This is kishore i saw an add on olx of oneplus 6t mobile phone and contacted the seller who replied me back as he is an military officer and sent all of his details and made a deal that i have to send half amount before the delivery and half after receiving it and said that he will courier it through army courier services and sened me that receipt also by seeing this all and trusting the indain army i transferred him 10000 rs and the same day evening i got a call that your courier has reached your place but there is a payment delay of it in order to get delivered you have to make the total payment of 21000 and he is asking me to pay the money by saying it cant be cancelled or your money cannot be refunded my phone and your money will go to indian army account army will take the money the only reason that i trusted that person is that he is an indian army soldier for these kind of activities he is using indian army name its so shame full plz i am requesting you to take some actions on these kind of people by the time i am complaining there are 1000s effected by them and most of them complained also but there is no proper action on them please try to solve this issue as soon as possible before some other lost their money

2persons of indian army sepoy vikash patel (Army no.- 8037673k and aadhar no.[protected] and vishva pratap singh (1602191_, aadhar no.[protected] were fraud of 75000/- ruppess for selling a car (Ka51 mf 4230) on olx. They cheat me name of indian army. They paytm me 75000/- 2different number [protected] (3000+2000+30000+10000) and [protected] (10000+10000+10000). Sir if indian army's person doing this type of fraud then how public believe in army. On the belive of indian army any one deposit money believe that they are soldiers and they will not make a cheat...
Sir i want justic and give them punishment that nobody can think that indian army is also corupeted and public belive in indian army without any hasitation.

Actually I was cheated yesterday by an army person (Vikas patel) for Rs 6820also he not only cheated me but he cheated many peoples which I saw when I tried to lodge complaint against him online.

The phone numbers they used to cheat e and others are as follows

My only request you is to take immediate action on them as they are spoiling armies image and losing trust of civilians, also stop them in cheating others.

He came in contact through OLX site where he published for selling his mobile phone, from there he contact me and asked me to first transfer rs 940 to his paytm no. [protected], then I got a call from courier boy that your parcel arrived in Alwar and I have to pay rs 4120 than again he called that balance 4120 need to pay otherwise parcel will be returned and again yesterday evening I got a call to pay 1000 more and mobile will be delivered to me today morning. Today when I didn’t receive I searched online and found they are cheating peoples same way as I was cheated and many of the victims lodge complaint on complaint lodging site but resolution rating is only 3% which urges me to contact you directly.

Today I have seen a mobile in olx going to be sell by Vikas patel, He told that he will send the mobile of 12500 rupees via army courier facility and would be delivered within 6 hours and given a Google pay number[protected] and told to transfer 3000/- and then said that the remaining amount should be given to courier boy but within no time courier man calling me that "I'm near ur home;Please clear the due".I am being doubtful whether to pay or no.How could I do with this people.I knew army people are punctual and have clear list of rules but now they are been changing the rules.whta to do .I want to cancel my order but they are not willing.I need refund of 3000/-.Please help me.

Usne pehle bola k 5000 paytm krwa do hmne kr di fir bola courier ka payment liya 1180 rupees. Aur bola k kr dia bike courier aur ek slip bheji jo m send kr rha hu uske bad dusre din bola half payment kr dijiye hmne 30000 paytm kr di fir bola puri payment krni hogi tb he delivery hogi hmne 30000 aur kr dia paytm mein. Fir usne delivery wale ka numbr diya wo bola apne payment late kr di uska charges pda h apko aur apko 21050 aur payment krni pdegi jo delivery time apko refund ho jayegi hmne wo v paytm kr di. Fir bola 13500 aur krni hogi ah insurance policy hogi jo officer bike dene. Ayega uske safty ke liye aur wo v refund ho jayega hmne wo v paytm kr di. Uske bad delivery wale ka number switch off ho gya. Aur dusre din bola k delivery late charges aur pde h toh apko 31050 aur dalwane honge tabhi delivery milegi nhi toh bike bond ho jayegi aur 7 month ke bad he milegi aur apka paise v. Hmne bola hm complaint krege toh bola krdo. So sir plzzzz ho ske toh kj action jrur le plzzz m uski information submit kr rha hu

I came here by checking through google reverse image as the guy named sahil kumar claiming to an officer of ssb looted 10100/- from me yesterday on the name of selling a royal enfield bike through olx.
He took money through paytm and now asking more money, he said to me that the bike is in the airport cargo office and only after making a checkout pass they will allow him to take the bike out of that cargo office, initially he asked only for 5100/- and once i transferred 5100/- he then asked for 5000 more, he whatsapp me the photo of rc of the bike, his pan card, his ssb identity card so i transferred 5000/- more and even after that he didn't allow me to saw the bike, even then he start asking for 20000/- more and then i refused to transfer any more.
He is not refunding my money which is 10100/-
Please identify the person, verify and help me to get my money back.

Or delivery cancel ki us madarchot ko dundhna chahiye....

Im intrested in buying mi a2 mobile from olx. So price was fixed and he said that he was in dehradun so he said that he will send me in post and gave his army military card, aadrhar card photo and send me receipt in army post office about details of post and he asked me to send half amount and then in the morning i am unable to sent so he asked me to sent full amount then i agreed and sent then i called delivery guy he said that we need to pay 16000 i'm not delivery to mobile and phones are not reachable please help sir

I was looking for a phone and searching on olx and found one ad for oneplus 6 so i have contacted that person for the further deal.

I have finalised the deal of rs.15k and initially i have paid the amount of rs.2500/-. Once i have paid the amount via paytm no. [protected], i have got the courier receipt of the indian army. However later on i have received a call from mr. Alok from [protected] and [protected] stating that i have to pay the rest of the amount so that delivery man deliver my order so i have paid the amount.

Later on when i have called to check the delivery status i came to know that i have to pay the extra amount of rs. 9200/- as a security charges which i will get refunded once i have got my order. But finally, i realised that i have got cheated by that man.

When I was contacted By Parveen Kumar through WhatsApp for Buying Vivo y83 via Olx. He sended his I'd card, Saying Army officer And Gained My trust. After He asked me security deposit of 4000 for delivery Officer (his name is Somnath Giri) account and after your parcel deliverey start he say, after Deposit No proper reply from That Guy, pls take action against him

Halvindar manjeet singh (Army officer) contacted me via olx then further he approached me from whatsapp number:[protected], further he shared his id and pics of the oneplus 6t and gained my trust. He told me he shall be sending me the phone via army post office courier service within 24hrs. Further, he asked me to submit half of the deal amount rs. 9000, he told me this is for security purpose. He gave me his supervisor's number:[protected] onto which the payment has to be done via paytm (When asked for account details he told that security reasons defence people are not allowed to share their account number. The courier boy number:[protected] asked me to make the whole deal amount rs.18000 as after which only he will deliver as according to army rules first, the deal amount has to be submitted after which the final delivery will be made and at the time of delivery the security deposit amount of rs.9000 will be returned in cash.
As the day of delivery was sunday they told me that army post office will be open till 1pm only and after which the delivery will be made on monday. When i asked to cancel the delivery and give my money back into my account, he agreed and asked for the account number and aadhar id to confirm the cancellation of the order.

Halvindar Manjeet Singh(As an army officer) contacted me on olx for selling mobile "OnePlus 6T" and asked to transfer Deal amount(19000), Parcel charges(1050), Arc charges (6150) to a paytm number [protected]. He provided me with his aadhar card and army ID as provided below. I have all the call recording of this person. He has asked for my aadhar id as well. People please be aware of such cases.

Because of these kind of cheap # our great indian army is getting bad reputation. I hope they solve my problem
