IndiaMart — wrong commitment and excess money deduction, fraud company | |||||
I was interested for ilp because i was been communicatd to get top fixed location and only industry leader in one catorgory will be given and 1 il will get 10 products, but when i subscribed it was not as per the commitment there were more then one il in one catagory and position started shuffling, it was misleading communication just to get money so i requested for closure of the services on ilp. Without any confirmation or prior communication 2 lacs are deducted against taking services for less than 60 days. I am chasing regional manager and concern person so was managing my account from almost 4 months, they are just prolonging the matter.
