I have purchased car with Rana Rakesh Bali
1, 15, 000/- rs and it’s model 2014 & car no.MH02DJ6327 and it’s address is Azad Nagar Prem Sagar chs LTD Bilding 04 04/404 near apna bazar post office Andheri (w) Mumbai-400053 today has been said to me indian army transport services courier services to send a vehicle but vehicle has not to be send me and transport the vehicle are charges are totally gain me

I approach to buy mi note 7 pro today, from olx by amry person (Sepoy vikas patel). We discuss and deal on 6000 for it, he asked to pay me 500 on paytm before sending parcel, rest of the amount we discuss to pay at delivery time. I paid 500 on paytm number which he told was of his army head. Delivery didnt came in time. So i called him he gave me the delivery boy's contact, when i called him he asked for 31rs as parcel conatins army stamp, now just i found all this is fraud activity. I want police to caught these person and help me get my 500 back. Below his detail.

I have deal with vikas patel he said he is a indian army officer, he transferred to rajasthan before some day. He want to sale his car posted add on olx.

Becuase his friend said that the vehicle is on his name. And he us from my city.
He call me when deal final and said to me for gate clearance his manager asking for assurance amounts that is 20% to dispatch the bike.

And i am sending him 20% that is 27000
To the his manager name subeen khan via phone pay and online transaction to contact no [protected]. After this he said me ur parcel is dispatched.

On next day around 10am one man call me and said ur parcel is reached to pune.

After some time he again call me and said the dispatch manager of his department is said that pay remaining amount. When he get parcel this amount is return to him. He is said that he is postman from indian army

And i read about vikas patel on websites of consumer complaints.

After that he call me and said u r not paid full amount of deal first u pay this after that airport manager leave him for delivery.

But i am refused his demands. And he said he ua rejecting order.
I ask him for refund he said it may come after 3months.

I am in full of frustration right now. Becuase all amounts that i have send to him is lending from friends.

Please please please help me...

I have deal with vikas patel he said he is a indian army officer, he transferred to indore before some day. He want to sale his bike posted add on facebook marketplace.

He send me his details i have attached with this complaint.

I am not trusting on him thats why i am asking for his known person in my location. He said me one name and contact no of his friend.

After contacting his friend i have final deal with vikas patel in 25000rs. Becuase his friend said that the vehicle is on his name. And he us from my city.

He call me when deal final and said to me for gate clearance his manager asking for assurance amounts that is 20% to dispatch the bike.

And i am sending him 20% that is 5000
To the his manager name jora singh via google pay to contact no [protected]. After this he said me ur parcel is dispatched.

On next day around 12pm one man call me and said ur parcel is reached to mumbai airport.

After some time he again call me and said the dispatch manager of his department is said that the this parcel is to civilian and not for any army officer thata why he has deposite 32600 rs as a assurance deposit when he get parcel this amount is return to him. He is said that he is postman from indian army

I have seen a advertisement of marithi suzuki wagner kl 32 c 4338 he told me his name is vikash padal and he is in crpf and want to sell his car due to sudden transfer to jammu, so the deal was fixed at 7000. He told me to deposit 7020 in his accont which i paid through google pay so that he can send it to the indian army transport parcel department (Slip is attached in pics) diver contact number ([protected]), he send me parcel slip in the name vishak padal, the parcel arriving date was 11/05/2019. On he again called me saying that the parcel reached chirakkal 5 km from kannur and you have to pay again amount of 21000 hee say some navigation problem the i paid 5000
After that he cal me again and he said 21000 full payment then i told him when car reached here i will pay balance full amount then he said that's not possible then i said please refund my money he said after one month what i do please help me

An officer named taimer tej kumar cheated. me saying a royal enfield bike - registartion number -ap07dr3642 cost 60, 000 wants to sell and first asked to give money 3500 -postal charges
and again said u r late and and asked me to give 30, 000 rupees and gave him in his paytm account and now when i understood he was fraud now he is not even liftin any calls +[protected] his phone number. another member saiying parcel -[protected]. took money
plzzz retun my money 40, 000.

i had a great respect on indian army if it should be like plzz help

Yesterday i had seen a add on olx of scorpio 2010 model cg10fa5140 our deal is done in 1, 15, 000. Yesterday we send him 7210for parsel the car and today morning call comes from parsel man that ur parsel is in ludhiana and send me 15999 for security purpose and ur parsel will deliver to u and we send him 21, 999
And then he demand for total pending amount we send him. Total money we send him is 127000. Rupess he told us his name vikas rai. Mobile -[protected]

I have seen an add. On quikr for sale o[censored]sed verna car (Add. No.[protected]. I dialled the number and he said that he is niraj kumar from indian army recently posted in udaipur. He said that he will send the car through army transport and i have to send 5000 rupees. He send id card of indian army so i believed him and sent the amount on 1st of may 2019. He sent me the receipt (Attached in photos) and said that car will be delivered to you on 3rd of may. On 3rd may the other guy called me and said that he is carrying the parcel and i have to send 12000 for activation of gps so that car can be traced by officer at delhi headquarters. I sent those money through paytm and soon after he called me and said your gst is also not clear and i have to sent 22000 rupees. Due to unavailability of fund i sent 7000 rupees through paytm on same number. After total payment of 24000 they said you have to make more payment because your payment was late so you have to pay 13000 more for delivery on next day (4th may). I refused to pay money and they told that if you don't pay we will not deliver your car. Now they are not receiving the call and after seeing the photo of same person on this portal i came to know that they have done fraud with me.
