Respected sir, i,[protected]y nk (Ts)/dvr sanjay kumar served in army medcal corps from 28.04.1998 to 30.04 2017. I was proceeded on pension establishment wef.30.04.2017. After completion of 19 yrs of service vide ppo no. S/22527/2017 (Army) dt.26.04.2017. I am drawing my pension from sbi bhalaswagaj (Distt. Haridwar) a/c no. [protected]. Sir, i am getting my pension as per 6cpc. Now i am not getting my arrears of new pay &allowances, leave commutation and pension variation as per 7cpc. Kindly inform me how much time will be expanse to complete these issues and when i get my new ppo no.

Two people called Jai kishan and manjeet saying is an army man in Bhopal military canteen gave ad on olx of iPhone 6s ...I contacted him ...He said he is now posted in Bhopal but if am interested in buying Phone he can send it to Delhi ...He request to give at least 4000 so that he can post phon... After giving 4k...He called and said as Phone is from army canteen so we have to give half of money before delivery...I again gave as he has sent...

Im a student studying in dit university dehradun from nepal .when i was going through mobiles in olx i saw an ad of iphone and i had deal with him he is a army personnel. But i didnt get mobile he fraud me and when i asked him to refund he refuses saying do whateve u want i dont give damn i have enough evidence against him plz help i gave him 14000 IC

Withdue respect, i the army pli holder policy no aps[protected]l and i surrenders my policy 28 dec 2017 through proper procedure and still i did not received my amount.
According to custumer care said not deducted oct 2014 and i submitted my oct month pay slips and application for deduction of that month and rest of amount grant.
Sir/madam please you are requested to grant my amount as soon as possible please..

An honest officer has been victimized by lt gen rajiv bhalla (Ex ms branch) who himself retired disgracefully under the cloud of cbi investigation for taking bribe to arrange promotion of other senior officers.

Perversity of illegal action is so huge that for past 6 years the concerned offr has been detained for one discp action or the other. After gen bhalla retired his vindictiveness did not. A serving goc and another lt gen (Friends of bhalla) ensured court martial reached its predetermined conclusion despite the offr and his counsel provided numerous evidence to the court proving his innocence and technique / legal aspects which rendered gcm illegal. Height of injustice and abuse of power was demonstrated by the gcm offrs when even the written evidence of two gcm offrs personal involvement in the case i. E threatening a witness to lie against the offr, and another involved in conducting his own investigation against the offr; was also not enough for court to see how brazenly illegal its actions were.

When gen offrs are morally corrupt and the gcm offrs either spineless to stand for justice or pedaling for favours from their masters, the where does an aggrieved soldier go for justice? Coas has been contacted through the army grievance cell over a month ago but obviously he is busy in items more important than protecting another soldier’s honour and impeccable military reputation from the brazen abuse by his own senior commanders. Is he afraid to even ask a question, in the fear he might not be able to handle the truth or worse discover one of his right hand men to be engaged in dishonourable acts?

I need an immediate assistance for below case.

My mother is a victim of my father`s abusive behavior and mental torture, molestation. My mother is staying with me for last 2 years in pune. My father is not giving any money to my mother. I don`t mind taking care of my mother, but economically and with the right, my mother should get the right for an at least half pension of my father.

I want the pension to be created to my mother`s account. We are facing huge trouble due to my father`s behavior.

At least give us a way so that it would be beneficial for my mother. I really don't know where to start, so trying to message here first.

Mukesh dwivedi, amc, udhampur, jammu and kashmir.. An army man.. He used abusive words and molestated me.. I m "shivangi baranwal" civilian resides in phoolpur, azamgarh.. He misuses the system and tapping my calls.. Flirted,, used abusive language when i started telling people about it. He left me on a suicidal condition. Used abusive language in front of his other army friends. I want justice. He hutted my self-respect and spoiled my career. Please get me justice as soon as possible.

I have gone for recruiting in army at jabalpur of the grenadier regiment on 08 april 2018. I have sit in 2nd batch wearing 32 chest number. At abput 06:45 our batch’s running started than i completed my running in good category.
But after half n hour one army person came to me and informed me that your name is not in list. That time i surprised how it can happen i explained him sir you can check the video i have completed running in good category. After that i begged in front of recruiting officer “ sir please check the video” i cried in front of him but he denied to check the video. But they didn’t listened to me. Forcefully they throughout the gate (Not man handling) only by words.

Sir i want to join indian army. My father and brother both are in defence. My father is retired from indian army and my elder brother is still serving in indian air force. So sir it it not only a job for me it’s a dream for us.
Pepole believes on indian army sir kindly maintain it if a senior officer did such of this type of act than no one believes on army also. Sir you can check the video of running which was available with the concerned recruiting office or team.

Kindly sir please check this matter i want justice. If sir this complaint cell didn’t listen us we will go upto the prime minister narendra modi ji. So kindly look after the matter.

Maine mana kar diya aur bola ki mai police comlaint karunga.. To bola kar do,... Fir maine army wala ko call kiya and bola ki mujhe phone nai chahiye paisa send kar de... Bola ok but send nai kiya abhi tak...

Jai hind sir. Sir army bharti rally 2018 mein height test sahi check nahi ki gaya. Army bharti rally april 2018 mein meri height 170cm se kam measure ki gayi, jab ki meri height 173cm hai. Sir please aap hi batayen jis candidate's ki pishli 4-5 bharti rally mein height sahi thi, puri perfect thi to bharti rally 2018 mein kese kam pad gaya. Kaya height achank se ab badhne ki jagha kam hone lagi hai???

Today we were travelling through boulevard road in kashmir. A crpf personnel was walking slowly in the middle of highway. We stopped the car to let him pass. But the sudden break made a screeching noise which drew the attention of that crpf personnel. He came to us shouting abusive language and was about to beat my 73 years old father. We had to apologize him for a long time and finally he let us go.
I don't know what to say. I respect our bahadur jawans. But this is an example of abuse of power.

Yesterday on 03.04.18 at 5.30pm i went to miltary station situated at gandhidham galpadar opp to bhwani nagar regarding a complaint about officer residing as tenant at my home. But it was a night mare for me to go there. A officer from unit 207 name dipak dass he used very vulgur abusive language n misbehaved with me. Can u tell me where should i complaint about them n whom can i meet

I am writing to make a formal complaint regarding my brother "abhishek sharma". He is a lieutenant in defence…jag department currently posted in sena bhawan, delhi.

Last saturday, my brother came to my house (In-laws house) and threatened, shouted on top of his voice, abused, assaulted, insulted me badly for hours….in front of my in laws. After this, he called my neighbor’s outside my flat….. And again abused me before them.

It happened in the bright sunlight!!!

Some of the adjectives he used for me………

Throw her out of the house!!!
Divorce her!!!
Snatch her child (2 yrs.) from her!!!
Throw her on the road!!!
I will place false theft charges on her and will put her in jail!!!
Will make her smell the urine of the jail…. Will ensure that she would never get bail!!!
Even if she will bow down to me and cry for mercy…. Will not show any sign of mercy to her!!!
I am very powerful….. I have strong connects with judges…. My wife’s entire family are lawyers. My wife's family is rich, powerful and they have strong connects in the government establishment.
I have the immunity from the civil court and court proceedings. I am an officer in defence…jag department in sena bhawan, delhi.
All of this……. On the road…..in front of my in laws…. Before my neighbor’s.

Suddenly….. My memory took me to the history after listening to the above words. Remember, dusashan (Younger brother of duryodhan of mahabharata) pulled draupadi’s saree and tried to make her naked………. To her good fortune krishna came to save her!!!

Alas! No krishna came to my rescue……i was literally feeling like naked…absolutely naked!!!

He did not stop at it….. Called my husband from office and threatened him at length on the road for more than 2 hours….. To divorce me, to snatch my child from me…. Throw me on the road. He will not let me do a second marriage... Etc. Etc. Etc.. Showing all of his might and invincibility which i mentioned above.

You would be wondering…. What had happened….. I must have done something horribly wrong so that he did all of this to me!!!

Let me state what i did……and leave you all to think, decide what should be the idle punishment for me to do this.

I claimed my legal right in my parent’s property……in fact my sisters and i together claimed our share in our father’s hard earned property. That is it!!! That is it!!

I had invited him and my eldest sister on lunch to discuss the division of the property. It is important to mention here that my third sister lives in another city.

This is the only crime we did….. Now you all decide…. If it calls for the above punishment!!!

He cheated me……he had come to talk but he had something else going on in his mind.

He threatened my eldest sister... Will get you divorced and you will be on the road and you will be of nowhere.

For the second sister…. The threat message was horrendous……will kidnap her only daughter if she will open her mouth.

I am in a state of shock and fear……everyone around me are scared. People are saying….. Don’t open your mouth now otherwise he will make everyone’s life miserable. He belongs to rich and powerful class. My in laws have not allowed me to seek police help either due to fear.

Let me also share some facts….. My parents are no more. There are two properties and both are in my mother’s name. They wanted to distribute the property fairly and equally among everyone. However……my brother is trying to seize everything alone….. Because he is a son…a man!!!

I urge from everyone with heavy heart and running tears……when a daughter is born……. Kill her immediately……. Kill her….. Please kill her…….. If you cannot give her dignity, respect, love, justice, her fundamental rights….. Which a woman needs the most!!!

Today we are in 2018……boast about digital world….. Hahahahahaaaa…what a joke!!!

We are still living in a khap country…. That is the crude reality….. Sorry if i have offended anyone!!!

Nothing against men……but men are still god….. Don’t laugh, don’t get angry…. It’s a reality….. Brutal reality. Be it father, brother, friend or husband….. Anybody and everybody……..

They can rape, abuse, assault, attack, humiliate, insult, beat (Running short of adjectives but imagine anything and everything) a woman….. Anytime, anywhere at their will.

I want to ask you all…. Why did you make this law in sep, 2005 to give equal rights to a daughter in parental property.

I don’t know what i am going to do next….. But i am extremely scared…. Down…. Pained…. Assaulted.

Please register my complaint against abhishek sharma and take appropriate action!!
