Sir would like to state that i was waiting at the signal to take a right turn at ulsoor lake, bangalore today when an army personnel of the name d k pillai (Might not be exact) riding a black scooter in office uniform kl62 c7342 tried to overtake with no space between the divider and hit my car. What was the hurry and why did he try to run away if he was not at fault. The car bumper had come off and he audaciously challenged me to do whatever i wanted without any remorse. He refused to take out his id card but i clicked few pictures of the irresponsible individual. He refused to apologise or pay up for the losses. Does indian army have such discipline for traffic norms or insensitivity towards citizens? Then we better not pay government taxes to groom such goons in the country!!!

I see the phone redmi worth 7800 added by vikas patel (cheater) ([protected]), i text him to buying it, and fixed it for 6000rs, he said ok and he send his contact number, he said meeting not allowed it is send by indian army parcel i believed him, he said to pay advance 500rs to patm number ([protected]), i paid and after some time a indain army courior person called me to pay full amount worth 6000 otherwise my order will be cancelled, i paid he simillarly called and paid 16250rs, toatl frome me for security, insurance purpose but i didnt get my phone still now
Please help me to avail my money back 16250rs
Please arrest these type of peoples

Hi sir actually i saw advertisement in olx in bajaj avenger bike, finally discussed with mr vikram he is an indian army officer,

After that he was asked 3000 fo depost money i was deposited and then finally he said your bike was delivered and driver called for me your bike is on the way you have to deposit security amount for gps tracking to your location and finally that amount also transfered to that account i have lost my money so please consider my application get my money to me

He frauds with me, n looted rupees 20000 n i hav his documents that he had send me on watsapp. I dont how i ll get my ruppees back but i just want that serious action should be taken regarding this frauds person. I thought that he didn't get captured n nothing could be done with this guy. But now i had seen this then i would complaining this, for what he had done with many people along with me.

I saw an ad on olx and thought of buying a car. A person who told his name as vikas patel (Phone - [protected]) told him as an army officer and asked me to pay the money via paytm bank to number [protected] so that he can get the car released from pune airport office. To prove his identity - he sent me his csd canteen identity card, and his other pics (Attached). Considering the authenticity, i transferred him initial 5100/- via paytm bank as a gate pass charge to release the car from airport parking. Post this - he asked me to transfer another remaining 19999/- so that he can get the car and papers released. Unfortunately - i transferred him the remaining amount. On questioning about the car - he asked me to transfer further 62000/- more so that he can deliver me the car at my address. By this time, i realized that i am being fooled by this guy and i told him that i am going to file a complaint against him. Instead of switching off his phone, he said to me that you dont know power of army and me and i (Vikas patel) will file a case on me for fraud, he started threatening me and started talking in a rash way.

I would request you guys not to transfer money unless you see the product, no matter how trusted the other party is. Just sharing my plight so others dont suffer : (

I would request this matter to be urgently looked as i am seeing multiple complaints for fraud done under the name of indian army and this guy is fooling people.

My name is nadeem i seen a post on olx about phone his name is jaikishan he is using the name of indian army i believe him and i pay me for a phone 10, 000 rs and he give his number[protected] to contact him and he given his all the documents and his number is still active i request to police or indian army plz catch him and punish him what he did with me and with many more people who believe on indian army name

2 days ago i saw a post on olx about oppo realme 2 so to further purchase it... I got into contact with that olx person named vikas patel most probably fake name... He sensed me his adhar card and army canteen card and some of his photos thinking of its authenticity... I transferred him 5500 rupees on his request... His phone no.[protected]... He assured me that my mobile will reach to me the very next day by "overnite express service"... Ok... Then one of his man called me the next day saying i have to pay further 4770 to verify because this is a government courier... Just their i got to know that he is fraud and while talking about the refund he tried to threatened me... Poor guy i don't know what to say but please help us to overcome those fraudster... Thank you!!

Sir i have seen one add in olx abt oneplus6. The other party tell me his name vikas patel an army officer. I gave 1st 1080 rs and nxt day the courier boy ravi kumar prajapt said pay 5000 for clearence and after that he also said paid another 5000 rs for reaching parcel. Bt i have now doubted and doesnt paid. Sir plz do something i have paid 6000 rs. Kuna mallik is the head he said and gave a paytm no.
So sir i request you to do something and all other person do not transection with these peoples

In olx I saw ad about the Samsung s9 plus and the seller happened to be Bsf army officer
He agreed to sell the mobile for 22000, so before receiving the mobile he asked me to pay half the amount which is 11000 and I did transfer the amount via paytm
Payment was first 4000 and then 7000 after the courier receipt he sent
When it reached chennai the courier Boy called up and asked for another 6000 for the parcel to deliver it and I said I won't pay him any money, so the courier Boy refused to deliver the mobile and I did tell him that as soon as I receive the mobile the just second payment will be done still he refused and now the seller isn't answering the call or replying to texts

From olx, i got an seller, he told me that he'll send his scotty at 25000/- and all money should be accepted through paytm. And, told me to send 5000 before delivery which i paid but after that he is demanding more money before delivery. When, i refuses toh send it he told that your delivery is cancelled and your 5000 paid rupees cannot be refunded.

Sir any update about my complaint registered... Maine olx pai phone khareeda tha one plus 6t... Ek army walay sai lekin wo fraud nikla usne mere 40000 rupees khayee.. Usne kaha aap pehle advance payment kardo 20000 to maine ki phir usne kaha security amount bardo maine wo b de lekin usne wo sare paise khayee... Please help me sir... I got to know about 6t from olx... Deal was good so i asked him that i want to buy the phone... He send me some pics of phone and adhaar card and army grocery card then after some time i asked him parcel about details he send me some pics of parcel... Then told me to send half amount so i did... Next day i got call from fake courier boy and asked me to send full payment so i can deliver the parcel... N i did then he asked me for security money 9150... N then again 9150 and before that 20000.. I lost almost 40000... Please help me... I am a student i got this much of money from my friends... Deal for iphone 8. I pay 3500 rupees rest money is i have to pay cash. I have not receive parsel. When i ask to return my money now he is talk with me in abusing language. I want to tell the world about an army clerk mr. Nikhil nivruti who is working in garhwal rifle centre since july 2015. He is a cheater, till now he has cheated 6 girls in the name of love. Inspite being an army man he uses girls, play with their emotion, use them like sex toys, satisfies his own pleasure, make fake promises of marriage, use their money, take them to lodges, accept expensive gifts from them, fool their parents, fool everyone around them, fake love, fake promises, first he himself cry to make you that he truly loves you than makes you cry, torture girls emotionally, mentally and than use abusive words, take doubts on character, he make sure that his girl stay away from all her male friends. He do all this when he gets new girls... Its a cycle of his life... Get a girl... Use her physically emotionally... Than torture her and than again get new girls... He just keep on repeating his... I just want he should respect girls... Girls are not toys... He have his own sister who is younger than him still he behave us with other girls.

I am aviraj sinha, hereby want you to inform that i wished to take a second-hand phone so i've seen one mi a2 add-on olx website.

I talked to its owner that i'm interested in buying that phone.
He agreed and the deal was done for 6, 000/-
He told his name as somnath giri, lives in delhi and works in the indian army.
I asked about proof, so he sent his aadhaar card photo and his i'd card proof from it i beleived on him.
I was interested in this deal so i continue talking with him.
He said that i will get that phone within 12 hours. To shipping that parcel he demanded me to give 1000/- rupees. After 12 hours 1 person called me and said he is from indian army post office and he is a postman he demanded me to gave him 5000 rupees after it he will send my parcel within 20 minutes i gave him 5000 rupees for delivery but again he called me and told me to gave him 3150 rupees as a security charge after delivery he will return my 3100 rupees then i again gave him rupees as security charge but again after 15 mins he called and said that i send him a wrong payment because he said to do two transaction as 3100 rupees or 1 and 50 rupee of 2 transaction and he said that statement to deliver my product is not getting ready and he said to give him again 3150 rupees as security charge in 2 transaction i was trapped in his plan and i want to getting my previous money back for this reason i gave hi 3150 rupees to deliver my product but again he called me to gave him 6300 rupees as fault of my first payment after it i didn't gave him any money.
Now he is neither sending my parcel nor returning my money back to me.
I just have his aadhaar card photo, i'd card proof and his paytm transaction number.
I just hope that you'll help me to come out of this problem. And return my money back to me because it's really a big matter for a student.

Mujhe aaj bhi baat hui h deal final krne kliye but usse pehle kya man m aaya to ye site check kiya... 10.12.2018.

I have found an ad in olx and the person gave me his phone number ie..+[protected]
Then he said me to pay some part of money and then he will courier to my address, so i paid 2050 rs to him on paytm. And he provided me the receipt of courier.
After one hour one courier boy called me and demanded 6000 and tell me about the rules and all... And said he will come eithin 10 minutes after the payment... Then lots of talks and then i told him to come in front of me and then i will transfer money... But he was trying to convince me on the basis of indian army rules and regulations...

When i told that i don’t want to do any deal with him he tried to threatens me that you will be in great trouble by not accepting the parcel...

The moment i saw the reciept and read a lots of mistakes i realised that my 2050 rs are lost.

I am mentioning all the records related to fraud and phone number of theirs.
