The problem is these people are police and we cannot go directly and complain about this people to police as they will only question us

One person in maneshar army camp. He was selling his phone (Mi a 2). To me. He ask for courier charges for delivery from camp. I pay or sent money to him via paytm. Today he not sent phone through courier. Courier man asked for half amount of phone around 5000. Till the eveving i am not recived any info about phone.
