Based on feedback from your site, i have purchased ms office 2016 from m/s. Infotech harware technologies, hyderabad and payment of rs 2000/- was made online to indiamart. But vendor is not responding inspite is regular follow up thru your site, telephone & whatsapp.

It seems that your company is totally unprofessional that in every step reminder is required after making payments.

Please expedite gst invoice immediately.in case, vendor is not able to issue gst invoice even after 10 days, please refund the money.

I purchased goods through an indiamart ‘verified seller’ and the supplier ‘jagadamba glass beads’ and after pay, ent was made the seller kept telling me that the goods were on their way but i never received anything, this was over a 6 month period!? I contacted indiamart for assistance so they tried to contact the seller but received no reply and as such offered ‘legal action’ against the seller to have this problem resolved which i thought was fantastic at the time!! The ‘legal action’ consisted of another letter asking the seller to respond and have this problem sorted out but they also received no reply and as such that’s the extent of the offered legal action, pretty poor if you ask me!! I have no chance of a refund and will never deal through indiamart again!! If you are ‘happy’ to take the chance of losing your money and never receiving anything you paid for then go ahead but i suggest that you give indiamart a miss!! They are nothing more than a ‘paper tiger’ and offer very little to no help when one of their ‘verified sellers’ steals your money and runs!!

Indiamart is a fraud.. We have proved to there sales executive and superior how indiamart cheats. We have been assured by mr swapnil and yogesh about refund but mr. Kunal mishra (Sr. Manager business delivery) mailed us and said that there is no such policy of refund and we are liable for renewal also. Indiamart is sharing your details with third person even if you have not allowed them to do so. They are fraud...

R/sir, i am buyer from jalna. Currently in last month i have sent requirement of taiwan red lady papaya seeds on indiamart. Indiamart sent me list of supplier. From that i have purchased papaya seeds (30 pkt of rs.78, 000) from shriram enterprises, agra mr. Sharma. Seeds received me vai courier but it is blackish. So i informed sharma. Sharma told no problem & it is my guarantee of quality seeds. Under nursery after 10 days seeds found no germination at all.
So tried to contact sharma. But your provided m.[protected] found nofacility of incoming call. Kindly make the needful to help me for sharma contact & providing other good germinated seeds pkts. I am always thankful to you.

I have paid around 33000 rs. She had been telling me she shipped my product. I have not received anything. I have asked for tracking number countless times. She has stopped replying. Your "verified seller" has been making unwarranted demands since the inception of my order. He has already asked for around if not above rs.55, 000 for originally priced goods of about rs.9, 000.
Now he is asking for stamp duty charges which as far as im concerned has nothing to do with playstation product.

आज दि० 16/03/2018 समय 3:15pm पर मेरे रजि० मो० नं० [protected]पर [protected] नं० से India Mart के employee अंकित शर्मा जी का फोन आया जिसमें वह मुझसे पेडसर्विस के लिए कह रहे थे। बात करते समय उन्होंने मुझसे कहा कि आप मेरे से जुड़़े मैं आपको 14-15 lac महीने का कारोबार करके दूंगा इतना तो आप खुद भी नहीं करते होंगे। मैंने इस बात पर एतराज किया तो बोले अपना ITR की कापी मुझेे what'sup करो ।मैं(अंकित शर्मा) आपको(मुझ) व्यापार करना सिखा रहा हूं मुझसे सीखो।मैंने उनसे इस दुर्व्यवहार के लिए नाराजगी जतायी तो कहने लगे कि अगर दिक्कत है तो indiamart पर से अपना account deactivate कर दो।
अगर मैं indiaMart पर से अपना account deactivate कर/ करवा/ कर दिया जाता है तो मुझे अपने उत्पादों को indiaMart जैसे बडें बाजार बेच नहीं पा सकूंगा और मुझको आर्थिक तंगी होगी जिसका अनुमान लगाना संभव नहीं है अर्थात असीमित होगी। उनके इस दुर्व्यहार से मुझेआर्थिक, मानसिक व शारीरिक पीड़ा हुई है ।अतःःआपसे प्रार्थना है कि उनindiaMart के employee अंकित शर्मा पर कारवायी करने की कृपा करें।

We have paid 90 thousand rupees advance for star supplier service. The executive vishnu requested to take the service we have paid amount 15 days back to indiamart. Till now no response from indiamart team. Please look into this issue and do the needful. Indiamart is not safe to do business. Once received amount their approach is different. Please don't suggest this to any one.

I already made payment to said registered supplier of indiamart... But still he is not giving any reply... He taken money... But not giving my material either my money whichever i paid to him... Satyapal sharma owner of siddharth global is a total fraud. He will take your money with western union keep it for several months and not give you any products or changing the bags that you initially agreed upon using excuses like the fabrics, are too expensive now, so he sais he cant make what originally was agreed upon and forcing you to basically accept other bags that he overcharges, so you dont loose your money completely. I found out through his facebook page that he did the exact same thing to two others! Now he even deleted these reviews on the facebook page. Dont trust him at all! He is a fraud that needs to be stopped. On top of it he used the design i gave him and forced the other customer to accept the exact same design so she wouldn't loose her money!

I havnt use a single lead from india mart till i started worked with them. I told them to stop services as i cannot afford 2500 evry month moreover i dnt hav enough time to sit on internet and check the info they send us named as 'leads'. Told them 3 times to stop it but they are deducting 2500 evry mnth from my account. It is simple harrasment and torcher both mentally and financially... They told me that it is very simple to start and stop services with us but trust me once you give payment to them they dont even bother about you anymore. Most unprofessional staff they had. I am vey depressed as i have paid 9*2500 i. E. 22500 inr.. I havent even used a single lead from india mart still they cost me around 27500 in last 9 months... Super ridiculous company and most nonsense rules they have.
