Dear team, I am travelling from Pune to Nagpur thru bus MH09EM4156. Pick point mentioned on my ticket was CHINCHWAD, OPP PRADHYAPAK RAMKRISHNA MORE PREKSHAGRAHA. NEAR P.M.T.BUS STOP, whereas
VRL person (mobile [protected]) called me 10min before the departure & changed the pickup point to Big Bazar which is very dengerous due to heavy traffic.

This kind of insensitive behaviour spoils the VLR image. Next time i will...

There is 2 hours traffic here at near surat near kamrej on NH48.
Now any traffic control team to remove it.
Traffic controller taking challan of crore rupees but not solving traffic like that.
Very awakened people of nh48.
Bakwas log bakwas authority.

    One of the worst bus service, they don’t value time all they care is about their diesel and for that reason drivers are said to drive slow to save diesel. I have taken these buses for couple of times and none of the time they have reached on time cuz they are advised to drive slow. Such a big company and such a pathetic service they offer. Shame. Whenever I have booked the bus it has always been late and when I asked the bus driver they said they are advised to drive slow doesn’t matter if the bus gets too late cuz they need to save the fuel. Pathetic and shame on the VRL owner

      Worst bus service there is no time punctual for ur bus service i have to reach my destination at 7;30 am still bus is far from my destination

        VRL Travels — Missing Mobile Ear phone (one plus which cost 2000 rupees)

        I lost my ear phones (one plus wired with Bluetooth Rs 2000 ) in the below mentioned VRL travels, i was checked with driver while leaving he said there is no camera sir to find who took and also i was checked with other passengers as well but no one responded to me.
        I called to VRL customer service but they said please lodge your complaint in nearby police station. So is it correct step to go ahed and lodge complaint on VRL travels...

        VRL Travels — Incomplete details of Travel

        Pick up bus drops at one point and the bus will be at the another point waiting for us.
        No proper details regarding Driver contact number and Bus number on time...

        There is an issue with bus, waiting from 2 hour in vrl food stop, from a hour bus driver saying another bus is coming but still not yet came. Very bad service.

          VRL bus breakdown at Satara at 4.30 AM with number KA25AA5991. We booked a VRL double sleeper bus from Hubli to Mumbai which started at 8.30 PM from Hubli. The total amount of the trip was 2550 rs. From the start of the trip there were multiple technical issues with the bus and the bus stopped at multiple places from Dharwad to Kolhapur and multiple repairs took place at the VRL depot. The bus broke down at Satara at 4.30 AM. We were stranded...

            As above mentioned amount deducted but seat not booked on date 2/06/2022 seat booking from dharwad to kundapur @10;15
            while booking at payment process amount got deducted from account rs.2501 but seat not booked. The screen shows error payment failed. I kindly request to refund the deducted amount asap and resolve our problem.

              I am a passenger traveling from Hubballi to Raichur, it's been more than 1 and half hours the bus not started yet.
              The bus has being loaded with goods and packages so long .
              I don't understand is this an passenger traveling bus or goods bus.
              Bus number- KA25C7540, seat number 14 and 15, date of travel[protected]
              Very poor service
              Too late

              Dear Valuable Traveler,
              My wife faced very bad experience while traveling in your bus today 25.May.2022 from Kolhapur to Bangalore by bus no. 6003. Driver demanded 250 Rs more for lugage, even we have two seats booked and having 3 bags only. 2 Bags kept inside the bus under seat & 1 kept on seat only, giving reason that there is no space at down.

              It was like guilty type feeling. Please look into this matter. Otherwise we will not prefer your bus henceforth.

                  Details: in nutshell. Bus No. MH09EM6752. Tr.No.20909602, fair Rs.6000 paid. On 18/03/22 undertaken journey from Solapur to Wardha, 550 k.m. with 4 Family members, one was 78 yrs old. I had to undertake connected journey to Chandrapur City. From Solapur to Chandrapur no direct connectivity is there by any Mode of Transport. It was midsummer, journey was in Vidharbha Area. Temperature was above 43cc. AC of Bus was down...

                  I booked AC sleeper. I don't know why their AC is not able to reduce the temparature. It's too hot and AC is not working in the travel. They are saying ki ab kuch nhi kr skte. Charging sockets are not working. No individual lights in the travel. Forget all other things but i have to travel with no ac in 42 ° temperature. Worst experience.

                    VRL — Misbehaved when asked for excess rates for shipment

                    My self Aruna Pyla Proprietor of Anjana Traders Narsipatnam PIN-531116. We have been using VRL Logistics for our shipments from all over India. Recently we had a shipment which costs around 1000+ rupees. VRL TUNI, PIN-533401 has transported the shipment without our confirmation regarding the excess cost which should be paid for the shipment. After shipment they were expecting 1250 rupees additional money just for the transport from VRL TUNI...
