Dear Sir, I am, 746503-F SGT Manoj Kumar Bhanja Deo, retired on 30 Sep 2013. So far I have neither received any receipt nor the card of ECHS. When I queried, The ECHS office, New Delhi says we have already dispatched it to you on Nov 2013. Please advice my course of action on this. How I can claim the card now ? Thanks & Regards Manoj

Dear Sir, My father later shri Jaiwantrao Yallappa Bansode was last withdrawn his military pension on June 1999 in his present from SBI Sangli Branch Code:0471 (MICR:[protected] Now my monther Kusum Jaiwantrao Bansode applying for coninuing the military pension as a nominee. We have misplaced the record of last pension withdrawn. We have to submit the details to army office duly authorised by the related branch of SBI. You are kindly request to advice on the same. I, Army No 15370818X Hav(Retd) R C Kandpal (Corps Of Signals) Date of enrolled is 31st Oct 1989 and retired on 01 Nov 2013 (F/N). As per Army ruling I am not eligible to get ACP III Nb/Sub pension because I enrolled last date of months, they are telling 24 years 01 days is necessary to get ACP III and I am completing 24 yrs and 01 days, As per PPO (payment pension order) No. S/46700/2013(Army) and Discharge Book No. 3327 dt 31102013 .It means last date of months enrolling is may be unlucky date for all army persons after completing defence service.
Sir I want justice as early as possibe, Otherwise it may not be tolerable for me this kind of financial loss after completing 24 yrs and 01 day service in defence and serving to country.And I am in very tension for this act.
Sir if this type of policy having please help me to ammend it .
Now Please I have request to find out this case, and give me justice.

Non Refund of Excess Income tax Assessment Year 2010-11 I, HMT Kushalpal Singh, filed my Income Tax Return for Assessment Year 2010-11 with ITO, GHQ Ward 4 (1), Pune and ITR V acknowledged No [protected] fwd to CPC Bangalore and recd ITR V by CPC on 30 May 2013. After more than three month ITR transfer out of CPC to Jurisdiction Assessing Officer income tax office on 05 Sep 2013 (my Jurisdiction/local office is ITO WD 4(1) GHQ Pune). Complaint against corruption in Army saving tainted Lt Colonel Ramendra Dutt Sharma IC- 54524P posted in Firozpur cantonment Punjab- judicial court framed charges u/s 33, 341, 392 & 34 of IPC & Supreme Court of India confirmed the cognizance u/s 323, 341, 384 & 120IPC. High Court of Rajasthan Jodhpur confirmed that he conspired for extortion. The summery of the case is- The judicial court of Ajmer framed charges against this officer IC- 5452P u/s u/s 33, 341, 392 & 34 of IPC and bailed him out with heavy security. The district and session court confirmed the legality of charges on the revision of this accused (published in Hindustan Times Jaipur edition dates 9 August 2013) The accused IC – 5452P is also facing charges of extortion and criminal conspiracy in judicial court. The Rajasthan High Court Jaipur and then Supreme Court of India maintained the cognizance against the accused in 2009. The Rajasthan High Court of Jodhpur in 1019/ 2005 order dated 20 December 2011 clearly stated that he used the signed blank papers to file false complaints. the support of the army is- The accused IC 5452P use army organization for threatening witnesses who have filed affidavits in the concerned court. The accused recently threaten me- the victim for murder to withdraw the cases. The army organization also sending certificate of the accused IC- 5452P in courts and also stating that the accused is busy in operation to save the country and therefore unable to attend the dates. the question is- Whether an army officer charged by the court in such heinous crime could serve the nation perfectly? Whether the army cantonments are made for officers to conspire to temper the witnesses as the Ajmer and Nasirabad cantonments are used by the accused IC- 5452P ? Whether the Indian army does not initiate explanations from such tainted officer who influence civil authorities on behalf of martyrs? .

Sir, I No 4186378F Ex Hav/Clerk Ramchandra retired from Army (Infantry/Kumaon Regiment wef 01 Aug 2013). My PPO No is S/52039/2013 (Army) dt 22 Jul 2013. Copy of PPO has not been received by my paying branch i.e. State Bank of India, Chomu (Jaipur) till date. I have visited to my pension paying branch four times but branch manager denied for receipt of PPO till date. I have done Bachelor in Engineering (Mechanical) from Asian Institute of management and technology, PitamPura Delhi (Website: www.aimtedu.in/), but from last few days I am trying access their website www.aimtedu.in but it is not opening, their all phone numbers are does not exists. I tried to inquire about them but AIMT have shifted their office but no one knows where they have shifted. Please someone suggest me and guide me through the process to handle this situation. I am very worried since it is related to my future. I have been searching on Google to get any information but no success. Since, it is related to my educational certification, I am finding myself in great trouble. If that was a fraud with me then please someone tell me how to fight against it. Their website is also not working.

1. PLI Policy no APS / NM / 4358-A having maturity date 07 Apr 2013 deposited with all the necessary documents like original bond, form LI - 9(b) and apllication for maturity claim on 09 Apr 2013 in person at Office of the Chief Post Master General, Karnataka Circle, Bangalore and they have forwarded the same to Additional Director General of Army Postal Service 1 CBPO Complex, Rao Tula Ram Marg C/o 56 APO-900056 on 23 Apr 13 stating that case file is available with APS. But I have not received anything form your office till date.
2 . I request APS PLI Cell to make necessary arrangement for the maturity payment.

I have done a agreement with VINOD LODHI Sipahi(Service no 4579365x) of MAHAR REGIMENT,SAGAR.But our agreement was breached somehow and he has given me cheque of Rs 230000 of SBI,MAHAR BRANCH,SAGAR dated:15th March 2013.I presented his cheque in bank and it got returned with momo that account has insufficient balance.and during this period he got transferred to Jammu.Now he is not receiving my phone and I am helpless.Kindly anybody suggest some way to realise my amount.

a walking track has been declared by the army authorities which is the ridge road and only people who wish to walk or run are allowed to go .. i did the same and was struck by hawaldar post guy who was not behaving well and when i called his senior to seek help , he took the hawaldars side and told me it was my fault . i wish india could have been in better hands . !

I got a letter from the GRC record 1 feb 2013, In this letter following details are mentioned ie. letter no. Corigental/PPONo./CORR/106838/2012 amounting Rs. 11672 and pension account no.[protected] maintained with PNB. I just want to know at what moment this amount is crediting to my pension account and also want to know the nature of this amount.
