I am aviraj sinha, hereby want you to inform that i wished to take a second-hand phone so i've seen one mi a2 add-on olx website.

I talked to its owner that i'm interested in buying that phone.
He agreed and the deal was done for 6, 000/-
He told his name as somnath giri, lives in delhi and works in the indian army.
I asked about proof, so he sent his aadhaar card photo and his i'd card proof from it i beleived on him.
I was interested in this deal so i continue talking with him.
He said that i will get that phone within 12 hours. To shipping that parcel he demanded me to give 1000/- rupees. After 12 hours 1 person called me and said he is from indian army post office and he is a postman he demanded me to gave him 5000 rupees after it he will send my parcel within 20 minutes i gave him 5000 rupees for delivery but again he called me and told me to gave him 3150 rupees as a security charge after delivery he will return my 3100 rupees then i again gave him rupees as security charge but again after 15 mins he called and said that i send him a wrong payment because he said to do two transaction as 3100 rupees or 1 and 50 rupee of 2 transaction and he said that statement to deliver my product is not getting ready and he said to give him again 3150 rupees as security charge in 2 transaction i was trapped in his plan and i want to getting my previous money back for this reason i gave hi 3150 rupees to deliver my product but again he called me to gave him 6300 rupees as fault of my first payment after it i didn't gave him any money.
Now he is neither sending my parcel nor returning my money back to me.
I just have his aadhaar card photo, i'd card proof and his paytm transaction number.
I just hope that you'll help me to come out of this problem. And return my money back to me because it's really a big matter for a student.

On 19 dec 2018 a army men contacted me for mobile selling on olx his name was jai kisan with adhar number[protected]

He promised me to courier the mobile after i send the money through paytm. I pay the amount and he send me the receipt with tracking number [protected]
But...

Mr. Manjeet is a fraud man, he cheated me. i was see i phone 8 plus on olx site .after that i call manjeet he was saying me give me 500 of delivery charge. i paid. after some time he he saying me send rs-1100 for show me online transation. i send and afer some time again he said for rs- 2100 but i dont send it. manjeet singh is very fraud person for indian army. manjjeet singh aadhar no[protected] and canteen card-LA[protected]V00br...

I have found an ad in olx and the person gave me his phone number ie..+[protected]
Then he said me to pay some part of money and then he will courier to my address, so i paid 2050 rs to him on paytm. And he provided me the receipt of courier.
After one hour one courier boy called me and demanded 6000 and tell me about the rules and all... And said he will come eithin 10 minutes after the payment... Then lots of talks and then i told him to come in front of me and then i will transfer money... But he was trying to convince me on the basis of indian army rules and regulations...

When i told that i don’t want to do any deal with him he tried to threatens me that you will be in great trouble by not accepting the parcel...

The moment i saw the reciept and read a lots of mistakes i realised that my 2050 rs are lost.

I am mentioning all the records related to fraud and phone number of theirs.

I see the ad of oneplus 6 on the olx and the person is from army jaipur he made a deal with me of 18000 rupees and then he said i ll courier tomorrow then he said you have to pay half amount before and half amount after delivery the i said him i ll not give any amount first send me mobile i receive and then only i ll pay the amount then he said no then i said guarantee for getting mobile he give his identity pan card aadhar card army canteen card army card then i gave him 2000 rupees and rest after delivery when i send him money he send m courier photo and slip photo of army courier department and in the evening i dont get any paracel he called me in the evening the we talk he was saying delivery time hi over then delivery boy call me sir it was late now you have to pay 5000 to get your phone then i talk to army officer he said dont worry just give them m here i ll give 5000 but after that he again call me after some time that you have to pay all the 18000 to get delivered the phone i talk to army officer he said ap dedo then i give 11000 more and complete 18000 of deal but i didnt getting anything then i talked to army officer he said wait i m going to canteen to clear your parcal after that some insurance policy was expired because of delay in delivery then he said mai transaction nahi kr sakta ap kardo apko refund mil jayega verna parcal attak jayega 9180 ki payment i done but it was still processing and again he said 9180 kardo vo processing m hai apke paise nikal apko refund ho jayengye after that next day in the moring he said me to give 8100 to clear the parcal as it was on hold then they make me confuse they are word gamers take me in their words and again i paid 8100 to them and after that whole day gone army office switch off his phone and the courier boy told me that army officer ki ladai hogyi hai apne sath wale k sath hathapai hogyi jis wajah se unka phone band aa rha hai ap 4100 ki payment krdiye mujhe canteen se mail ayegi 4100 ki mai apko apka parcal de dunga apke itne paise fase h mobile fasa hua hai fr again i made a payment of 4100 and then in night he said ab apko 7200 ki payment krni hai last uske bd apka paracal apko recive hoga fr mere ps paise nahi teh maine mana krdia total i gave them 48, 560 rupees

Mai aur mai aapko ye bike 70000₹ ki dunga to mene kha thik hai fir unhone kha ham nikal rahe hai bike le kar fir unka ek ghante baad phone aya ki mai apna wallet ghar bhul gya to aap mujhe petrol ke liye paise paytm kardo mai aa rha hu ajmer se to maine vishwas nahi kara lekin fir unhone apni warfi ki kasam apne bachcho ki kasam khayi to mujhe vishwas karna pada aur mene paytm kar diye.
Fir agle din subah phone aya ki aap 10000₹ aur bhejdo mujhe bike transfer karwana padega to usme lagenge mene kha ki mai jabtak bike nahi dekh lunga tab tak mai transfer nahi karunga fir unhone mujhe block kar diya whatsapp se bhi aur phone se bhi aur mene dusre number se call kara to unhone kha ki jao kuch bhi karlo indian army ka koi kuch nahi bigad sakta. A man of army officer who is cheated with me. He is uploading a bike advertisement on olx. And after this he took money from me, he said that please send me 5000₹ my bike petrol is empty so i have to fill it. And now he is not giving me my money and also bike. He said that when you pay me full amount of bike than i will send to this.
Please help me i did not know that the people of the army do this too. I upload his id card of army.

On 4/12/2018 i saw an ad on olx for an iphone 7 plus. I just fixed the deal in 20000 from an army officer named srikant. He said that he will take payment only in paytm money i said ok. But i got only 12000 in paytm and 8000 in cash
And he said that i have to come on airport to take the mobile
And very next day on 5/12 i went for airport i called him so he was saying that you have to pay 2020 rs as an security amount so i sent him the respective amount and he give me the number of delivery boy
After 5 min delivery boy called me that at the check-in people have stop him
Then i called srikant so he said you have to pay 50-60% amount. Then the delivery boy will come to you then i send him 8000 more then he say for 60% i just send him 2000
Then after 10 min the delivery boy again called me and said that he needs complete clearance bill then i called srikant and i said that i don't need mobile you just send me my money back and he denies for that and he said. If you can do full payment then you got themobile either way you can go back your home then i requested him for the money back but he denies for the amount

1. I am lt col m kiran kumar presently serving in indian army. After a grueling and tough tenure somewhere in a hard field area for three years away from family and growing children, i was posted to new delhi at army head quarters, i intended to buy a respectable vehicle for my family and personal use, i did an online and word of mouth detailed research amongst armed forces fraternity. After i got an outstanding positive feedback about xuv500 and personalized customer support offered by mahindra especially for uniformed fraternity of motherland, i decided to and bought the same vide engine no hhh4h24157 chasis no ma1yu2hhuh6h19486 registration no hp 15a6978, at a whopping expense of more than 15 lacs through jaipur csd canteen (A hard-earned saving of last twenty years of service). The quality of mahindra’s sense of belonging for serving and retired personnel was also emphasized to me about your late employee mr. Shivkant singh (Manager market activation - north). Needless to say my olive green fraternity in delhi and elsewhere have high praises for mahindra industry and its management team. A concerted effort is rendered by mahindra family by personalized attention in keeping the brand image of mahindra and xuv500 in particular.

2. My friend mr shivkant singh had also told me about how you sir, mr anand mahindra was instrumental in overturning economic decisions to hold brand name, popularity and market reach when dealing with mahindra vehicles used by villagers. This also aided in outreach of your brand and good will to the last mile in indian population i. E. Villagers.
3. I took the decision of purchasing the xuv500-w10 which was at the top end at that time i. E. Sep 2017. Now i am writing to you is a proud owner of mahindra xuv500-w10 with registration hp 15a 6978. I was doing critical jobs for the directorate general dia. However, due to requirements of national security within a short time, i was deputed for another sensitive and critical assignment with a sensitive organization of nsa and sent to bangalore in sep 2018.
4. As a good soldier initially i moved to bangalore immediately and later with a lot of pain decided that i should move my family to bangalore in mid of academic session by end of november. I booked my luggage and vehicle to be transported to bangalore through vishal packers and movers (Contact no: +[protected]. I handed over my car in brand new condition to mr. Deepak one of the workers of the company in mahipalpur on 21 nov 2018. I reminded him again and again that i love my car and the brand name xuv500 and he should deliver me the same in the same condition in bangalore which he promised.
5. I spent another rupee 34, 179/- (Rupeesthirty-fourr thousand one hundred and seventy nine) to renew insurance to render my car had tata aig zero depreciation bumper to bumper insurance, i also paid him transit insurance for a sum of rs 6000/- (Rupees six thousand) for 2 laks to cater for any transit scratches during transit.
6. On 22 nov 2018 early in the morning i received a call from the transporter that my car has met with an accident and is moved to mahindra sterling bodyshop in gurugram, (It's contact no is mr. S selvi +[protected].
7. The accident happened as he was going to load the car for transportation. My heart sank and i was in a shock. I could not imagine that my hard-earned money met with a tragic loss. I could not get out of the tragic shock it was as if i lost a dear friend. The car was really in a bad shape. The registration of police is below.
8. The entire front of the car is broken along with the driver side door, wind shield and hard points ofthe engine. This can be seen from the images i have attached. The service engineer says he will take about two months to do up the car and deliver it to me. Even after that, there will be glitches which may never be rectified and give me the same level of performance that my new pre accident xuv 500 w10 used to deliver.in other words, it will never be same as a factory fit condition at present taking into account that no damage to the engine has happened, the estimated expenses are to be around rupees five lacs.

9. Sir, my car is only about a year plus clocking only 14k+ kilometers and the expenditure is estimated to be about 4-5 laks from insurance. I am the only earning member in the family of four who has invested his hard earned money to buy a suv to satisfy my only single passion i. E. My car. That too was damaged by a person who promised to deliver it in pristine condition.
10. Sir may i highlight the following:-
• mahindra manufactures thousands of xuv500s in a year.
• my car is new except for these damages and lightly used only 14k+ kilometres.
• it cannot get back its original show, look, shine and public gaze of awe even after the repairs due to major damages.
• i had done all the requisite insurance formalities that mahindra dealers suggested to me.
• i had done the 3m treatments to maintain its under the body and paint etc.
• the progress on repairs is painstakingly slow and after 15 odd days they have just managed to dismantle the body.
11. In view of this may, i request your kindself if you could help replace my car with a new piece to enable me to carry the awesome craze of mahindras in public like an invincible masterpiece as before. This would go a long way in upholding the image of mahindra to an ever enduring new heights in my olive green fraternity.
12. I am ready to pay the annual depreciation costs of the vehicle.
13. I also have a few suggestions to make.
• officers like me do get shifted from place a to b at short notice and do require car transportation may i suggest mahindra to help us in transporting the vehicles instead of bad transporters spoiling our heard earned money
• if the same cannot be done and is difficult may i suggest you to kindly have a method to have a lock on speed when a third person other than the owner is driving say at 40kms. It should be enabled/disabled by the owner with a password lock. This will ensure drivers do not overspeed and destroy our heard earned dreams.

Same thing happened with also they have cheated me and said im army man we have some that for delivery parcel we take deposite of sum 3150 and 3100 is refund. 50 delverliy they i have did 2 transfer 2400 & 750 they again u have tranfer told once that we need to generate statement so sis again single transaction of 3150 please help with these i did near amount of 16, 000 rupees

I was looking for mobile phone on olx and saw ad of phone given by army man jai kishan...mobile number [protected] He said he is in jashelmer now so if i want to buy phone he can send it to me and as the phone is coming from army post i have pay advance... As he introduced himself as army person and sent his army and military canteen card i trusted him and gave 12000rs..and then his courier boy mobile number[protected] told that product had been holded and i have to pay 3200for that as security. After payment he told i hv to send more 3200rs. Thrn again he told my payment is not showing i hv to send 6400rs in single payment. Then after i paid all the amount he told me that due to overnight charges i hv to send more 10200as a security. So in total they took 34000 from me. But he didn't contact after getting money... I am having his id and cal records... But as i noticed this scam is not new... The same type of complaints from different state have been posted to this site... I think military is not interested to catch this game as its shamfull to army only because i only trusted him as he said he is from army and gave him money in advance because we local people trust army... And that man is taking advantage of our trust on army and making money by fraud... But no one doing nothing... I don't know who i should blame... That fraud jai kishan, my self that i trust my army as common man or this system of police... Who is taking any action and letting this man cheat people with same name and idea from months .

I m. Sai teja of a small town called pithapuram in east godavari district andhra pradesh-533450. I have complaint to on jai kisan in indian army. I want to buy a phone in olx and i asked him. He tells send half amount first and balance amount after delivery and i am a middle class family i send him 2000 repees and next day he asked me to send remaining balance before delivery. I tell to him i will pay after delivery in front of your currier boy and he said no bro no first send money. So my parents said don't send ask him to give your 2000rupees back into your paytm number. And i asked him to send my money back to my paytm account then he blocked my number.

Actually i was cheated yesterday by an army person (Mr. Sanjay singh) for rs 8480 also he not only cheated me but he cheated many peoples which i saw when i tried to lodge complaint against him online.

My only request you is to take immediate action on them as they are spoiling armies image and losing trust of civilians, also stop them in cheating others.

He came in contact through olx site where he published for selling his mobile phone, from there he contact me and asked me to first transfer rs 480 to his paytm no. [protected], then i got a call from courier boy that your parcel arrived in allahabad and i have to pay rs 5000 than again he called that balance 3000need to pay otherwise parcel will be returned and again yesterday evening i got a call to pay 1000 more and mobile will be delivered to me today morning. Today when i didn’t receive i searched online and found they are cheating peoples same way as i was cheated and many of the victims lodge complaint on complaint lodging site but resolution rating is only 3% which urges me to contact you directly.

Also to build faith he has shared his army id, pan card id, canteen id, aadhar id, photographs in army uniform of himself and 3 ~4 persons other and by seeing this one cannot disbelief,

Right now is also these contact number is active and find these culprit by surveillance to detect their location and arrest them

Yesteeday i booked the order and they assure that it might be delivered by today on my given address
The price of mobile phone is 20000rs which i paid through paytm to the sellers account
But today in the morning they ask me to give 10000 more when i gave that then they again ask for 10000 rs money then i realizes that they r fraud
They also sent their IDs like aadhar card, pancardetc.
