Hello i saw a add on Facebook for sofa set, bed, dining table fridge, washing machine, AC, TV (Ammount of 50, 000)by person name AMIT KUMAR( [protected]) He give his contact number, [protected]. After having chat he says he is from indian army and he is now working at Guwahati Airport. he demand Rs.5000 for booking and accordingly i payed Rs 5000 on 14.03.21 in favour Ashok Kumar Mishra(transport chief) [protected] on Phone Pay Google Pay. On 15.03.21
he give me no of a person who will delivery the materials named Sunil Kumar ( [protected]) he told me that i wold like to pay 9000+999 as gst +PL in favour of Ram bahadurRAM BAHADUR JI (transport chief)Account Number[protected]IFSC - PYTM0123456, Bank : Paytm payment bank and accordingly i payed 5000+5000 but he said that payment may be as 9000+999 in two phase and my previous payment will be deduct in total amount to be paid and i again paid 9000+999. after that Sunil Kumar told me that time is out and paid overtime charge rs 12150 and i paid 12150, and
After that he asked me to pay the remaining money before to get delivered.Otherwise we will not be allowed to take it, and I paid full payment rest of the Rs- 130001, but i mistakenly paid two time . after half an hour Sunil Kumar told me that GPS time of vehicle is over so i required to paid then he again 15540. i denied to pay he force me to pay for which Sunil Kumar refuseto delivery, then I understand he is fraud now what I am doing,
i have all recording and payment statement as well as chat kindly help me please and refund my money back.
