I saw an add on olx related to scooty,
With reg no. Ch01ak9917
I called the

He assured to deliver at my address at sukhna guest house chandigarh, sec 35b.
He called 1000 rs for booking this.
I transferred 1000 rs on phone pay on mobile no.[protected] (Jitendra sain) on 23 august.
Today when i called abt delevery, the courier man said u hv to pay half amount 5000/- in advance.
And they did not refund my 1000 even.
I have full detail of whtsapp msg, and paymnt pic.
Plz look into, bcz they will harm to any other persn also,

Scoott is new and in well conditioned, the user told me that "He is an army officials, and he got transfer from Ranchi to jammu and kashmir, so he wants to sell his scooty, He send me his details, and RC of the vehicles also, And asked me to pay 3100 in advance, and the remaining will be paid after the vehicles delivery, i also agree, but when he provide me the account of Paytm for sending money, i get something doubtfull on him, and i have crossed verify it. I also said the seller whose name is Deepak kumar singh, i want to see the vehicles first, But He get rid away from these and convince me to not see the vehicles,
Finally i search on google regarding these querry, i found the same things has happened with also another body, so i have decided to left it.and i didn't do the payment.
But these are the fraud happening on the behalf of indian army, peoples will loose his /her faith on indian army soon. So please something should be done on the behalf of it. I have a proper proof of it. If indian army official want to contact me then plz find me, i will handover the proof to them, i.es the Seller with his canteen card, and Aadhaar card too.

I saw a ad on olx mobile section ie redmi note 8 pro cost of 5000 rupees.
I called the given number and I asked him that I'll come to where he is to see the condition of mobile but he said that the order will be delivered to my house by post then he went to post office for delivery the delivery person says to pay 50% of the order amount he says to pay that extends to nearly 20960

Actually sir, fraud is done with me about vivo s1 phone, through Facebook advertisements I contact with his mobile no, then he send me all the details about himself, then I believed him then I paid 520 rupees for delivery, then next day around 4pm they communicate with me through phone then, they told you have to pay at first 1, 199 then 3, 799 then I already paid 4999rupees, then thay told you must have to pay at first 1, 199 after that 3, 799, for this 2 transection has been done, then also I paid then tay told you have to pay 9, 999 then also i paid after that thay told you pay again 9, 999then 14, 000.so I'm from very poor family, totaly I paid around 53, 000, rupees, any one can help me please🙏🙏🙏😭

Sir, I have done a deal on olx for alto k10 with rupees of 100000/- The buyer called me from this number [protected] and said to pay 4155/- for parcel booking for Indian army office (international airport mangalore ) so I have paid it from through google pay to transport officer ([protected], a/c no[protected] icici ) then next day parcel boy called me and said to pay 9199/- for GPS tracking charge I have paid that money then he say that not processed by network problem. Then he said to pay 9000/-, 200/- so I have paid this amount too then he say to pay 15000/- to security charge that time I said I have no money Then he called me and said he will going to cancel that parcel service . I said ok please refund the money. Then he said he have merchants account so send my Aadhar and pan card and otp for refund the money. I paid 22500 /- and my otp in the trust of Indian army now he saying to send another pan and Aadhar Iam not send it. Now he is not chat and doesn’t take my call . I made this transaction on trust of Indian military but these fraud deceiving all person like this . I think Indian Army should also take necessary action to trace that frauds and give them a necessary treatment.

Hello team, i seen a add on olx for split ac by person name dharam singh, he give his contact number and whatsapp no and deal is finalised in 13000/-
After having chat he says he is from indian army and working as a petrolling staff, and want to sell ac due to transfer and provide pics, invoice, his adhar card and canteen card.
After that he insisted me to pay 2150/- for army parcel charges and postman will deliver tomorrow it to my home address.

After making me lot of convince in name of indian army and soldiers. I payed him 2150/- as the requested account is also saying army transport charges, he shared a receipt of army parcel.

After that a guy called in name of army deliveryman and asked me to pay 5150/- as a gps charges i payed the same and now he was said that pay 5100+ 50 different entry and confirm me cash refund at the time of delivery i payed the same as he made tounge promise of soldiers. After 1/2 hours delivery man called me that need to pay 8230/- amount to be deposited as a army security charges before delivery and let me know that he was reached near 10km of my house, i argued with him and the person called dharam singh than lot of his convince i have made the payment.
I have payed total 2150+5150+5100+50+8230, and now his delivery man demanding to clear 11500/- army refined amount and to be pay all the amount in cash refund at the time of delivery and lot of arguments with dharam singh, i refused this time to pay and he said cash will refund after 100 days and switched off his all contact and whatsapp.
All payment made in paytm bank account[protected].

Please suggest what to do, is any possibility to get my money back and complaining process for fraud.

I have found bullet image on my facebook .Then i recvd the number he said me that he is in milatary and send me images of there id proof . and said that you have to make payment of amount rs 3100/- as service charge this amount is less from your vehicle . then i paid this amount after that he said that you have to make more amount near about 11500/- . then i refuse to pay him he will sought out on mee . his name deepak kapoor

I Send 3000/-Money For1. DUKE BIKE(TOTAL AMOUNT-60000/-) From Indian Army Parcel Service In The name OF MR. BABLOO KUMAR(CISF-CONSTABLE ID NO.-141473) through google pay and his mobile NO.-[protected] and money send this NO.-[protected] of Bhopal account. on dt.- 19.08.2020, then he send the transport details and pictures of delivery papers .next day that means 20.08. 2020 he again ask to pay 12300/-before delivey, he said the this payment will be deducted from the total amount and the item will be delivered within half an hour .then i ask the parcel present location that time he and delivery boy said that that is not possible that is rules violation. So i don't give the balance payment and i need to know that this genuine or not. I SEARCH THE DETAILS IN INTERNET I GET SOME DETAILS THAT I HE IS A FAKE MAN

Sir .. one person name Shesh Kumar Malvi he said to me that he was from Indian army and he sends me his Adhaar id, Indian army card and he asks me to pay 10000 for the courier to dispatch from there so I paid it. Now he is not giving my cash or the phone.

I saw a add on olx for new holland tractor I called the person and talked about it and then he said we will send the tractor at home address and you give the there and then he said give your Adhar card photo And deposit ₹3100 for taking tractor out from airport I gave him and then he sent me photos of the gate pass and after some time he said deposit ₹11000 for Turning on the gps Loacation I understood its fraud becare full off all these frauds .

Manish Bajaj has posted an advertise to re-sale his car on urgent basis. Price is 2, 50, 000 and he shared some images so I thought car condition is good. Most importantly he said he is working in Indian army and he has shared RC book as well.

He is asking to pay 3120 rupees to parcel car to your place and it will reach at your place within 24 hrs. Next day another guy called and asked to pay 13999 rupees as a GPS amount. Which we were not discuss anymore so called him and he said yes that is required then person will deliver it to you.

I said once car will reach at my place then will pay you full amount then he said it will return if you will not pay and blocked for next 3 months.

I tried several times but he is not picking my call and not replying.
There are several gangs are doing fraud and wiping our most respected Indian Army. So my request to the responsible person to take immediate actions on these incidence.

I have received an add on olx that a person is selling Innova car on olx which looks in good condition as per the photos he added and the price was way to cheaper so I thought of buying it and dropped him a message . He reverted me his number and asked me if I want it to be delivered at my doorsteps which I agreed and told me if I don’t like it after inspection he will refund the amount.
Next day he asked me for 3150 as security money for transport and gave trust that an army person will never cheat anyone so I paid and he sent me a receipt which has total deal amount, online paid amount and transport amount mentioned and told me it will be delivered in 24 hours to me. Next day I received a call from courier boy from Faizabad who asked me to pay 11200 for courier fee which I denied and asked him to visit home first . After that they never called me as they tried enough me to pay but I did not.
The name of the person was Binay Kumar who was the seller and he sent me RC and all as well

I see a ad on facebook then i place the order of mobile then i receive a army slip of army office jaipur
The delivery boy say me that you deposit the scooty amount which is more than the mobile amount
Then i deposit amount that he say to me but i don't recieve the mobile or dont get my amount refund

I am living chennai i seen a scooter in olx and contact the person his name
manohar singh he tranfered from chennai to jammu khasmir so he want to sale his scooter he took 70000 amount in parts and not delivered the sooter
from last four days and transporter vikas patel is supporting to him

The next day the delivery boy called me and asked to pay 4199rs for book the shipment. I have paid this amount too, next did the same asked to pay GST-3649rs, full payment-6632rs and security charges -5990rs. Till now I have paid 20999rs...

I done 4000 rs of 12000 rs then he send me courier and the yesterday morning he ask to me for money and the exact( 2 A.M.), the courier boy call me madam clear the mail verification then u get the courier He said he is nearby me upto 4 to 5 km . He call me again and ask for money again again he abusing me .they after I call CISF person he is my brother and asked his courier man asking me than his asked me clear your remaining payment than submitted your parcel otherwise return this product BISF headquarter and I'm asking first this product are submitted my hand than I have clear to your remaining payment than his cut the call and again not any reply me.
