We respect indian army a lot but we r loosing that respect due to the indecent behavior of an army person and his family. They just make the situations and fight with fellow people who live near them. It's very sad that because of this kind of people indian army name is going down. They claim that they save india by there service but doesn't look at people near them. It's out of pain iam saying. Please train the army people who live outside army campus (Especially near hydershakote, hyderabad, telangana) on not only serving our country but also how to behave with people around them. I request you to identify and remove that kind of people from indian army. They r bringing bad name. Hope we have the best indian army.

Bullet was posted ads is olxmarket so i have check to take the bike for sale he posted that bike no: ka 05 kf 1146 bullet 350 cc which is his friends name and he has taken the bike now he need to sale it now second party so i have told him to send the documentation for the same so he sent me the bike photos and rc book copy which was in the first owners name.

Which was not yet transferred yet and he told he will inform the owner to support to transfer and bike is there in mumbai military cap now and it will be available morning if you pay the amount 5160/- on 20th mar'19 so and morning you can see the bike and if you agree to by you can take the delivery or else you return in the same postal arrangement

Very next day on 21th mar'19 they have informed me that vehicle is there in bangalore we have already delivering some more vehicles so if you make payment of 17, 500/- then you can see the bike we will come to your place and asked for supporting documents so i got doubt here. M

I pardeep kumar s/o om parkash residing at hno 27, golden enclave lohgarh zirakpur rented along with family. Yesterday dated 11th march 2019. I was going through olx app in search of buying a used car and i came across this add of alto800 lxi model 2016. Car number pb46v7986 white colour. When i contacted the seller mr. Vikas patel from bikaner (Navy/army unit), who claimed to say he is from indian navy/army and due to his immediate transfer to jammu he is selling his car for reasonable price as 1 lac 10 thousand.

We asked for all his documents and car documents for our satisfaction and he sent then all including his navy id card (Documents are attached). Soon he said as it is urgent i will courier the care from army/bsf courier service and he also sent the receipt of the courier from bikaner to zirakpur. And as decided i have told him that i will only pay once i get the car and he agreed.

Next day that is 12th march 2019, i got a call at 9:30am from mr. Praveen kumar who claimed to say he is from international overnight express which is only used for army purpose. Then slowly he started demanding for money for different purpose gps activation in car, gst amount pending, tax security amount etc, and he pulled out 1lac 16thousand from me (Bank statement attached)

The courier person was demanding to send him the amount, when denied, saying its a question of my duty and also diplomatically said why can’t you trust on army men? So on the basic of trust unknowing i was cheated and after that he switched off his cell phone and guy who was selling his car also not reachable we tried calling them for around two hour, but then we realized that it’s a fraud.

Fraud by name Vikas Patel showing vehicle in olx I'd proof like canteen smart card, Aadhar no, driving license, nd dress code photos he used the brand of Indian Army such that someone can traped easily one swift dzire vehicle ad in olx, I was deal him negotiate price then he told me to transfer 9540/through paytm ac name Bikash Sahu, Rahul valiyan, Pramod Kumar etc, I was paid 9540initially then he told your vehicle is booked through overnight courier service one booty was shown by my name. After 2days one name parveen ku call me as courier boy I am delivering ur vehicle in home but u have to pay online via paytm previously given as 21000/gps expenditure which is refundable. I was unfortunately pay this amount then tell me to pay another 31000/thousand I was paid I feel I was imotional blackmail by him, but vehicle is not delivered now I come to notice that I have negative comments in Vikas Patel facebook AC with cell no .cells r coming around other state those r having fraud by Vikas Patel I have what's app group ofmanny guys fraud by Vikas Patel. So kindly arrest him as soon as possible such that onward nobody can traped by this criminal

Jai kishan has put olx car selling. He is a fraud he having a team to support his work.

I almost saved money to buy a car its my dream. He cheated me like genius person.

Please take a necessary action to remove this person from his duty and put iinto the reminder.

Further should not happen like this.

I saw a camera in olx then i contacted the seller, it was vikas patel claiming as indian army officer nd he first asked to pay 2100 via paytm for some registration to dispatch the product and i paid the amount then after some hours courier man called me nd asked for 50 % advance for the delievery nd i paid 10000 but again he told that some red mark is coming so i will have to pay 100 % money before i get the delievery.

Dear sir mene cisf ke bande md. Arsad khan naam ki ek fraud se alto 800 lxi gari k liye 1 lace 7 thousand paid kiya hai... But woh mujhe gari nahi bheja now woh bande phir se mujhe 15550 rupees maang raha hai too mene kaha mujhe gari nahi sahiye me aur paisa nahi de sakta mera paisa refund karo but abhi woh phone received nahi karta hai. I have seen the advertisement in olx and i have chat with him and i got his contact number [protected] pradeep kumar songh and i chat with him and fix the deal for 20000. He send the i'd proof with army i'd card and aadhar card and all. Now, he told me to pay 3500 as courier charge and he will book the parcel and send me the receipt and now he send the receipt and next day in late afternoon parcel boy called and told me to pay 5500 as security charge and i have send the money through paytm and again he called to pay gate pass charges 4100 and in total i have payed 13100 and now he again asked for money to complete the total deal amount 20000. Now i disagreed to pay any more money and i told him for refund but no reply.

This guy manjeet posted a aprilia scooter in olx selling at 29000 and for rto name change and all, he asked me to pay rs3150 later he asked 7000 and now when m asking for delivery he is asking again 10022 now i came to know he is fraud how indian army can be so cheap.

Army guys please help me this guy is ruining ur name and our country pride.

How come he got so much information about army his id card and his army card all shows he is in indian security force...

I recently saw an ad in olx. The seller named wa vikas patel. He asked me to pay for that phone.in adance by paytm. I paid advance as he asked for 4000. I paid that. And he said that i have to pay reat of the money then i could get that phone in my hand. The remaining amount was 8000 ad then the courier boy who have the phone said that i have to pay 4150 for security purpose. If i had any issues regarding the phone my money will be refunded. And till now i haven't got my money. He said he is from army and for identity he gave his aadhar card and gave his canteen card and driving liscence. So unfortunately trusted for that and i got to a big problem. Help me out from this critical situation.

As per the supreme courts order the defence personnel either active or retired have been exempted to pay toll at all tool booths across the country but i ex major dewan c/o ahq new delhi was forced and abused to pay the toll tax at the faridabad gurgaon toll plazas exempted lane. Kindly clarify am i liable to pay the toll tax or come into the exemted category as per supreme courts guidelines

I done 1000rs of 4500rs then he send me courier and the today evening ( 7 P.M.), the courier boy call me sir u have to clear all payment then I login in my I'd and I give up the phone u buy. He said he is nearby me upto 4 to 5 km ( Burari road). He call me again and said that your dispatch detail forwarded to army headquarter rajshtan.they after I call CISF person and asked his courier man asking me than his asked me clear your remaining payment than submitted your parcel otherwise return this product army headquarter and I'm asking first this product are submitted my hand than I have clear to your remaining payment than his cut the call and again not any reply me.

I done 6000 rupees through google pay then he send me courier army receipt. And the next day the courier boy called me sir u have to clear all it payment then i login in my i'd and i give up the bike u buy. He said he is nearby me. I got doubt and asked me to show the bike then i pay balance amount.

Then these cheaters didn't lift my call again. And their watsapp number is been closed.

I viewed cars on olx.com to buy a car. I got a call from A person named as Mr Vikas Patel. He said that he is employed in Indian army. He offers me to buy his car at INR 2.4 Lakhs. I was happy to get car on a reasonable price. Next day he demanded INR 7100 via Paytm. I transferred him, then after again he demands ₹11000 to clear the transport issues from Delhi to GKP. I payed him again.in evening on the same day he said your car is ready to reach at my destination but car didn’t reach Gorakhpur same day. On the next morning I called him to consign car he said pay ₹4000 more to clear the transportation issues. I payed again now he is asking more money. It’s now 3 consecutive days and still I didn’t get car. What to do now someone please help me. And arrest that man immediately
