Someone is misuseing army name and collecting money. Phone numbers- [protected], [protected], [protected], .All these numbers showing army symbol in truecaller app, google pay app. They have already cheating 22, 000 from me. My contact number [protected].they show them selves as army men working in airport and say as mobile is not allowed inside they are selling their Mobile phones and they Dayton pay through google pay number [protected] which displays as army in google pay app app itself. I request you to take strict action against these people posing themselves as army Jawans and looting hard earned money

Dear sir,
Yesterday i saw an olx add like he needs to sell his honda scooty 125cc with 2014 model and the deal was closed for 15thousand and he asked same time to transfer the money into army's transport and parcel department a/c then only he able to make courier as home delivery but i have fully trusted on him were he where used to say as he was an indian army man and needs to go to srinagar today itself after delivered his bike to me and for that he taken the amount of rs -125000/- by me step by step telling like courier charge, army safe and security, army post advance amount n etc.. I have all the conversation recording and payment histry details all that amount is been transferred from my sb ac to his sb account later i stopped to deposit into his account where he continuesly telling some other reasons for getting more money from me.

But dearest sir, he's not 1 man instead of they are one fraud gang and they are literally cheating us continuesly one by one with different proudut name's by using our indian army name and also they using our respective honorable pm sir personal security force like and i'm adding all the proof with this complaint.

My humble request is kindly provide mine amount back to me and kindly save me and others too and avoid future fraudulent such type of this things.

I have seen a advertisement of ns 200 (Mh32ag3906), he told me his name is sahil kumar ([protected]) and he is in crpf and want to sell his bike due to sudden transfer to jammu, so the deal was fixed at 30, 000. He told me to deposit 7020 in his accont which i paid through google pay (Qr code is provided in photos atteched) so that he can send it to the indian army transport parcel department (Slip is attached in pics) diver contact number...

I saw add through olx. And i started chat with that person. He is sayingthat he is in indian army. He said he will sell his phone in 8000rs and i need to pay him 1500 rs payment before and he courier s me. I done 1500 of 8000 then he send me courier receipt. Also i verified his pan from income tax site and his pan card was genuine so i decided to transfer him 1500

Wen i tried to track that courier, i came to know that it was fraud.
I also saw many cases in consumer complain against this man.

I paid 10000 rupees, to seller named pankaj somnath giri (Fraud) he was saying that he is from indian army, nashik, and he wanted to sell his scooter as he bought bullet, he even shared his army id proof, but later i come to know that it was fake. After transferring money through paytm, i observed that olx also removed his account as suspicious user and they were saying do not deal with this user, but it was too late for me.
Olx team should verify such accounts before allowing any user to enter.
Now can i get money back, this is really ridiculous and unfair.

I was cheated by a person called vikas patel who was selling royal enfield to me for 45000. He said he was from the army and has got a posting to jharkhand and want to sell it immediately. Out of courtesy and respect for the indian army i paid him the full amount which he asked one after the other saying that the full amount should be paid for the delivery guy to receive confirmation mail, and i took this amount from many of my friends so that i would return it when my parents would give me.
I have become one of the victims of this online fraud. Please resolve this and get me my money back.

Firstly he said half 30000 amount submit i submitted after this the courier boy is telling me submit fine for 7000 then we submitted after half hour told me gst and insurance and all that i submitted 20800 rupee then i called him so he told some reason and demand money i said that i had no money plzz return my money so he switched off our phone and forwarding and iam a collage student.

The matter was:-
I was planning to buy 2nd hand scooty, and on 23rd Feb'2019 olx i saw an add "honda activa model 2018 4g" at noida location.

I start chat with that olx user and he give me his contact number
+91- [protected] and said he is in agra cant with indian army (He pretends to be an indian army soldier) and want to sell his scooty on immediate basis as he is getting transferred to ranchi that's why selling his scooty at such low cost (33k quoted), he shared me some scooty pics along with rc image, id proof of one person that is vikash patel (Enclosed all)
He told me to share my address so that he can deliver the scooty through postal delivery by their army camp.

I trusted him as he seems to be so confident in talking and acting as a army person. He told me to transfer the whole amount to the credentials so that he can share the postal delivery slip.
But i refused that whole amount can't be transferred without adding beneficiary and i transferred rs 10000 to him on above account.

Thereafter today morning one another person calls me (Acting like delivery person from agra army camp mob - +91-[protected]) and said we arrived at delhi location, and said no mail has been received to him from post office, he said clear the rest amount so that he got mail and deliver the scooty.

Then i refused and got that they are the gang of frauds.

I have seen thousands of same type complaints today on consumer complaint portal and i was shocked to how many they have cheated.

I am unable to understand why these cheaters are still in operations even after lot of complaints.

Big big question mark.

Request authorities to kindly take serious and hard actions against these looterey gang so that it creates a message to other cyber frauds or other frauds.

INDIAN ARMY se Request hai Ki aap hi kuch action le inn logo k upar, Jo lootere indian army k naam pe seedhe saadhe logo ko loot rahe hai.

Ye log deemak h jo apne hi desh me rehke, apno ko hi dhokha de rhe hai.

Aap consumer complaints pe dekh lijiye kitne logo ko ye daily shikaar bana rhe h aur lakho loot rhe h.

OLX abhi tak kuch nahi kar paya.

Sir i would like to register a complaint against the person claiming to be a (Manjeet singh) indianarmy soldier who has duped me of rs 47500 against aad he put in olx for sale of swift dzire car for rs 230000. The person in conversation with me agreed for 200000 for which he asked for advance payment of 25%of rs (47500) by paytm which i sending you the screenshots of it the person again demands from me 33000 more for accepting delivery. Please refund my money back as i cannot afford to be duped. By army staff whom the nation salutes him n trust him.

I saw an ad on 20.02.2019 for a bike. So i massaged him and he give me his phone number [protected]. And his name is vikash patel. We texted and i satisfied with the bike we agreed the price on 20000 rupees. He told me he in an indian army and his posting is dumdum airport, kol-53. As so he will send the motor bike through over night courier. He sen me his and his friend aadhar card, id card, bike smart card, and army canteen card. So i did not suspect it will run out to be a fraudsters. He told me make a advanced payment rupees 4500//=. So i send money through patta no[protected]. He is saying sending parcel through overnight express. And you will received your parcel with in one hour. After one hour i received a call post delivery man and he saying that total money send in paytm then i give your parcel. I also send money again rupees 15500 through paytm. After some time he told me that paytm is not opened send me money in mobiwick walet and i send mony rupees7625. I send money courier guy then he will send your parcel. After some time their is no parcel come. I call the number and he say 4100//= as security money. I did not send

Hello myself tanmeet singh i am a student and i was searching on olx about iphone so i saw iphone 7 plus for 19400 and it was of manjeet singh and i called him and he said that yes the iphone is available and you can buy it for 18000.
So i finalised the deal with him and he told me that you have to first transfer 2000 to me using paytm for documentation of army then he said that the phone will dispatch from ambala and then reach new delhi where you can see it.
After this person named vikas patel asked me for 6500 more and then 8500 more for sign from amry cantt (Dhaula kuan) he said this.
I transfered the money from my bank account total money was 17000.
Now this person said that if you dont want the phone then i can make it pending and the money will return to you qithin 5-21 days and army will ask for 5000 or 11000 for gst and something.

Please solve my problem as soon as possible.

My name is saurav banerjee and i got in contact with this man on olx [ad id:[protected] dated 01/02/2019] for the purchase of a black canon eos 750d camera with lens on saturday 09/02/2019. The seller/fraudster responded the next day asking me to contact on [protected]. He introduced himself as sahil kumar, an officer of indian army; obviously the fraudster is using his id and is posing as a soldier. He gave his adhaar and pan card which are obviously stolen. I checked them on the government websites, they were original. As the deal was done, i deposited half the money of 20, 000 rupees, that is 10k and he. According to him, sent the so-called camera that obviously didn't exist. I got a call from a number [protected], that the package has reached mumbai where i stay. And the payment needed to be cleared for me to have the package. So i deposited another 10k of the remaining 20.000 in the account in the name of irsad khan, his friend. [protected]@okaxis which is a axis bank account linked upi id. So, the camera did not arrive. He has the money. And he is not responding to my calls and messages. I gave a statement to the police. They seem to be a ignorant about this case. I hope i will be helped.

From the date of 31/09/2018 to 21/02/2019 a period of 6 months my family check my salary account of sbi for last day 20/02/2019 my accont is not credited any amount. Now my family needs money for expenditure.
