The worst customer service experience... I have requested for refund on 11th March.. And still on 18th March I didn't get any refund.. I have contacted indiamart on 11th, 13th, 16th, 18th March and every time I got the same response that (your complaint is in progress, please wait for 24-48hours).. This is the worst experience.. I request to indiamart to please refund my money. And now I'll make sure to not pay through indiamart... I am never going to use this app in future. I will tell everyone to not use the indiamart and if you use don't pay through indiamart... They're playing with us... Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (1)

I trusted indiamart and paid through paywith indiamart options and that's the biggest mistake of my life. It has been one month since I applied for refund but still they didn't refund. And everytime I contact them I got the same response that (YOUR COMPLAINt is in progress, please wait for 24-48hours). I have lost my money and I know they are not going to refund it. So, beware of THIS WEBSITE, don't paywith indiamart. They are ###s. It's a scam

Indiamart is fraud.. It's completely fake. I trusted indiamart and paid through paywith indiamart options and that's the biggest mistake of my life. It has been one month since I applied for refund but still they didn't refund. And everytime I contact them I got the same response that (YOUR COMPLAINt is in progress, please wait for 24-48hours).
