I, above named Ex-serviceman retired from Records Army Medical Corps Lucknow-2 on 01 Feb 2010, and above quoted revised PPO received under above quoted reference letter of Records AMC Lucknow. 2. Sir, My pension bank is BANK OF INDIA BR KODOLI (WARANA) A/C NO [protected], but printing mistakes on both PPO that is STATE BANK OF INDIA instead of BANK OF INDIA, hence the my both PPO are erroneously send to CPPC, SBI Belapur Navi Mumbai by Records AMC Lucknow instead of CPPC Bank of India Nagpur, It is mistake of AMC Records. 3. CHIEF MANAGER CPCC SBI BELAPUR MUMBAI I, Col Balbir Singh have a pension A/C No [protected] at SBI Pune Collector Compound.I have finally retired on 22 Jul 2013. I am in receipt of Rs 16223/- as 50% of basic pension only. The DA component has not been released till date causing great financial inconvenience.May I request the authority in power to kindly release the amount and credit in my bank account.I shall be thankful for an early action please.

Sir, I No 4186378F Ex Hav/Clerk Ramchandra retired from Army (Infantry/Kumaon Regiment wef 01 Aug 2013). My PPO No is S/52039/2013 (Army) dt 22 Jul 2013. Copy of PPO has not been received by my paying branch i.e. State Bank of India, Chomu (Jaipur) till date. I have visited to my pension paying branch four times but branch manager denied for receipt of PPO till date. Due to non receipt of PPO copy, my pension for the months of Aug-Sep 2013 has not been released till date. I am facing financial hardship. I am requesting to your kind honour to intimate present status of my pension claim and action for early release of pension.

1. Sir, I have a PLI No APS/NM/147798-L and date of maturity of the same was 31 Dec 2012 as per your policy bond. I have submitted a copy of policy document with a personal application through GE (P) Vasco on 03 Apr 2013 and now fwd original policy documents through 168 FPO on 03 Jul 2013. But no any action has taken from your side. 2. Therefore you are requested to fwd payment order to Concerned FPO and me at the earliest as well as possible please.

I have done Bachelor in Engineering (Mechanical) from Asian Institute of management and technology, PitamPura Delhi (Website: www.aimtedu.in/), but from last few days I am trying access their website www.aimtedu.in but it is not opening, their all phone numbers are does not exists. I tried to inquire about them but AIMT have shifted their office but no one knows where they have shifted. Please someone suggest me and guide me through the process to handle this situation. I am very worried since it is related to my future. I have been searching on Google to get any information but no success. Since, it is related to my educational certification, I am finding myself in great trouble. If that was a fraud with me then please someone tell me how to fight against it. Their website is also not working.

Maturity Amount of PLI policy no APS / NM / 4358-A not yet received.
1. PLI Policy no APS / NM / 4358-A having maturity date 07 Apr 2013 deposited with all the necessary documents like original bond, form LI - 9(b) and apllication for maturity claim on 09 Apr 2013 in person at Office of the Chief Post Master General, Karnataka Circle, Bangalore and they have forwarded the same to Additional Director General of Army Postal Service 1 CBPO Complex, Rao Tula Ram Marg C/o 56 APO-900056 on 23 Apr 13 stating that case file is available with APS. But I have not received anything form your office till date.
2 . I request APS PLI Cell to make necessary arrangement for the maturity payment.

I have done a agreement with VINOD LODHI Sipahi(Service no 4579365x) of MAHAR REGIMENT,SAGAR.But our agreement was breached somehow and he has given me cheque of Rs 230000 of SBI,MAHAR BRANCH,SAGAR dated:15th March 2013.I presented his cheque in bank and it got returned with momo that account has insufficient balance.and during this period he got transferred to Jammu.Now he is not receiving my phone and I am helpless.Kindly anybody suggest some way to realise my amount.

a walking track has been declared by the army authorities which is the ridge road and only people who wish to walk or run are allowed to go .. i did the same and was struck by hawaldar post guy who was not behaving well and when i called his senior to seek help , he took the hawaldars side and told me it was my fault . i wish india could have been in better hands . !

I got a letter from the GRC record 1 feb 2013, In this letter following details are mentioned ie. letter no. Corigental/PPONo./CORR/106838/2012 amounting Rs. 11672 and pension account no.[protected] maintained with PNB. I just want to know at what moment this amount is crediting to my pension account and also want to know the nature of this amount.

At best of my knowledge i never done pli but pli permia stated to cut in my pay slip since [protected]@ of 2075 pm. so i request you to cencel and return my money with interest. i have made to many letters to 5 air fmn postal unit and last letter ref. no was 1607/PLI-Corr/FPO.

I, No[protected]P Ex-Hav (Clk/SD) Patel Narendrakumar Dahyabhai served in Army Medical Corps since 17 Sep 1986 to 30 Sep 2010. I was retired from Army service on 01 Oct 2010. A case for MACP and ACP granting for serving/retireing soldiers for 24 years and 26 years were pending. A decision of Govt given on 31 May 2011 that who have served 24 years service and more is granted ACP III and who have completed more than 8 (eight) years of service in one rank is granted MACP III wef 01 Sep 2008.

In this case I am also entitled for MACP III wef 01 Sep 2008 to 30 Sep 2010 but no action has been intimated by the AMC Records NE (Pension Group) till date. It is also submitted that no satisfactory reply is received from the staff of Non Effective Pension Group, AMC Records. I have requested for settlement of the case vide letter No 13970023P/PNK/Pers/2011/2 dt 10 Oct 2011 and No 13970023P/PNK/Pers/2012/3 dt 07 Feb 2012 addressed to PAO (OR) AMC, Complaint Cell, Luckow with copy to AMC Records (NE GP) but no intimation received till date. On delay of this part why I should have not claimed the interest on the my entitlement amount for the period.

This complaint is registered for early settlement of the case please. My PPO No S/034831/2010 (ARMY).

2. I was serving in the Indian Army, Corps of Signals and retired on 01 Feb 2012. It is intimated that my transportation of luggage claim of Rs 28,412/- duly sanctioned by CDA Allahabad vide their letter No Rly/Cl/ix/1442/78/SD dt 02 Mar 12. The same not be credited till date on SBI DSP A/C No : [protected]

3. The Corrigendum PPO for the pensionary benefits of MACP of Nb Sub is not received till date. . The same occurrence has been published by Signal Records vide Part II Order No 1/0109/0010/2012 dated 16 Jan 2012 wef 15 Jan 2012 and the same is entered in the sheet roll and FSA accordingly during my discharge drill. The revised LPC and the life time pension is also required in the corrigendum PPO.

4. In this fact, you are requested to credit the sanctioned amount of Rs 28,412/- as transportation of luggage and corrigendum PPO as earliest. Yours faithfully Unnikrishnan Nair P
