IndiaMart — bad service executive dealing | |||
#indiamart #badexperience #vulnerable-dealing Today i got a call during client meeting from the customer service executive of indiamart regarding joining their paid membership programme for digital marketing. Actually he had discussed the terms & conditions of joining this, few days back. But somehow due to busy schedule, i forgot to activate the online link and do the transaction. Thats it! I think i have done this much to make him use harsh and high tone on the call! He used some hard words! N believe me my phone was on loudspeaker! In front of my client, i felt embarrassed! I replied, “is this the way you approach all your clients? Is this the way indiamart promote the business? Lets please cut the call.” Saying “thanks for wasting my time” he cuts the call. After around a hour, a got another call from the dealing hand who dealt with me from indiamart complaining my mistake to not crediting the amount. I just give her the feedback about the previous call, and how embarrassing his words prove in front of a client. And asked her “ do they record calls” and she simply smiled and said, “ no sir, we don’t”. She tried hard to convince me to do the transaction and get the membership, somehow i believe to hold on the transaction for some more days. #badimpression #indiamart Was this information helpful? | |||

I ask them to stop my service for which I am paying 3000/- monthly, I informed them on 6 Nov, monthly deduction date falls on 10 th of every month, they said 4 days is not enough to stop ECS.
