Bhejne bola or bola ki cureear boy aapka paisa de dega. Par abhi tak gaadi nhi aaye hee. Or abhi or 100000rs. They (The person name is jai kishan) have listed swift dezire vdi (2014) model car for sale in fb marketplace. So i texted him whether it's available or not. He replied by his mobile number i called him and spoked. He told i got transferred to hyderabad car is with me only if you want means i will send my parcel service. So i said ok i need send the car. After one hour he called and told that he wants to pay parcel service fees (Rs 10, 500) so that i can send the car. I told send me the receipt of booking then i will pay the amount. But he didn't, continuously he called and was asking for money then i sent to one paytm number name virendhar yadav. After 2 two hours he sent one booking slip in indian army letter head. So i believed. He told tomorrow afternoon you will get your car check the car thoroughly and then pay me remaining amount i said ok. Morning another person called me and said i'm that parcel service person i need to clear some documents so pay me rs 26, 500 then i will bring you car. I said don't want.. After that i spoked to that person he said pay him then reduce in my amount. I refused.

I retarid from service 31 oct 2017. And now serving defence security corps.
When i retarid then i deposited willing certificate for new accomodation pay but not receive till date. And my pension same amount credit my account till day no increase my pension amount is 14797.

Sir request to you that please solve my problems as soon as possible.

I am gwmsrang basumatary from guwahati, assam. One person named shrikant his phone no. [protected] / [protected] and his google pay no. [protected] had fraud me in the name of indian army that he is selling his iphone 7plus mobile through indian army courier service which has been advertised in olx at the price ₹35000. He agreed to sell his phone at ₹20000 (On 4th march, 2019 time : 01:20 pm), as the deal is done. He told me parcel will be delivered to me within 24hours, later on at evening first he asked me to send ₹5000 as he have to send money to his wife for some family problem. So i send him ₹5000 at evening at maybe 7:00 pm. As he have send me his id card, adhar card, job id card as a proof and in return he also asked me to send my id card for proof which i have to send him. The next day he called me and asked me to send the money, as i was busy i told him to wait and told him i will pay the money as soon as i receive the parcel.
After few hours one call came to my phone from no. [protected] as i recive the cl he told me your parcel is on the way waiting for delivery. When i cut the call, a call from shrikant rang he asked me to send the rest of money ₹15000 which he have to pay some amount of money to courier service... I send him the money and when i went to pick up the parcel so again the delivery man called me and asked me to pay ₹6120 to company/courier service where ₹6000 is refundable and ₹120 is charged as fine for late insurance deposit or something else. I got confused what to do now, i have also send the money to him. Now i don’t have any way what to do so...
I have lost ₹20000. Please help me find out my money back and make them pay for making fraud what they have done to others, i am a student and its a very big amount for me, for everybody...

Hi sir this ravish bajpai a person name called pradeep kumar singh cisf fraud me in olx of 20thousand rupees by saying he will courrier the phone to my address next day he send me all the details and his army card and his bank account number to transfer the money then he said i have to pay 1450 courier charge 1120 rupees for gate pass, 5100 insurance and it will be refunded then he told me to send me another 6000 rupees for the security purpose then he told me to send full totally i paid 8 thousand rupees and he didn’t given phone and the amount is not refunded sir please take action and provide my money i have all the details of him. Anand babu told he is send car ka51mf4230 from military army postal service and he is enclosed lr and also told send transportation money only after delivery you can pay the vehicle value. But after 12 hours he is telling send 50% money as band without that the vehicle cannot cross sira so it is fake. He is enclosed his driving licence, his aadhar card, and his liquor card. So please check and block the person at the earliest to avoid other defaulters from him. His googlepay is [protected]. So olx and paytm also take initial steps to avoid fake sellers like this. Many ex army officers does ask the rank of ex-serviceman.
If the person found in lower rank they (Army officers) starts insulting and misbehaving,
Even reprimands the lower rank ex servicemen and rarely would reply respectfully.
Hope army high up will remove these type of ex army officers who are appointed as echs incharge every where.
Ex-serviceman are not a life time slave. Hope you will respond me appropriately

Fraud by a person claiming himself as a army person. Never thought indian army personal would do fraud with citizens.

I am using olx app on my phone and i want to purchase a scooty so there was one ad posted by a user name as mr indian, who posted a ad for a tvs scooty jupiter with price 23000 so i messaged him to purchase that scooty.
He then asked me my contact number and my aadhar card which i gave him, and i also asked him his id cards which he shared immediately but i guess they are fake and now m afraid for my adhar card and then he called me.

The ad was posted in location delhi he called me and said that he is now transfered to jaipur cantt area and he said no problem i ll send you the scooty by indian army transport
He then gave me a paytm number and ask me to transfer 2000 rs as a security charge to transfer the scooty by post and said that this is included in your deal.
I did not transfered any money as i didnt trust so on that he send me all his id proofs adhar card, indian army canteen card i ll attach that too in this complaint he then said now you can trust me so on that proof i transfered 2000 rs

Then he shared a slip which contains details for transfer of scooty by indian army transport i ll attach that too

Then on next day i got another call from another person claiming himself as a indian army courier and he then said please transfer 50percent money of the deal via paytm or google pay. I tell him to show me scooty and i will pay but he said give money first as this is the rule of indian army transport. I ask to cancel the deal and asked for my 2000rs to which he said the money is not refundable. People names and three numbers involved are mentioned below.

He already looted many persons as there are so many complaints against him
Please do something.

And i have also shared my adhar card with him and. Now m afraid that my adhar will be misused in the same way

Please do some necessary action against all of them

I found an advertisement for a honda activa on quikr.com, after contacting the person we exchanged our phone numbers and sealed the deal for activa. He shared his cisf id card with me and asked me to pay him rs 3000 in advance for the scooty as he will be sending the scooty from nagpur location to my location in pune. On 1st march 2019 i sent him the money and then on 3rd march'19 another person called me saying that hr is speaking from pune airport and we need to send him rs12500 for vehicle clearance as part of army clearance process. After sending him this amount through google pay after a while he started asking for the entire amount when i refused to pay him he started avoiding my calls.
I have been a part of this scam and i have spent rs15500 in this, i have his number, his paytm account details, his id and the courier slip. I request the authorities to kindly take strict actions against this man who fools people by impersonating as an army officer and help me in getting the money that i have lost in this.

I wish to complain against a person named "manjith" who have done fraud and took 17250rs with me and said that he is saling his bike to me but till now i did not receive any bike and asked for refund i have provided all my bank details and paytm details he blocked all my accounts and done fraud please help me and catch this person and make my money refunded

I deepak suthar hereby want you to inform that i wished to take a second hand phone so i've seen one iphone 6 add on olx.
I talked to it's owner that i'm interested in buying that iphone 6
He agreed and the deal was done for 7, 000/-
He told his name as ravi kumar
He lives in bundi, he said that he works in army cannt in gd.
I asked about proof, so he sent his adhaar card photo and his i'd card proof which made me believe on him.
I was interested in this deal so i continue talking with him.
He said that i will get that iphone 6 within 24 hrs. Then suddenly he called me and said that he had kept that parcel on hold. To unhold that parcel he demanded me to give 7000rupees.
So i gave him 7000within two instalments through my paytm account.
Then again he called me n demanded for more money.
Like this he called me and anyhow i managed to give him 3500 rupees. And then 7180 rupay paid for security amount, i paid off this amount and after he told ki security amount of 7118 rupy, he was demanding for complete payment but i rejected and gave him almost half of the payment.
Again he was demanding for money but i said that "first to parcel the phone and then i will send you rest of the amount."
Now he is neither sending my parcel nor returning my money back to me.
I just have his adhaar card photo, i'd card proof and his paytm transition number.
I just hope that you'll help me to come out of this problem. And return my money back to me because it's really a big matter for a normal student.

I made a deal on olx with sanjay singh of a mobile phone one plus 6t in 15000rupees. He asked me to pay the security amount of 1050, then 4500, then 4599, and then asked me to pay mobile phone's amount, when i said no, he said please pay this is the last time and you'll have your mobile phone within an hour. He said believe indian army your all extra amount will be refunded. I paid him the amount. After that he asked for more 5050. I clearly...

Cisf army jawan basavaraj s choudannanavar promised me to sell his bolero slx.

Shared an indian army airport consignment number and form.

He asked me to pay money in small segments collectively forming 2.8lakhs.

Later when i check with the airport service, they are never responding.

By the name of hawaldar manjeet singh some one fraud using olx account. So on olx there is lots of deals for TVS NTROQ 125 and the guy with the name of manjeet will try to trap you, he has heavy voice and when you'll talk with him he'll say he's posted in near by jaisalmer.

So guys don't get trap. He is a fraud.
He told me that he posted in near tanot mata mandir, rajasthan and he will take 15 days to complete this deal. But i was excited so i told him parcel the box then he was saying me for trust "i'll share my id cards" so i got trust on him that yes he can be. So i done the deal with him AND 5000 payment before the deal and 30000 payment after receiving the TVS NTROQ 125 will be done. I said "ok".
Now somethings were knocking in my mind and i was quite wondered that "there is something wrong" next day I messaged him and he gave me his paytm number for payment. So I asked him bank account no. He denied to give he told me that pay by paytm.

These are some things that i felt unsuspicious and i was trying to search "hawaldar manjeet singh" on social media - nothing found.
Then i googled it "hawaldar manjeet singh"
And yes i got the complaint on the name of him and i am safe. I didn' pay him anything. I am sharing some pictures please take a look and be aware.

Someone is using id's on the name of hawaldar manjeet singh and fraud with the innocent people. So take strict action on it because people are lossing their hard earned money.
I am safe because some awareness but no one have idea about it!
Please do some thing and stop it!
