One guy name havaldar majert has frauded me and took 30000 by cheating me as isaw his ad of scooty and i was intrested an after that he cheated 30000 which i paid by my mother's account since he showed me his army id card do i trusted and psid i lost 31000 at ladlst by paying in goggle pay i asked to refind my money so he sended me first 8120 request since i fid not knew and aceepted more 8120 was gone from my mother's account he asked first document i gave my mother's voter id and so at last i lodt all the money and i realized he was a fraud

I have seen a advertisement of activa 4g (Gj 10 cp 4308), he told me his name vikas[protected] and he is in s. S. C camp and want to sell his bike due to sudden transfer to gwalior (M. P), so the deal was fix at 25000, he told me deposit 25000 in army account so i paid by google pay in[protected]Paid detail provide in photo attached) so he can it in to indian army transport parcel department (Slip is attached in pics) driver contact num is ([protected]) he send me parcel slip in his name vikas patel, the parcel arrived date is 6/5/2019, at this date he again call me saying that parcel reached rajkot and nearest jamnagar and you have to pay 11, 100 for security of vehical so i paid by google pay, and few minutes later again he call me back and say he say pay 11000 + 100 both are different ammount and he say to me 11000 is return to me at time of delivery and 100 is charge that was not returned. I again payment 6000 + 5000 (Payment by my friend account jay deep)+ 100 by google pay. He also give me paytm num ([protected]) and ifsc code is (Pytm 0123456) after that i have paid full amount he gave response and again say to payment 11100 for delivering otherwise he didn't give delivery. And say to me if i don't payment he return this delivery and gave me only 50% amount of my all paid 47200 money. He still not any response to me for this. Please help me for the refund and help me getting this person red handed so that not happen to anyother. My contact number is ([protected], [protected]) amit kavar. I paid total amount 47200rs.

Once I was searching for a used bike ( more precisely used KTM bikes ) on Facebook then I saw an offer in a post that an Army man is selling his 2 years old Ktm duke 200 ( ran 12000 kilometers) for 63, 000/- I thought it would be a great deal so I approached him and gather some info regarding bike and asked to send some pics of the bike...
He told himself an Army man who was originally from Raipur Chhattisgarh and currently serving in Patna and he wanted sell the bike as soon as possible...
Then he sent me some fake documents of vehicle along with his Adhar card proof ( I doubt if that would be real) and I thought he would be legitimate person...
So we closed the deal for 63k and I will pay when I will receive the bike ( which he said he would send me through parcel by train...
Next day he sent me some photos that he is sending the bike by train
But that's where I started doubting
The photos he sent me looked very old and low quality like it's been sent to a lot of people after forwarding...
Then I search about it deeply on the internet and read lots of similar complaints here...
But he still haven't asked me about advance money
But today when I called him about the bike delivery he told me that bike is just 40km far away from my city and for that I will have to pay him 11, 000/- in order to get the bike..
Then I realised these are same people who have been cheating with lots of people by pretending as an Army person.
Please arrest those cheaters and fraudsters so that nobody will lose his hard earned money.

As per whatsapp at first pay through paytm rs 2150, then he reply that pacel send through indian army courier department its deliverd delay due to imidiate deposit at rs 10000, then fll payment rs 9850 again told insurace failure that cuses pay 9150 then 9100, then rs50 atlast rs 11200for insurance purpose atleast no camera send to me. Kindly solved as early as possible

I was searching for a car on olx.. Then i saw an add of swift car for 120000 rs i had a chat with that person.. He forwarded his number to me.. I called him.. He said he his name is vikash patel and he is at ballari border and he is getting shifted to jammu after 24 hours.. So he wanted me to transfer 25% of that 120000 and he will send that parcel to me in next 24 hours and sent his i’d of military canteen, adhar card and dl if iam not wrong.. Then i told him i can’t give you 25%... He agreed he said courier charges is coming around 9170 rs atleast you have to pay that.. I said i can pay 5000,. He agreed.. Then he sent me this number ([protected]) and asked me to send 5000 through the google pay app to this number.. I couldn’t send it through google pay.. So he again sent me an account details (Hansraj, account no.[protected], ifsc code. Pytm0123456) and i transferred 5000 to this account.. Then once he got the money he sent me the receipt of that courier parcel of rs 9170 and said it will come to my address in the next 24 hours.. Then i called h after 24 hours he asked me to wait.. Then again i got a call from this number ([protected]) saying the parcel is in tumkur it will deliver to your location in 2 hours but before that you have to settle 25000.. I asked that person to call vikash patel.. But that person spoke very rudely to me.. He said i can’t call him iam supposed to call you only.. Then i called vikash patel.. He said ya madam you need to settle 25000 then only they can deliver it.. Actually i didn’t know about this i thought they will give delivery iam sorry and all.. It’s been 2 days and he is still calling me and asking me to settle 25000 and i will get the car in 1 hour.. So i need people to be very careful.. These guys are fooling the students like us and making money.. So please guys be aware of it

I am kiran chinchkar from pune district (Maharashtra) i am very disturb from the 07th may 2019 due to one army guy, i had deal with mr sahil kumar on olx (Tvs wego) for rs 15000/- with mr sahil kumar which he posted add on olx ad id :[protected].. I m from pune vimannagar and mr sahil kumar m no:[protected] and anther ashok person m no: [protected]. He asked me to pay online, i already paid through google pay, his google pay number : [protected]. And he take 9000 rupees from my google pay account but he doesn't deliver bike... I call him daily but he is saying my delivery person call you, but didnot call him.. But yet he has not refund my money.. Sir please take strict action towards him.

06 may rat ko myne facebook market place pe royal enfield 500cc ka ak add jiska owner hy vikas patel.. So use mereko ak whatsapp no diya hum chating katie uska dil final kiya 60000 pe.. Usne transportation k liya 5120 cha raha tha.. Hum usko identity mangne se humko. Indian army k card, uska idhar i'd., bike k paper sab ka photo bheja. Aj 5120 rupees bhejne se usne humko delivery slip v bheja hy.. Itna complain ak admi k name pe hona k bad v kaise aisob kar pa raha hy. Please solve it..

Yesterday i had seen a add on olx of swift vdi 2013 model pb04aa4460 our deal is done in 1, 60, 000. Yesterday we send him 11, 000 for parsel the car and today morning call comes from parsel man that ur parsel is in ludhiana and send me 25, 550 for security purpose and ur parsel will deliver to u and we send him 25, 550
Two times and then he demand for 21, 200 we send him. Total money we send him is 83, 300. Rupess he told us his name bijender kumar. Mobile -[protected]
And parsel man naam is parveen. Mobile-[protected].

Hi i bought a motercycle from olx on 6/5/19. He said give me $40, 000 rs. His name is parveen from indian army jaipur. He send me his id card and army liquor card as well. He said we have to give $3100 rs first then we can send motorcycle to you this is courier fee. We paid $3100.. And today he said i have give more money 5149 rs gps stopped working otherwise we can’t travel bla bla. I tought he is fraud.

In dated 05/05/2019 i saurav joshi from dehradun uttrakhand faced big fraud from the fraud person manjeet singh s/o raisingh silana (259) jhajjar haryana124103 in cisf posted in igi airport delhi he was advertised a car i20 pb07ax 4404 through behalf of this car he get money from me and only because of he is in army i trusted that guy i lost my money else detail i posting below...

Jai kishan have done fraud with me saying that i am army officer form jaipur located at rajesthan and i need money so i am selling my ertiga car amount of rs 300000rs and told that u have to first deposit 5100rs in my ptm acc. And acc. No. Is ravi[protected] ifsc code is ptm0123456 and i have transfer the amount and again he have called me and told that you have to transfer the amount of rs 16999 for gprs it's a rule of indian army and i have transfer this amount. And till now i have not received the car so i request to indian army to be serious and take action against this to gays plz sir to all my indian army it's an humble request to the indian army and to our gov.

He told he a army man his name vikas patel & he added proof
He says parcels will be delivered few hours initially he demonstrates rs1150 as courier charge i will pay 1000 ruppes
Then he call to me and pay 2050on the account other wise i didn't see the delivery boy
I will not pay 2050 rupees & ask to return money
He ask my paytm number and password & atm two side photo for giving money i will send to what's app
But he hack and open my paytm account pls help me sir

A person JAI KISAN called me after seeing my ad on OLX and deceived me into this fraud and took my 8, 000 rupees from paytm account by constantly sending me pay links. He told me he has been transferred to Delhi from Mumbai and wants want to sell his bike. He made me speak to some karnal saheb he also sent me pics of his aadhar pan and military card.

I would urge Iindian consumer forum to identify this person and arrest him. I payed this charge and after that he send me receipt of transport service. And said me you will get bike tomorrow. And that same day i seen other post on olx with same number plate and photo so i realise i am cheated by this person.

Please give back my money sir.

I am sure indian army ka nahi hai yeah log group banakar scam karte hain aur army ka naam kharab karte hain main agra karti hoon indian army se jaldi se jaldi is scam ko pakda jaye aur aadmi ka naam kharab hone se bachaye...

I search for ktm bikes i search alot then i got an add is that it was written ktm duke 390cc for 45, 000 and last it will sell in 35, 000, so i was eager to take, so i contact him, he gave me whatsapp number we started chatting, i ask him for bikes photos and documents so he send me bike photos but he ask me y u want bike documents i said i want for proof issue, he send me rc of bike nd his army canteen card, he gave me 1 2 addhar nd canteen card of his friends, i send in steps wise 3, 000, 6, 000, 4, 000, 4, 500 total i send him 17, 500 because he told u have to send me half amount them u will receive the bike i was in flow of him i send him half amount 17, 500, but i got some doubt i search on google, after words i got news that fraud is going on of (Olx) i got to know v got in fraud case, my ₹ 17, 500 rs was gone till now remaining amount was more 17, 500... Then i told home everything then v went to police station they told us go to cyber crime office u will get there this full details, process is going on... Letc

Have want to inform that some fraud doing with me from using army name or army person's id.
Yesterday, i saw the old honda dio in olx on 02.05.2019 for purchasing and contact the person he sent the mobile no.[protected] and told me he is vikash patel working in army regiment domlur camp bangalore and said he dispatch the vehicle from army transport and he also said to deposit amount rs.3000 for transport and i paid the amount through google pay and the screen short of the same he sent the receipt of transport slip (Atteched), some photo of officers do the process. For seen the photo i have insure the scooter...

I purchased mobile from olx which never been delivered to me! The olx phone owner claimed to be in army at jaisalmer named as yogesh saini he gave me some identities of army canteen card n army officer card.
Another person who claimed to be delivery man they took fifty thousand seven hundred from me plz if some one has any information then contact me [protected]
