Body of my Xperia C3 Dual is broken from back and we sides. At the corners and at the charging point. The back side has cracks in it. The silver strip on the sides has broken from the corners. The speaker also has problems. Voice is not clear. The speaker is probably ruptured. It also has a problem in its charging point at the jack. It does not fit the USB cable in properly.

    I purchase a mobile phones from m2k rohini, the shop name is the mobile hub. I made the 2 years insurance from tms insurance company at rupeess 750. Now my mobile phone is damaged. now when I call to the tms insurance company they are not picking the phone. now I requested to the company to refund my all my money from the company. I purchase on 3-1-2014 of rupees of 7, 500 only. so I request to refund my all my money including insurance 750 rupees. or repair my phone . phone IMEI NO- [protected] MODEL IS - XOLO A600 IPS SCREEN PLEASE SOLVE MY PROMBLEM SIR I WILL BE VERY GRATEFUL TO YOU.

    TMS PLUS ( total mobile solution plus) — not providing service properly

    these are the numbers [protected], [protected] on which they are not picking calls its very urgent for me my phone is not working and it is in insurance and warranty period also please work on this fast

          Hi..i had given a mobile in insurance company (total mobile solution plus)on 10th of october 2014...there was a problem in sound, and they promised me to returned in next 15 days...but today is 5th nov... almost 25 days but still i have not recieved my mobile yet...they r not responding properly and they r not providing me the job sheet no as well ..there office is in shahdra and there ph no([protected]) and[protected]...from last 7 days i m following them .and they told nothing will happen if i do complainst aganst their company...pls do the needful...           Hi I had given my phone to your company SONY T2 Ultra on 16 Jan 15 and there is no call back I have received from them.They have mentioned my phone is completely unrepairable. Then they agreed to give me the claim of 35%of the current value.which is as per them can be checked on promotional websites. Your staff is unprofessional and talk to people very rudley. No money is refunded to me yet till today on 17 mar 15.Just keep delaying the process day by day.please revert me back.Shikha Sony t2 ultra [protected] job sheet no 34958.
