CVC sent the complaint to VO HQ Army but VO took no action and after 2 years when enquired through RTI, they replied the officer is superannuated on complaint date.
So no action is taken.
Actually officer was re employed again and worked till August 2021. and retired now.
What the rule on above situation?

Mobile phone fraud i lost 3000

Hi. My name is Satish Agrawal. I saw an add on Facebook about some furniture to be sold by an Army Personnel Manjit Singh. His contact number is [protected]. We finalised the deal for 14000 for a Sofa set and Cupboard. However he mentioned that there was some transaction issue and asked to pay additional 6380 rupees. So in total I paid a total of 20380 rupees to their account @ India Post Office Bank.

They offered me to buy a canon camera for 8500 but before the delivery they taken 10, 000 as insurence, courier charge, etc and after some time they are not recieving our phone calls . That money is my friend fathers operation money plz solve my problem

im staying in Ahmadabad, we were searching a 2nd hand dining table on olx & quickr in that we saw the attached items, so we contacted the person through website, he introduced himself as airport head of ahmedabad and cisf officer, saying that he is transferred from Ahmadabad to different state and he was selling his house hold items u people can see the pictures so we gave them 2000 rs advance for booking then he said he will send the material then we will have to give rest amount, after some time he called us and said he need 9100 rs as a courier services, that also we paid, later the courier guy called us and said sir is busy now, need complete payment before dispatch, that also we did, in all total of 31000/- we paid, finally we had relaxed, after 1 hour the main guy called us and said that we need to pay extra 11500 rs out of that the courier guy will return ur 11000 rs and 500 will be taken from you, this time i found it fishy and felt like im duped in this fraud..then without wasting time we approched police stn in local and complaint about what happened with us here the police said go to the bank and complaint about it.when we approched bank they said that the bank has no authority of blocking any account they need police FIR copy or court notice to do it, so we again went back to police stn and told them then they said we need to approch cyber crime office which is in saket ahmadabad at Sp office, in the mean time they gave us the online number to do complaint 155260 its cyber crime number, we gave complaint and we blocked the fraud person account number.it was good the amount transferred was still there in it...he called us and said the account has been blocked and started giving bad words to us .we requested him give us the money so that we will take the complaint back, he said take the complaint back he will transfer the money, but this time i was not the fool to do this ...

Vikas Patel had contacted me through 99acre for renting my house. He had to pay me ₹30, 000 as deposit which he said will pay through Google pay. He sent qr code initially to show how it is done by making payment of 100rs and later cheated me for the amount ₹94, 500.
He submitted his fake documents like adhaar card, driving license, canteen card. He refused to return payment by any other mode and now is not picking up calls.

Again another penalty for an error, and excuse saying late issue, parcel will be delivered next day. But till no product n my money is blocjed due to fraud.

And the shameful deed is that Indian army pe bharosa nahi hai kya. Sharing military id, documents so casually.

I was scammed by Gunner Shiv Charan ([protected]) & Sundeep Kumar ([protected]) today i.e. 26. 11. 2k21 from Ahmedabad Hanuman Army Camp. Shiv Charan sent his fake ID proof and asked me to send my ID proofs & bank details or Gpay Acc. He told me that he runs a canteen there and wants to buy my chocolates. Sundeep Kumar deals regarding payment. He called me and sent QR codes of Rs. 1 & 5 and told me to scan these codes ..As I scanned, amount got deducted from my account and then he sent me QR code of 20k..He told me this is called as merchant banking & that is how Indian Army works. He tried to convince me to scan that 20k qr code but J found it mischievous so I denied to scan.
Please it's my humble request to Indian Army & crime branch to take necessary steps.

I will pay all online payment of car but I can't home delevery of car

My name is Manish kumar. I have seen Post on Facebook for sale Tv, Led, Refrigerator, washing Machine, bed, almari, dinning table.all items in 60000 only. I was called him and discuss about deal. He was told me only pay 2050 for tokan then after home delivery you will pay another amount. So I was final deal and pay 2050 . Then he was send me indian army courior receipt and send me delivery man contact no. So I was contacted delivery man than started fraud. RahulSingh Gujar send me indian army canteen I'd, adhar card. Delivery man said for pay gst and pl around 8400 rs. He was said you were worng payment. Pay 800 & 400 two different transaction. I was paying another 8400 as per discussion with him. after half hour he was said please pay remaining amount so I was discussed many times after that pay remaining amount 4750. After that say provide live location so I was send live location after that his gps was not connected to my location multiple times than say pay gps error amount 9750 so I was paying than same issue like After one hour discussion. And told me if you not paying then return all items and no refund money.
Indian army officers name Rahul Singh gurjar from Gwalior he was working Delhi airport passport checking and he transferred duty in Bhubaneswar airport.
So please check all attachments

Hello, I saw an advertisement on OLX for ALTO K10 Car by a person named Iqbal Singh. He gives his contact number.

After having chat he says he is from the Indian army and provides the car details pics, RC of the bike, and his Aadhar card details.

After that, he insisted I pay 3200 for the army parcel and the postman will deliver it to my current location.

After making a lot of convincing in name of the Indian army and soldiers.
I paid him 3200 as the requested account (Phonepe) is also saying army transport.

After that, he said it will deliver by evening. After that, a guy called in name of an army delivery postman and asked me to pay the remaining money before getting delivered by saying the parcel is stuck and needed rupees 15200 to get it.
After that, both start convincing me to do the payment. Finally, when asked you are a fraud, they agreed and said that you feel less pain as you get free in less amount.

I am being duped by 50k with the name of army man named Randeep singh.i had a house for rent and these guys told they ll pay advance rent as they have to submit in army office for sanction and so made us believe that we can only pay thru Google pay and it works differently.you have to sent money n thn it ll get reversed which they show by testing 1 rs next two amounts didn't get reversed and they keep on promising on uniform n army.really bad to experience this kindly help in if possible.Uniform of any service is respectful not to be used like this

I run a small business. A guy called me and said he have to place orders for 25 boxes of Chocolate and asked to give sample photos on what's app. Booked an order and so i asked for part payment which was 5000. Ultra cash machine... He said that he'll give my number to some other guy and he'll pay. The other called and said he is calling from canteen area and will proceed a payment for 1 rs and check if i get the payment and sent a qr code for scan... I asked him that i have to trnsfer tge payment...so he said k prle aap kro than 2 rs ka refund aajega...which was donr as it is. After 4 hours long calls with both the guys they looted 1.25 lac and said that my account can't accept reciepts. Ultra cash machine... supporting cash balance..bharat mata kasam..wardi kasam and what not. Can some body help me with this matter.
