Yesterday i saw an iphone in olx he said he is from army and want to sell his phone urgent he send me his bill id phone detail and said please send me your adress and half amount on paytm so i can dispatch your phone i paid half amount on paytm and now he is not responding of my phone and msgs. My friend told me it is fraud. Sir i request you please get refund my amount. Total paid 12650/-

I approach to buy oneplus 6t, from olx by Sepoy Vikas Patel. we discuss and deal on 20000 for oneplus 6t, I pay him 10000 before sending parcel rest of the amount we discuss pay at delivery time. now just I found all this is fraud activity to . I want police to caught these person and help me get my 10000 back. below his detail.

Sir I check on old mobiles on olx than i saw a mi handset in 6500 it is 3 month old than I chat with him he said to me that you have send me 50% money on paytm and I send your parcel throw indian army post, then I paid up ₹2500, next day a new number call me and he said I am a postman and your parcel is ready so please pay. Full payment than I will give your parcel so I pay ₹3000. Full payment on paytm than now he said to me you have to send 3150 more it is security but it refund, I paid 1350, , I understand that he is fraud and I call him and said to him give me back my money but he reply no he said you have to pay 3150 ...
He not give any answer, ,

I posted an add on olx to sell my car. The person (Parveen kumar) called me and said he is interested to purchase car. So he said he making payment of 20000 as an advance amount in my account and said he will do card to card transaction. He asked me my debit card details then while having chat over the phone and whatsapp, he gave the name of indian army (Working as cisf solider at bangalore airport). Then by his army words he asked me otp's and withdrawn 28000 thousands from my account through paytm. After knowing that money is deducted from my account he said he returning back my money to my bank account in fews hours.
But then he blocked me from whatsapp and from phone, also he turned off his numbers i'm also having call recording.

An army officer named vikram singh patel ripped me of 26750 which i sent him through paytm. He promised me of one plus 6 which never got delivered to me. There is no one to help. Please help. I sent him through paytm. Sanjay singh is also involved. I leave in kolkata. They are not taking my phone. Please help. I am a student from st xavier's college kolkata

Advertised oneplus mobile selling in olx.

With discussion with seller, mutually agreed 15, 000.

The seller given information like:
Sanjay singh (Mobile numbers: [protected], [protected]) working in indian army, anathapur resiment and provided documents (Pan card, aadhar card, employee id).

First payment (4, 000) on 23th nov and he sent the courier slip in the name of army courier service.

Next day, balance 11, 000 paid in the same account (Paytm : [protected], in the name of jitendra)

Delivery boy called me named; ravikanth prajapath (Mobile numbers: [protected]) said the product is ready for delivery, but need to pay insurance, clearance and custom charges etc., they are collected 10200, 17400). Finally he said mrp balance is there need to pay 12 500/-

But i have not paid the last (12500) amount and i understood, i have been trapped / fraud by the people.

I have contacted sanjay singh, after long discussion he is asking my banking details / paytm details / debit card details with passwords / otp.
I discussed with him why the information, he said the money will refund.
He told many things, but not transferred my money.

Sanjay singh and one more person (His senior officer like he said) rajendra prasad also wants to commit for payment to deliver the product.. I have not paid the money these fraudsters.

Already i paid around 40, 000 to the fraudster account.

Some higher officials, track this case with high priority and find out this network

Please take necessary action on this issue.

Some one day i will found these person, if no one takes action to send jail / god.

I saw a add on olx of a mobile phone. Wheb i enquired about tge phone he shared his army identity card to authenticate himself. The man said i'll receive my parcal as he is sending it through army's post and it will reach me by evening. Then he asked me to make part payments for various payments and reason. They asked me total of 10000 and i paid it.

On[protected], after seeing ad on olx i contacted the seller to buy the mobile. He was selling it at a very low price. When i asked why are you selling it at very low price, he told me that he is in indian army and someone admitted in the hospital so he needs money and selling his mobile iphone 5se 32 gb rose gold which is under 6-month warranty. He couriers me the phone via indian army courier service and told me it will be delivered on the same day with all proof.
I respect a lot the indian army and everyone in india. I can die for the indian army.
So i paid him rs 5000 in three part rs 1000 rs2000 rs2000 after borrow from my friends because i didn't have that much money at that time. I did this for an army man. The mobile phone was not my concern at that time in front of his problem.
After i paid that much amount the courier person call me and told me to pay rs 7199 more for security purpose which is refundable.
But due to lack of money i didn't pay and requested to deliver my parcel. But he denied and start abusing me.
Today again seller call me for the same. This seems to be fraud.
Now i need money back and request you to take some strict action against them as i am from media.

I need it to be resolved as soon as possible.

A retd lt col who fooled the army having contracted a second marriage during service without divorcing his first wife and kept this fact hidden all along his service tenure and is currently drawing pension has thrown out his son and daughter in law from his house. This is a 46 yr old son from his second wife whose name finds mention in all army records. The name of his first wife has been hidden from army to avoid persecution. However the village sarpanch records prove existence of his two marriages even while he was in service besides after retirement he married for third time even left her. Currently he has illicit relations with a maid with whom he wants to live permanently after getting his son and his wife to forcebily move out of his house by threating them of eviction by court orders on charges of harassment of senior citizen. He has evaded the army by hiding his misdeeds of double marriage and now threatens family members with impunity. I am sure the army can stop his pension and order recovery of entire sale r and pension drawn from got exchequer by cheating and hiding facts from concerned authorities. Such matter has never ever been brought to notice of auth earlier as the result he has gone unpunished and unrestrained in all excesses he commits on his family members. Please suggest remedial action in this case so that i provide his service no name rank and unit details.

I sonia from delhi m very disturb from the 11th nov 2018 due to one army guy, i had deal with mr jai kishan thru olx (Second hand product sell app) for iphone x 256 gb six month old of rs 50000/- (Fifty thousand) with mr jaikisha which he posted add on olx.. I m from delhi and mr jaikishan posted add with gurgaon location which is near to delhi…we finalised the price on olx platform than he called me and said i m posted at jabalpur as of now and than he proposed that he will courier the same with cisf courier and with in 24 hours u will get it the same and he assured his genunity guy with his army card and aadhar card (Copy attached) and i trusted thinking army guy never do cheating…so i agreed for courier option and he (Jaikishan) said that first he will shared the couier details after that i need to trafered the 50%.. I said ok…
This was agreed on 11 nov…
On 12 nov morning he called that i m going cisf courier office and make the courier and once u get the courier details pls make the transfer…at 10.49 am i got the couier details from office manager mr ankit tiyagi mob no [protected], and he (Jai kishan shared the complete video of packing of the phone and handing over to couier guy..
And than he called me that i had done my part now u pls make the trader…so i agreed and i made the tranfered of rs 15000/- rest i said tomorrow i will do it..
By 5 pm they shared me couier boy delivery no for followup the package name is summit mob no [protected] …i regular intouch with courier delivery boy and he said i m coming.. Coming and coming…

On 13th morning …i hv started followup with couier delivery boy he was saying i will come before 12 pm.. I said ok.. Than mr jaikishan started calling that u should give 50% whereas u given only 15000/- so thought that courier has already near to me so he is genuin guy so i transfer more rs 10000/- imdtly on 13 nov… aftethan half n hour i called couier boy where r u he said i hv got the hold instruction from jaikishan…. Than i called jaikishan he said after delivery i[censored] not pay the balance than what should i do…i said when your couier boy come to my office i will pay the balance than only handover the phone to me…so lots many phone calles finally jaikishan suggested ok pay more 10000/- and i will make the delivery.. Again i trusted and paid 10000/- more.. But after 10 mints agin he denying to handover the phone…than again lots many calles done again he said deposite more 10000/- i said sorry now i can’t deposit more money total 35000/- already i had paid rest i can pay cash to couier boy he said no……
Than i said ok return my money imdlty.. He said i hv already used this money i d’ont have.. I will return this only on 15th nov…i said ok..
From 15th nov he is not picking up my phone…

Can't beleive that army guy can do this type of fraud...

Pls look into this matter and sort out this…..

Somnath giri post ad on olx for mobile mi a2 for 6000 3 months old i contact him and he gave me his number for call and whatsapp so i called him for mobile details so i take some detail and i ask him for meet so he told me that hes transfered from meerut battalion to delhi battalion so i asked him that how can i see mobile phone so he told me that you have to pay half amount via paytm and rest of the amount after the delievery i said okay will talk tomorrow about this and cut the phone after cut the phone i think that why i have to pay via paytm if he dosent come to meerut then i can go to delhi to take mobile in my hand so i decide to search more for this somnath giri indian army man the i search his name in google and bonus poin i see his photos and consumercomplaints about him and same image in whatsapp profile then i decide to post in consumer complaint that i have his number that is active on call and on whatsapp... Please do something about him...

Hawaldar Manjeet fraud Indian Army Man make a fraud and stole 9300 from my account..
He is using OLX where he has posted a MI note 5 pro for sale chat with him he sended me contact no. I call him and asked for meet he told me i am in Army i cant meet i will do courrier from our Army Canteen and it will reach to you withing hours.. i said ok .. than after some time he send me the pic of Army Receipt for parsal ( i have Uploaded that) and asked me to pay me half amount i said ok and paid him 5000 via PAYTM on[protected] after 1 or 2 hours he called me again and said did any 1 calld you for parsal i said no i am waiting than a person called me from no. [protected] and told me i am from Army canteen parsal company i have your product i will reach wothin 10 mint plz deposit 5120 in our company Paytm account i rejected i told him i dont need the product and called the first person send me money back he rejected and kept mobile switch off...[protected]...
