore on 3 Apr 24 with my mother who is senior citizen, the complete journey was very uncomfortable for the following reasons
                    1. Wrong pick location provided - Asked before 20 minutes to cross a busy road and come to other side for pick up to a senior citizen.
                    2. Multiple stops provides to male passenger for toilet at road side which delayed the bus further, no organised...

                      I booked my house shifting consignment from Chennai to Hyderabad through VRL company, it turned out to be fraudulent company. They promised me high quality truck to carry my consignment but sent a small truck. They jam packed all the house holds as a result all the sensitive material got damaged when I received in my new home (Hyderabad). They collected huge insurance amount but they are refusing to pay for the damaged items. Kindly take some action against these fradusters. Following are the numbers of sales team.

                        Hotel tourist Dhaba No good food, prices are very high., Zero hygiene..worst toilets.I wish your management team person should come n pee here and hope he will stand for 1 min.

                        Please maintain some standards of VRL just releasing new colorful buses doesn't help.

                          I am travelling in bus from hubli to ahemdabad bus number KA25D4863, it's coming from Bangalore, after that they stopped service in Belgaum saying that bus is not having permit for other state & another bus is coming in 1 hr but after that it takes them to arrange bus after 5 hr, and they had sended ordinary bus not multi exel bus which we have booked tickets, all passengers got problem in highway and vrl customer care is not responding any they just cut out call, I want my amount refund.my contact no is [protected]

                            Initially i was trying to book 2 seats, at the end i got error and couldn't confirm seats. Even i checked booking section I didn't get any message related to debited amount. Later i booked 2 seats and got message from bank related to debit of amount from my account... After that i got your message of earlier bookings . Kindly look into it..and refund my amount

                              Hello,

                              I'm writing about VRL Bus Bad Experience. I was travelled with banglore to Goa on Dec 23rd 2023.

                              After I book, I didn't got any proper details about bus like bus driver contact number, bus number, Tracking details. I Received only PNR Number and bus timings.We have enquire the bus details with their reception each time. Because everyone asking the bus details.

                              After I got bus, They didn't provide water bottle, Blunkets. VRL Bus mentioned arrival time 8.15 am To Goa but it reached by 12 pm 3 hours 45 minutes delay. They don't have proper alert messages, Apologies email too. If you guys wanna reach on time better avoid VRL Travels.

                              Note : While return back to banglore, we need show the ticket for Using the Toilet.

                              Thanks for Good service VRL Bus service.

                                They haven't stopped for food or washroom
                                They stopped for lunch at 4 and then straight for dinner at 12 midnight also they didn't stop any where for washroom.
                                After paying soo much money they couldn't stop for food??
