Sir, I am an ex-serviceman and I am retired from Army on 31 May 2012. My SBI Branch Tirora(2180) A/C No- [protected]and my PPO No S/025581/2012/ dated 09 MAY 2012 has been forwarded to your office by Army AD Record, has not been credited into my account. Commanding Officer 7 MAHAR Col Kuldeep Singh Dahiya not giving leave to Clerks of 7 MAHAR Regt as per their entitlement. You are requested to investigate and take action againt CO of 7 MAHAR accordingly. As per leave policy 02 months AL and 01 month CL is entitled for every clerk. But CO 7 MAHAR Col K S Dahiya not giving leave to the Clerks as per their requriement. Please investigate the case accordingly.

My AC No - [protected] in DSP, i submitted two application for second ATM card after opening account but not till received the ATM due to the poor service against DSP account hollders in SBI Rohtak branch. The situation is same to the other DSP account holders also. please take the necessary action please and issue me a secoud atm card.

Dear sir,
I am an army retired person and getting pension since 01 Mar 1970 and my bank a/c no. [protected] is in SBI at Anoopshahar
Dist- Bulandshahar (UP) pin 202390. I have checked my bank a/c balance on 28 Mar 2012 in SBI , they have recovered Rs. 40380/-
from my a/c without informing me.I inquired from bank employees, they replied that this money was recovered by pension cell Delhi.
I am not satisfied with this reply. You are requested to help me to inform with correct information in soft & hard copy from pension cell Delhi/ bank.

I am from Chandigarh, i have applied for the post of religious teacher in indian army, I have received call letter and after that i cleared all
the physical test at Jalandhar Cantt. And at the time of final Medical they told me that you have applied in wrong zone whereas in their add
they have not mentioned the area where to apply for candidate from chandigarh, as chandigarh is the capital so i applied/sent my relevant document to Jalandhar. My last Roll no given by them is 1138.

APS Bangalore is denying admission to students coming with TC. Giving a reason that ASC public school also become APS. Syllabus or teaching standard not changed. Just putting extra load on students. Question is why APS denying admission to students coming from other APS school and showing finger towards ASC public school. Which is not completly working as APS. Teachers are not adequate, teaching is also poor, students are just passing time,...

For the year[protected], I had purchased Bonds of IDFC for Rs 20,000/- and also purchased a Mediclaim of Royal Sundaram Alliance Insurance Company Ltd with Rs 6087/- as Premium amount, for which I shoud have been given Income tax rebate under Section 80CCF and 80D respectively. I have already sent the Proof of saving to your office as well as to L' wing of CDA(O), Pune. I have also sent reminder for the same. But till now, no rebate has been given to me nor did I receive any Intimation from your side. Please, do the needful at the earliest.

I wanted to join army and for that i went for more details i met with the man who was currently in army his name was Subash katkar. his unit was 303 field hospital C/o 56 APO. he is still there in army

He told me u have to give me 10000 rs, and u will be surly placed in army,

I gave him money on july 2011 and i m trying to contact him but he is not responding.

Kindly help or suggest.

However discipline case already been finalized on 05 Apr 11, Part II order of rejoining & Punishment awared has been published & sent to the AMC Records and PAO (OR) as well.(Part II order no- REJAWL- 0/1861LR/0004/201 dt 19 Nov 11, & PUNISHMENT-0/1861LR/0004/2011 dt 25 Apr 11) but still I did not get my monthly salary wef Oct 11, thousand times I made phone calls to Liason cell (AMC Records) but they always says that, next month you ll get your salary and credit balance My unit & myself had corrospondance with you for the same a) Sig no A 3078 dt 26 Jan 11, 20:18:21 b) Letter no 323502/X/A dt 25 May 11 c) DO Letter no- 308701/145/A dt 18 Jun 11 (written by co) and finally I had sent personal letter to no 15412102/Personal/ PSR/2011 dt 13 Sep11 then I got one Lac from my credit balance, I thought that, from next month regulary I ll get my Monthly salary & credit balance but in this month I did get even one rupee, so called to Liason cell spoke to Hav Naidu, again I requested him to short out my problem, he answerd me like that, Where you want to go and complaint, you can, that is not in our hand. Now I would like to ask your kind honour that, where I ll go, sir am very frusteted becoz of this all, Please help me out and look in to the matter and start monthly salary and credit balance at earliest. this is what i wanted to write to the Indian army itself, i prepared a draft. but i cant post it there for their website also doesnt work like their brains.
so i'll post it here you can get the Idea,

this email is a complaint registered against your trained soldiers. yesterday evening around 7:00 pm in south Delhi in Alaknanda area, at a Red light, there was an army truck carrying few of your men, the driver being in uniform, clearly miss-using the authority my flouting the traffic laws as its their own property, and thus creating a traffic jam, thus a inconvenience for everybody around them. while after much difficulty i asked the driver in anger, that "is he mad?" for i didn't expect this kinda behavior from the army personnel. then i went off to my destination which being a coffee shop in greater kailash 2. to my surprise your truck followed me till there while i was parking, several of your soldiers got off the truck and threatened me for beating me up shouting in front of everybody there creating a embarrassing scene in public, saying"we are from the army we can take your car and you also, you know we are from the army". even going to an extent for asking information where i live and my family's whereabouts. and other things they said in the spur of the moment. until few other people from nearby came and saw five- six your undignified soldiers encircling a single man in middle of the road, they couldn't control their manners or tongue or anything. my question is , is this what the army is? whats the difference with the terrorists when your own so called soldiers flout the traffic rules and terrorize the citizen that too in such a unmanly way of six men against one? I'm surprised and disappointed.

I am Raj C Son of a retired army personnel,i had got an admission offer from An army college which required a Medical fitness form that should be signed by a Officer commanding at military Hospital and not ECHS.The college had issued the form on my particular name and i did not have any photocopy of that.First of all when i went to the Military hospital the Officer in-charge denied signing it but after my father's interference and Commanding officer's order the Officer in-charge filled up half the details with a pen but did not countersigned it saying that "the authorized person is not present". i went there again after few days,this time they said that the equipment to check the eyes and the ears are not there. i went home and after few more days i again went to the hospital,that disturbed the medical officer in-charge because of constant inquiry about my medical fitness form.One Officer of MAJOR rank named "ANKIT KUMAR" abused me and said that "he's not there to entertain me and i will not get a single penny from the office".

As i had only one form and moreover it was written with a pen,thats why i was not able to move to any other civil doctor which they had advised for.After repeated attempts i made the officer in-charge fill the half form which he had left earlier.He not even measured or inspected but filled up the form on his own.the rude behavior of the MAJOR made me cry after many abuses.At last he thwarted me and showed the exit gate.when i asked for the suggestion/complaint book,the Officer got angry as he knew that i am going to write something against him,so he slapped me and thrown me out of his office.I regret that why my father served the Indian Army for 28 odd years ? This is what i got in return , only hassle and public embarrassment. Till now i haven't got the from signed and its of no use because the last date to submit the Form has Ended.

They have ruined my career.I had heard that Army People are rude and are bit mental,but after going through the ordeal i agree with the same.

I know that all army men are not of the same type but i think only a glance is enough have a rough idea about anything.

Lt Col Mk joshi along with wife Manisha Joshi and children were travelling in golden temple mail from amritsar to bhavani mandi (rajasthan) on 13th April 2011.The train reached nizamuddin railway station in the morning of april 14, 2011.Mrs manisha joshi wife of Lt Col Mk Joshi was carrying her mobile (nokia n8 costing 25000 rupees),jewellery(2 gold bangles costing 60000 rupees and earrings costing 5000 rupees)and cash rupees 5000 and an ATM card of state bank of Patiala in a black coloured ladies hanging purse.Mrs manisha joshi was sleeping on birth no 23(side lower) of A-1 coach of 2nd Ac-class and her purse was hanging with a hanger located in the birth itself.some unidentified person took away the purse when the train started moving.The matter was reported to the TTE and the coach attendant but thhe lost items could not be traced.It is therefore requested that the complaint be addressed at the earliest and the thieves be apprehended.

It has became a regular practice for the 5 Kumaon Regiment, Hasimara, C/O 99 APO to sale their canteen goods to the civilians in open market. From last 5 days I have observed that the canteen goods loaded car is coming to Alipurduar town which is a subdivision of Jalpaiguri district of West Bengal and regularly selling their goods to the open market. As a result the shopkeeper from the city are teking a undue adventage and making a good profit without paying the proper sell tax to the Governmet. As per my knowledge is concern, I know that the CSD/ Armed Forces canteen goods are only for the Defence personnel,ESM & their dependents.If being a part of the prestigious department from the Indian Armed Forces does this type o[censored]nethical practices then it is really a shameful part of our Saluting Army. I really don't understand how it could be possible for Indian Army to perform this short of activity which can really make a huge dammage to the Economical status of the market and on the same ratio it is making a safe passage for the shopkeeper for an illigal practices. I hope the matter should be considerd seriously and the practice should be stopped immediatly as we all beleave on Indian Army. Jai Hind, Bharat Mata ki Jai
