This is very disappointing that spammers are using the Army id card to do fraud and our army is not taking any legal action against them.

The person Ashok Singh posted on FB that he wants to sell his car i.e Thar and interested candidate should call him on the number [protected], therefore, we called him and after having a discussion he informed us about the car and it is available for sale but right now it's in the Indore army campus and will be shipped to my location through army vehicle and for that, we need to pay 10550 which will be deducted from the total cost if you purchase this otherwise will be refunded.

Also, have requested to pay 39000 for the GPS tracker which we have refused.

He has shared his army ID card and all the ID proofs therefore we trusted him.

6th Sept 2021; I had placed an add in 99acre for renting out my property and within few minutes got a call from this so called Sepoy Jaikishan. He said he is from Delhi and going to be transferred to Mumbai from 1st October onwards for Airport duty. He wanted some pics of my property to show it to his family.
After couple of hours he called back again and said his family liked the property and is interested to go ahead with the agreement. I asked for token amount on which he said will transfer via Paytm as Indian Army has some merchant account and hence can only transfer it via Paytm. I said I have no idea of the same but let me check and get back.

This is absolutely sad and dangerous as this persona has all the id cards of Indian Army and looting person.

I wanted to sell my CLAT books as i changed my major in between of the course so this uncle approched me through olx and wanted all the books i had of CLAT. I gave him my no. and the amount he had to pay was 4000 so he asked for paytm and said i am an army officor and our all payments are transacted from our office through the office's website. as i heard army i trusted him blindly and did whatever he said so i was on call and he gave his phone to the another person working there . first he asked me to deposit 5 ruppee through paytm to confirm the transaction so i did that and 10 ruppees were credited in my account then he asked to do it for 4000 so that 8000 must be credited to mine. at that time i hesitated a bit and asked why do i have to transfer an all stuff. he said we are posted in jammu and here transaction are made like this for saftey purpose. so i did that too but then he said the money cannot be transfered because there was a session time out. (i had transfered 10, 000 till that time, ) so i had some argument with him so for proof he sent me his addhar card and canteen smart card so he asked me to do the transaction again then i realised he is a scammer but it was too late. He said today [6th september] he will transfer it through bank but when i called him he said he went to the bank but bank is also saying there is no other way as my account had very low balance and that to today is sunday i dont know which bank works on sundays . i have the addhar card and canteen card pic and his phone no. and screenshot of all the transaction i made through paytm. i want all my money to be refunded back and to track these fake users scammers and to be punish / fine them strictly . how can they use so reputed name of army to do such disrespectful act. Shame on such people...

Money sent to army transport, for the delivery of Honda Activa 6g, i have seen add on Facebook and as on the mobile phone Nagesh ([protected]) communication with the seller, the total deal is ₹ 20000/-, the guy who is dealing with me, named Nagesh ([protected]) and all details attached.

He told me that the vehicle is delivered to ur destination Aamir khan by through the army courier, courier amount is₹2000, which i transfer...

And he commit to transfering the car from there transfort and he told me to pay rs 6500 as transport charge whenever I dond like the car he can refund that amount. After that communication he give his phonepe number and I send him rs 6500. Now I open the website to tracking and I knows its a fraud and shocked

I have been calling them from 9am to 5pm with a constant ringing and waiting and busy cycle alternatively in different patterns. But no one has decency to receive call and tell me to shut the ### up.
I am feeling worthless enough to try with the legal herarchy officers so noone would be left out of this shame of corruption and ignorance.

1. To see name getting involved in corruption of recruitment in indian army.

On 18 Apr 2021, I saw the add of scorpio S3 model in carwaley.com site.next day call to the car dealer, price of the car was 4 lakhs, vehicle was of JH registration and person whom l called was in Indore along with the vehicle, liyakeek Ansari was the owner of the car, whom l was talking, He agree to send the car to Ranchi through transport, mean time he demanded for 5thousand for transportation which was refundable if the car is not like by me. He send me the consignment note of the car. Next morning around 11 am, person name Ratan singh calling him as CRPF constable, call me that your car has been reached around Gumla and u have to pay 15 thousand for security Money, than l called to car owner regarding this matter, Car owner told he is going to transport office to ask this query, than he told me to pay 15000 thousand and this is refundable when the car is not liked by me, so I paid 15000 thousand to him, Again after some time same driver Ratan singh Called me for another 22 thousand for GPS location charge, again l called to Car Owner again same thing, I pay 22000 thousand, After that again Ratan singh called me for another 48000thousand for Gst charges, This time l refuses to give me, then the car owner told me to pay the pending Money otherwise his car will be pending for 3 months with that transport company, This is really big fraud going on the name of Indian Army, l am sending the contact person of all person indulge in this fraud, plz take action against them

I'm writing this complaint against the Indian Army Staff named B.G. Durga Prasad. He had placed an ad on Facebook regarding the sale of his household products as his transfer had been done from Delhi to some other state. As per him, he works in the Airport Security check. While confirming him he asked to deposit of token on INR 2000/- on 16 Aug 21 as security to hold the products for the purchase. While asking for the details he shared the Phone pay details of Kamal Kumar Bairwa and said the reason is that he has a salaried account so can't take the amount in his account. Being an Indian Army staff I trusted him but I was not aware that he was a fraud and doing scams.
Later I went to Delhi on 17 Aug 21 for some office work, so I contacted him and asked to deliver the product today and will pay the remaining money of 28000/- at the time of delivery.
First, he was ok with it and said will deliver and asked to check the product 1st and then made the payment and said he is preparing the billings and he deliver as soon as possible.
He shared the fraud receipt of the Indian army for the delivery with all the details and then share the delivery person contact details- Gunnar Sathish- [protected], so I confirmed with the delivery person as well and he said he is at the security gate and verify the product list and then he will be left for the delivery.
Post 20 mins he called me and said you have to pay 8100/- GST+ PL as it has to be paid now and at the time of delivery, you can deduct the amount and paid the remaining balance.
I denied and called the B.G. Durga Prasad, he said he was not aware and has insisted to pay the amount but I refused, at that point, I was confirmed that it was a fraud, as at the same time my friend was also dealing with him and he said all products available and shared the bank account details of Kamal Kumar Bairwa and asked him to pay the amount. But he stated he will pay at the time of delivery. We both were interacting as my 2000/- was struck with Durga Prasad, then he said you share your ID and Pan card so will share the details with their senior to allow the permission, so I shared that as well.
Post that he asked to share an OTP, and surprisingly that OTP was of an AU bank, where he was trying to open a current account under my name and verifying the aadhaar details but I refused to give that OTP to him.
I was not trusting him anymore, and I asked him to give him a video call, 1st he did not answer the call, then I said its a fraud, and then he answered the call. So, I took a snapshot of his pic as well.
So, I said to cancel all orders and return my advance money of 2000/- but he said that the amount will be on hold for 6 months and will not refund before that.
That cleared everything. He cheated on me in the name of a trustworthy Employee of the Indian Army.

I hope the senior management of the INDIAN ARMY, will take strict action against BS Durga Prasad.

I saw a FB post as sale of Royal Enfield bike by a Army Sepoy. He told he is transferring to Ahmedabad. His name Mahesh Sule. Then he told he will be courier the bike and charged as Rs. 2100. Then the courier person his name Praveen and told he is going to deliver but we should pay Rs. 11, 550 and again asked us to pay Rs. 11, 000 and Rs.50 seperately and still want us to pay Rs. 9, 000. We asked him for refund. And now he is not attending our call. This way we paid Rs. 25, 000 to this guy. How to get the money back.?
