Hello,
I saw a advt on olx for activa 5g 2019 Model 8500 KM driven. i contacted him, he claimed himself in indian army based at Jaisalmer, Rajasthan Named Bhag Chand Lal Bairwa. For my satisfaction i asked him for sending Activa's RC and his Photo ID then he whatsapp me the same with Aadhar, PAN and Activa RC alongwith Activa video.
In his all documents his permanent address was same as Jaipur and also i checked the Activa Reg. Number online which was perfect as mentioned in documents. After that he asked me to pay 1550 for transport charge from Jaisalmer to Jaipur through 'Car and Bike transport service' - Indian Army and the transport amount will be deducted from deal price (21300/-).
Accordingly i paid 1550 trough paytm on other number of transport manager as provided by Bhag chand Lal. Yesterday evening by 7.15 PM i received transport challan with photo of packed Activa and asked will be deliver today by 11.30 AM at my home as i provided my DL copy for delivery address.
Today transport driver called me as he has stopped at Jaipur border (Bagru) due to GPS charges to be paid 5099/- which will refunded in cash at the time of Activa delivery at my home..i denied for the same initially but somehow they convinced me for the same and again i paid through Paytm then again they told me pay Rs 5000 and 99 separately because i did wrong transaction of 5099 together as it should have paid separately i.e. 5000 and 99 as 99 will be charged and rest 5099+5000 will be refund in cash at the time of delivery. due to believe on Indian Army challan and its typical transport process i paid again separately and told him not to pay any further charges, if any occurs and they agreed for the same.
Then after 1/2 an hour transport driver again called me from nearby Jaipur border as he said and asked for 7000/- for receiving charges to be paid on same Paytm number as per Army transport rules for final delivery at home. Then i felt i have been cheated and denied to pay any amount, in reply they asked me its OK my delivery on hold for 45 days. I did not contact then further till time after 1.17 PM today as I am trying to lodge FIR against them with documents I received meanwhile.

I was thinking to purchase a bike so i went through olx and i found active splender.. I contacted him he sent me his bike rc and he said he is in indian army so he sent me india army ka card too but all those thing was fake..
He asked me for 2150 rs to book the activa and after that he said he stays in jodhpur so he said he will send activa to jaipur..
Even he sent me the documents of bike..
After few hours he asked for 7999k rs and i sent it too after that he said i have to pay 7999 more as he is in indian army so he can't sent activa to my place without money..
After paying 10000rs he said your money is not reflected in my account so you've to pay 4k again. I refuse to give him 10150k more so he asked me to pay 10150k more.. And i paid 10150k.. After that he asked me for 5k more as a pending charge and i refuse to give..
I paid total 60000 to him..

I'm Har### Jha from Delhi and very disturbed due to an incident occurred with me on 19th Feb.'21 and it is being done by some people from Indian Army mainly named Sahil Kumar, Bablu Kumar, Sunil Kumar, etc. I posted my laptop for selling on Facebook Marketplace after using the laptop for 1 year and he contacted me for the same and told me that he is highly interested yo buy my laptop on same amount that I posted on Facebook Marketplace i.e. Rs. 30, 500. After that, the deal was done between us for the product. When the payment time came he sent me different-different QR code scanners on my Whatsapp to scan and get paid for the selling laptop but when I scanned it and proceeded for amount to be paid then amount was started deducting from my account after that I got shock about it, he told me that money is under the army machine lock and it will be surely refunded to you but then he sent me more OR code scanners for scanning through my different bank account as there was limit on transactions on my first bank account spammed. I don't know, how I trusted on these Indian Army fraud guys and proceeded for everything in the thought that every amount will get refunded to me but nothing I got back from their side. They fraud me a total amount of Rs. 95, 000 which is very-very big amount for any middle-class family. After this much ###, they were still asking for 20, 000Rs. more to get my money refunded back to me. The most ### and ### people of our country! I'm calling him everyday and after every single hour to return my money but they're just saying that give 20, 000 more and then the whole amount will get refunded to you but they all frauded me with almost 1 lakh rupees. I'm a student and the money was deducted(fraud/spammed) from my father's and mother's accounts and now we don't have money to buy anything except essential foods to survive. I'm suicidal and much disturbed of this incident. Please respected Sir/Ma'am, resolve my issue as soon as possible. My studies stopped because we don't have any money to pay the fees now and we are workless now totally on road. Please take a strict action against the culprits of Indian army and please get my money 95, 000 returned to my parents' account as soon as possible sir I beg you!

I saw an add on Facebook about this fire trek cycle I msessaged him about buying and cost of the cycle. He send me the cycle photos and send me one number [protected] dharm singh. I contacted dharm singh and said I want to buy the cycle he said yes the have brought that cycle for my boy but now the hieght of the cycle is not good. I asked how to buy the cycle. He said he is working with indian army so he will send through transport u have to pay 740 for booking and then 2800 for army transport charge and again and call 2750 transport charge only. At last he said i[censored] pay 4000 then only u will get the cycle and this 4000 will refund at the time of delivery. I refused I won't pay he send his army canteen card aadhar card and all and stuck to it u have to pay 4000 after that only u will get the cycle. I said I will won't pay u just refund me my money he said it will take 3 month after that u will get u r money.

They msg on what's up to buy something and then offer couple to gt paid but when we scan coupon they ask pay to them and ask for id proof and send their cad canteen smart card

Sub:- Online Money Fraud against Car Selling Army Cop

Respected Sir,

Recently I wanted to purchase a car and so searched on facebook marketplace and found an ad for Maruti Alto 800 vxi model (22000 km running) (WB08A8762) with price tag Rs. 50000 in Panagarh (Paschim Bardhaman) location by a person named Sudip kumar ghosh ([protected]/[protected]) on 20th March 2021 i.e on Wednesday. After contacting this person on facebook marketplace chat, he gave his WhatsApp number +91-[protected] and (Mobile No. +91-[protected]) and told me to send message on WhatsApp. After having chat, he says he is from Indian army. I was really surprised with the car price and asked him to send more details and more photos of the vehicle. He then sent more photos of car, RC of vehicle, Driving License, Army ID as well as his Army Canteen Card details on WhatsApp.

After looking into the details, I asked him to share car location. He told me that the vehicle is in Panagarh Army Office then I said, I will come Panagarh for car inspection but he refused and surprisingly said “We will send the car to your home location whenever you want through Army Parcel Department for which he demanded to deposit Rs 5150 as a security deposit to Army office account (Account Details: ARMY OFFICE, Account Number: [protected], IFSC: HDFC0002598) which he claimed to be the account of Army office. I asked him why he is selling such a new and conditioned car in such a low price. Then he said that he has been transferred from Srinagar due to which he wanted to sell his car in hurry. Then I told him that without checking the vehicle I will not transfer any amount. On which he emphasized and given assurance of Army that everything is genuine and authentic and told me that the whole money will be refunded by the delivery man in cash if I am not convinced with the condition of the vehicle. After making me lot of convince in the name of Indian army and soldiers, I payed him Rs 4000 as the requested account (i.e. Account of ARMY OFFICE) and rest rs-1150 paid ( i.e. Account of MANSINGH DHRUW, A/C No.[protected], IFSC CODE- PYTM0123456) is also saying army transport office. On return he shared a receipt of Army Transport Parcel Department. After that he said it will be delivered by tomorrow (21 Jan, 2021 i.e. Thrusday) and asked me to share my Aadhaar card and passport size photograph. Considering him to be an authentic person from Indian Army, I shared my Aadhar Card details, local address and photograph with him on his WhatsApp number. After that a guy (named Manohar Singh [protected]) called me in the name of army delivery post man on 21st jan 2020 around 9 am and informed me that he cannot deliver the vehicle unless I pay Rs 15500 further to the above-mentioned army account. Listening to which I called Manohar Singh that I will not pay a single penny before the delivery of the car but again they insisted me that there is some technical problem in their Army office because of which I had to pay Rs 15500 anyhow to deliver the vehicle in my address. Considering this as a genuine case, I got convinced and asked one of my friend to transfer the said amount to their account (Rs 15500 transfered to the account of ARMY OFFICE). And my friend finally transferred Rs 15500 from his paytm account to his paytm wallet. After they received the said amount, they again tried to trap me portraying some other reasons and started making pressure on me to transfer Rs 15000 + 500 more (two separate transaction) to their account. Finally, I got convinced send money to same army account. After they received the said amount, they again tried to trap me portraying some other reasons and started making pressure on me to transfer Rs 14500 again and again Rs 11508 (Total – 62150) I transferred same account. They again tried to trap me portraying some other reasons to send 22500 that time I understand he is a Fraud and asked him to return my amount but he said that my money will not be refunded and cut the phone..

I have attached all the related documents he shared with me.I have all bank transaction id /all Whats app chat history if required will share with you.

I let you know the whole info, before launching FIR against them.

If you have any suggestions/advice please let me know, I will go through the same process as suggested.

Aise krke isne mere se iphone 11, 128 gb ke pure paise le liye 60, 000 lekin na phone diya na paise..iss kutte pe jld se jld action lijiye government.. Iska Saara number on hai iska Bank account active hai. U.P ka bank account hai.. Police ke pass jake complaint likhwane bola toh bolta hai kch nahi hga.. But agr police chah legi toh track krke 1 week ke ander yeah pkra jaayega.. Ispe action lena chahiye.. Lekin hmare Indian police ky krte hai kuch nahi pta..

Olx bike delivery is a very fake and I loss my money 10000 rupesh...

Show add on olx. it was affordable so contacted him through no([protected]) name kiran rai. he said he is in indian army we can trust him. now he is in UP. asked me to send rs 1000. said he will send camera for 2 days. if we like it we will get it for 15000 else he will do refund. In WhatsApp he shared camera photo along with id proof. aadhaar card[protected] pan card (BXPPR4646Q) and canteen card (LA[protected]A00). once i send him money 1000. he shared transport slip. and again asked for 2000. once i asked for refund he refuse to do so.

Sir mane army officer se gadi kharidi or use pure pasie online dediye par vo ab gadi nhi de raha h or bol raha h ke transport me phasi h nikalne ke liye or paise dena padega

I have contacted this person through OLX he told me he is soobedar posted in Jalandhar, punjab.
He asked for some assurance money before sending mobile phone.
He made deal of 38200 for iphone 12 mini.

I have been cheated by the name premlal dhivar who said that he is serving an indian army. He want to sold his car maruti suzuki 800 register number with a sum of rs 75000.so he told me to deposit rs 7000 for parcel charges.
And after i deposited the said amount he send me the photo of army parcel slip. Thus i believe it was true. Later he asked me to deposit rs 21999 for gps. And again he asked to deposit rs 27500 for gst. Now he asked to pay the 13500 full amount 60000 (As deal) and the car will be submitted to me.
I need your kind help plz help me. I'm worried and trouble.
