IndiaMart — I haven't received my extra items till date

I had to make an adjustment of rs 8300 with sp sporting house but the person doesn't pick up the phone. All the items provided by him was not what i ordered but still i accepted it but when it came to adjusting my due amount he uses all kind of excuses. The supplier should not be allowed to use indiamart platform. My shopping experience using indiamart platform was just terrible. Iam sure i won't be using it anymore. I just want u to resolve this matter early and do take stringent action against the supplier sp sporting house. This is my 2 nd complaint against the supplier. The first got resolved.
