Sir/man I'm Taterao Jaganrao Khavane from Aurangabad. I saw a add on olx of mobile phone oneplus 6 then I messaged him. He gave me the mobile number and what's app no also.and send me all the documents like aadhar card pan card army canteen card.so I had faith on he. Then he immediately call me and say that send me your address and mobile number.then I send details he say I have packed your parcel bt u have to paid half of amount then I paid 9000 via paytm then he said your parcel is dispatched from here and request for courier tracking number then he said that army didn't give such information. Next day i.e. 30/7/2018 one parcel boy call me and say that you have to paid all remaining amount then we parceled it.then I send 9000 via atm card no then he said network problem bt from my account 9000 is debited.after parcel boy says that I don't have any message about your delevary then I send 9000 from paytm.after that he said that your courier time was 2pm now it's overtime so you have to pay 5100 from that we will refund you 5000 I done this also.then he say GST charge and civil charge of 3100 and 2120 respectively.after that he said I have to pay amount in time now it's overtime pay another 5150.I also done this. After that he say pay courier charge of 4100 but I didn't it.
Sir plz plz help me.i have lost 42000 and i am student. Family member are very angry on me.sir plz help me because I take all this mony from friends.now I don't have a single rupees.

I saw an add on olx for selling mobile i msgd him.in return he send me his whatsapp no. And talk to me. He send me all necessory documents and took me on his faith. He told me to send some money for confirmation i send 1200 rs then he send me the pics of overnite express courior and the receipts of sending parsel. Next day one call is coming that told me to send all remaining money to get track no. For delivering the parsel i paid 6000 rs after that he told me send 2150 for security fee i pay after that no parsel is deliver to me

I saw an ad (Ad link : https://www.olx.in/item/iphone-6s-128gb-six-months-old-ID1jMB7z.html) on 2/07/2018. So i messaged him and he gave me his phone number. We texted and i was satisfied with the phone we agreed the price on 1000 rupees. He told me he was out of station as he was an army personal so he will send the through courier. He sent me his aadhar card and army canteen card so i did not suspect that it would turn out to be a fraudsters. He told me to make an advance payment of half the price ie 5000 rupees then he will deliver the phone. So we sent each others id card and i paid him the said amount through the paytm number. After that he sent me the receipt of the courier and made me believe that the item was to be delivered to me. The next day ie on 29/7/2018, i called him again as the phone was not delivered to me until the evening. Then again he told me that he will talk to the delivery boy and confirm with me. After some time he called me and told me that due to his military rules, for an item to be delivered we have to pay the full amount so we argued for a while. He kept telling me that i will lose the 4000 advance payment because of the rule so i had no choice but to pay the remaining amount ie 5000 rupees to another paytm number [protected] which he provided saying the previous paytm number had some issues. After i paid the total 9000 the phone still wont be delivered and i asked him the reason. Again he told me to pay an additional amount of for insurance and 4500 for delivery charge. So i got suspicious and requested him a whatsapp video call which he declined instantly. The real reason here is that the first time he told me that i should pay the advance of 1000 and on receiving the phone i will have to pay the remaining amount. This is what we agreed upon but on the contrary he asked me to pay full amount and still i paid him and he was asking for more which he never notified me earlier. He is still saying that if i dont pay him the 4500 for the insurance and delivery charge i wont get my money back. So please help me with whatever way you can and i will be very happy if you can get my money back.

Then i talk to my parents they said don't make this and i get back
Then about 1 to 2 hours later your officer vikram balu waghmare was sent me a couple of message i see you on the next morning, you just wait and watch what i do to you, i'm gonna spoil your life tomorrow and he abused me also
Then i block him
All i want to say sir please read this carefully and try to figure this out
I'm gonna lot of stress wright now

We were looking for a phone one plus 6, on olx got cheated big time!!!
So this army man mr. Sanjay singh fooled us big time, he made a deal of 20thousand and asked us to pay little amount now as advance and rest of the complete amount once the phone is delivered... Okay and pretty fine we agreed on this and believed as he is army official.. Now very next day we got a call from delivery boy stating us to pay the complete amount and some extra 3k as security deposit to get the fone delivered and will return the extra 3k on delivery.. He also promised us that he will be delivering the fone by next half n hour on this confidence we paid him the amount, after sometime he called us back again to deposit 3k more to get the delivery otherwise u won't get the money or phone back!!! This has literally left us in shock as we have given all the amount n received no phone pls help us 26thousand is big amount for us pls help

Sir, i jc 664549m ex sub maj (Hony) ram kumar singh mahla, old ppo no s/18765/2016 (Army) retired on 30 june 2016. I have not received corrigendum ppo as per 7th cpc in spite of 24 months have elapsed. One of my colleagues from arty record who have retired in august 2017 have not only received new ppo but received all arrears in last month ie. Jun 2018. What is problem?
7th central pay commission is effective from 01 jan 2016 but still we are not received our entitlements. Request expedite the case and do let me know the present position. Thanking you.

The same case happened with me that this guy named avtar singh had posted ad on olx about one plus 6 mobile and i finalised a deal with him for 25k and he told he is in indian army posted in chennai.
He told he will send the mobile through army post which is highly safe and secure. I trusteda nd paid the amount but the guy switched off his phone and is not reachable.
He also provided with fake army canteen id and aadhaar number.
Please help.

Because max of their father are serving outside in peace zone. And they are also banning the auto to come in school campus. What should we do sir,

I trusted that person seeing all those things and on 23/7/18 i received a call from another no [protected] and he said that he is from army courier he is salem and i have ur parcel and he asked to put the balance amount through same paytm no[protected] rs 10000/- and payed that amount and i confirmed that he received after that both person no is switch off i cannot able to contact the no after searching in web site only i found they are fraud.

Kindly help us form those fraud and kindly arrange to get back the amount.
