. We have registered in indiamart in the name kwality furniture. On 2nd we negotiated a deal with aqul jal (Mr. Kalandhar) for purchase of ro spun, memberane etc totalling to 17000 and we have made a payment for the same on the same date through gpay (As the neft of our bank had some technical glitches) with a promise that the seller would dispatch the same day. On the next day he said that he could not dispatch as per promise due to heavy rains in bangalore. He again stated to us that he had some personal problems and hence he would refund the money but till today neither has he given the product nor refunding the money. He hardly picks the phone and despite voice messages and written messages sent in what's app. I called indiamart and they stated that they could not help much as the payment was not made though their gateway. However they helped me in speaking to the supplier and he has stated that he would pay back the amount or deliver the goods by 14th september. However what shocked us is the way indiamart having such suppliers with a verified tick? Buyers are misled by this tick and go for purchase.
