My date of enrollment : 27 july 1980 and date of retirement from service on 31 july 1997 (Original p. P. O no. Ss/018162/ 97) army. I am still getting 20% disability pension which is not updated after circular no. 583. But i am eligible for 50% disability pension. So i request you to approach pcda for broad banding of disability pension at the earliest.

Sir, i was recommended from 19 ssb allahabad for nda 139 course but at medical, i was declared unfit due to bilateral corneal oppacities from smb allahabad and then at appeal medical again unfit due to same. I consult 4 specialists (M. S eye) and they told me i have no evidence of any oppacities. So, sir, this is the justice which u used to do with civilians. Sir, please review my medical.

Subject :- grant of approved promotion to the rank of hav for no 15356933m naik (Acting l/hav) ishwar singh (Retd) signals withheld due to civil case but acquitted after retirement on 06 sept 2013 by additional district session judge, khetri, jhunjhunu (Rajasthan).
Respected sir,
1- with due respect, i wish to submit that i was enrolled in corps of signals (Army) on 24 nov 1986 in trade of technician of electronic radio. During the service i carried out my duties with the all dedication and devotion towards the service and maintained an outstanding career profile as well as service record. I had served in most difficult areas in j & k and carried out my duties without any late up on my part of any time. I was promoted to the rank of naik on 01 april 1996 while serving in the 18 inf div sig regt.

2- while i was on leave, during leave a scuffle took place between two sides during a marriage ceremony at my village.in which about 40 to 45 peoples were involved from both sides on 22 may 1997. Consequently fir were lodged at police station - buhana, dist - jhunjhunu by the both the parties. Since i was on leave and being in service my name was also including in the fir no 74/1997 lodged by the opposite party along with 24 others. Although i was not involved in the scuffle altercations. I was neither arrested nor any summons was sent to me by the police or by the any court.

3- being a sincere indian soldier i did apprise on return from leave my commanding officer 55 (I) inf bde gp sig coy about the incident.

4- during the year 2000, i was approved by the promotion to the rank of hav but the commanding officer 55 (I) inf bde gp sig coy did not promote me on the plea that i was involved in a civil case. Later i was transferred to 12 inf div sig regt on 10 aug 2000. However my promotion was again deferred. Further again i was subsequently transferred to 25 inf div sig regt on 15 jan 2004 and same was repeated again.

5- later i was lastly posted at south west comd comp sig regt on 02 may 2005. Where the commanding officer, south west comd comp sig regt intimated to records that their no correspondence an intimation from the police or by the court regarding my involvement in any case and as such i should be promoted to the rank of hav. My case was investigated and it was found their i was not involved in any disciplinary case.

6- i requested oic records for giving me my promotion of the rank of hav as i had qualified all requirements for the same but got no response. I had also qualified course map reading-1 & technical trade (Ter) class-1 for the promotion of the rank of naib subedar. I was carry out my duties of l/hav wef 15 feb 2000 onwards all my dedication & devotion towards the service. However i was retired on service on 01 may 2006 in rank of naik instead of hav.

7- on reaching home, after my retirement i learnt that everyone involved in the case in both the firs lodged the both parties, have already been acquitted long back, but since i was not present in the court at the time of their acquitted. My name was kept pending as such i appeared in the court on 12 jun 2006 & i was also acquitted by the court on 06 sep 2013. Similar order as order in earlier cases of fir lodged at police station buhana (Copy of the order is included) was issued in my case as well.

8- sir, it would be seen that i was implicated without my involvement in the above incident and i was acquitted by the hon’ble court but my promotion was unduly withheld by the army (Signals) authorities not only this even by the commanding officer, south west comd comp sig regt letter no 2696/ca-7/t-7/113 dated 21 sep 2005 vide his letter no. 15356933/is/pc/78 dt 08 november, 05, had intimated that the individual is not involved in disciplinary case but still i was denied my legitimate right to promotion to the rank of hav for which i was already approved.

9- i may add that name of another soldier was also included in the same fir and he was given his promotion (Gnr tara chand retired from 168 fd regt as retired in the rank of sub major).
10- since i have already been retired in the rank of naik. I request that i should be granted promotion to the rank of hav from the date my junior was promoted rank of hav and i be awarded all consequently financially benefits. As within holding my promotion was illegal in view of supreme court judgment in case o[censored]nion of india vs k v janki raman air[protected].

This is regarding a complain on a person one mr. Ashokkumar who was in an army. He had a complain on producing duplicate education certificates, he ran from the army once its found presently he is in below address,

The local police closed the complain of the person (Recommend by politicians to police to close the case) stating he is not in the address,
But he is available in the mentioned address,

Everyone is complaining here for indian army but i am supporting to indian army

I have a booking for 3rd february at kochar instititue and paid a booking fee of rs1000 to hav. P velhangam (Phone number - [protected], [protected]) late last night on 12th september, we got a call that our booking has been cancelled because an army officer wanted to book the venue for the same date. When asked for a refund, the havaldhar threatened me with the military police.
This is the discrimination the other ranks face when what rightfully belongs to the other ranks is being encroached on by the officers.
My comment on the website was immediately deleted.
The officers have no right to encroach on the privileges of the other ranks. I would request the officer to contact me personally or hav p velhangam to give me his details.

Subject: an active army soldier at artillery centre nasik road camp, playing with national security

Respected sir,

1) let us know first, are army soldiers, during their service, allowed to do their private business in any civil area/market place while residing in army quarters suited in army campus? if yes, then who would be responsible for army campus security or national security? whether that particular soldier or the department who permitted him/them to do private business. and if no, then who allowed him/them to do private business in civil market place?

We need to understand that it is national security issue. artillery centre nasik road camp is the biggest artillery centre in asia. hav/clk sumit patel who residing in army quarters at nasik road camp, running his business. moreover, he spends his office hours at his private business place. he interacts most of the unknown or unfamiliar civilians and there is a possibility to leak or pass any confidential information’s related to the arty centre or arty records or army aviation to the enemy. If something mishaps, who would be responsible at that time when some terrorist attacked in some army areas like pathankot, gurdaspur, udhampur etc.

So, being a sincere indian citizen, it is our duty to inform you about national security.

2) today our nation is facing attacks at pakistan and china border. We are losing hundreds of soldiers’ every day. so, let us know that how much it is fair that our patriot soldiers losing their lives at border and some business minded soldiers i. E. Hav/clk sumit patel, making money after spending their duty hours at their private business.

3) for your convenience, you can check out cctv camera recordings, fixed at kargil gate/wadner gate. The soldier spends minimum 3-4 hours daily at his shop along with his wife. He is the head clerk of centre headquarter (Chq) but unfortunately he failed to do his duty for the country. i do not know whether he is getting salary for being army men or for his private business.

4) let you know about him that few months back, he was doing business from his army quarter. Later as his superiors came to know about his business, they closed his home shop with warning. But he is so money minded person that he ignored their orders and warnings and opened his shop at civil market place.

As you know that a money minded person or we can call 'greedy' person can do anything for money and in this case, the army soldier is so greedy that is very harmful for local as well as national security. Moreover, he is the head clerk (Adm branch) of centre headquarter (Chq), artillery centre nasik road camp. being a head clerk, he has so many confidential information about artillery centre that can be passed or leaked to anyone/enemy just because of his greed.

5) we would like to aware you that one soldier does such money making task than no one stop other soldiers to do so. as result, it would be unsafe for army campus as well as national security. so, it is a requirement that such business minded soldiers must be stopped and this action would definitely discourage other soldiers. as a result, they can concentrate on their duties.

6) we will be highly obliged if a proper action being taken and save the nation from enemies. It is just our suggestion; please do not consider this letter as complaint. We are indians and being indian, it is our duty to save and make the nation safe along with our honorable soldiers.

Today i visited command hospital western command, chandigarh for my mother's ultrasound test. We reached there around 9 am and given medical exam slip at the x-ray/ultrasound reception. We asked for any token number and they said "just sit in waiting room. We will call you". There were 3 waiting rooms specific to the medical test. We waited for 3 hrs long and then the doctor enter into the room (For eye patients). The doctor was looking for someone (His relative who were present there from an hour). Doctor just checked that person (He knows his name without viewing any slip) and after that he left the room (Informing the assitant that he will come within 10 mins). We asked the assitant for our turn and she told that next is your number but need to wait for the doctor to come back. We again waited for next 3 hrs and he didn't came. I really hate these kind of army men as no one take any action again them.

I beg to pledge my complaint against mr. Sumitran kv army hawaldar mobile: [protected]. We know each other in childhood as we are relatives and he came for marriage proposal i have been rejected. Very long time after i have talked with him after all as he is my relative. But that time he informed me that “when i rejected he has tried for suicide and he drunk some poison, accordingly he is suffering some health issue which cannot be resolved. Actually this was his track to get my sympathy. But to realise the same i have been taken long time. When i started to refuse this relation he mentally torture me by telling that he will suicide by writing my names and black mailing me by telling that he will inform to my husband and my in-laws. Now the situation is that he has been informed my husband and now trying to drawing that i am bad lady and forcing my husband throw me in street. And daily he is calling and doing sms to my husband and he started to harass him also. Now i am in a situation to end my life because of him. Please guide me and do the needful.
