I would like to raise a complaint against "Sanjay Singh" for fraud done by him.

I received a call from "Sanjay Singh" on 18th July 2020 at 11:37 am from phone number [protected] that he was interested in renting the part of my houses located in rahatni.

He mentioned that he is Amy official and presently located in Jodhpur Army camp and he had transfer to khadki army camp.
He mentioned that he had to joint on 1st of August in the khaki army camp.
He informed me that he will sent money as an advance deposit for renting my house.
He sent me a Google QR code for the transaction and mentioned that using this QR code he can send the money of me.
He asked me to click the Google QR code in the Google account and then the 15, 000 RS amount was debited from my account at 2:37 PM 7/18/2020 UPI Reference number[protected]
I released that this QR code was of receive and saw that money was transferred to “Vanita Sarkar” UPI ID: - [protected]@paytm.
I requested him to send me my money back for this he has not responded my calls now,

I am fruaded by Mohammad Ali in Facebook market place yesterday I see that car selling photo maruti suzuki swift then I contacted him by phone call then he told that product delivered by airport service army transportation then he asked to send money worth of 5100 and I sent that money to name hadev singh by Google pay the next day morning other person called me then he told that I am driver from ay transport office then he asked money by step by step 5100, 15000, 15910, 21500 I sent all that money at last he asked 26400 for document charge it will negitive by your deeling money worth of 125000 but i didn't sent that money because iam realised I have been fraud by them I am submitting fruader number [protected] plss help me to get my money back

My brother made a purchase on olx the person was selling iphone x he has sent his canteen card addhar card pan card phone bill and later a receipt of indian army transport his name is jaikishan a sepoy in army his canteen card number is LA[protected]S00, 15450316H pan card number is BAXPJ8882R aadhar card number[protected]firstly he asked for Rs 920 as courier charge and later asked for 9000 which we have given and made a fool of ourselves...

I met a guy in OLX on 16 July around 4pm in the evening he was selling a maruti Suzuki Alto 800 (blue colour) for 45000rupees and I with the help of his contact number I requested for the car details and then he gave me some random officer's details and photos and then he asked 3100 in advance and remaining payment during the delivery so I sent him 3100rupees. The night when I came to know from a friend about all these frauds then I called him again and told him about the scams then his words were( Sirji meh apni vardi aur desh ki kasam khake kehta hu aise kaam hum kabhie nhi karte) so i said ok we'll see.
The next day he said u have to pay extra 11500rupees for some formality then I told him I'm cancelling the deal return my money then he asked my debit card photo and I sent him the photo after a while I got an OTP and then he asked me to tell reveal the OTP to refund my money then I refused and told him send it normally .As I said the last word he disconnected the phone .

I’ve ordered for bike in Indian army on 16/07/2020 they cheated me money where they told me to pay now half cash like that I’ve paid please consider my request and refund money please

I have seen the add on olx for tv urgent sale and the deal was attractive so i called the given number [protected] and the watsapp status was also cisf officer he did video call also wearing police uniform so i trust on him and confirmed the deal than he said transport charges have to pay in advance 945 rs. So that they can deliver the parcel as this is the rule of airport so i did the same and he sent indian army courier receipt than he demands 3199 rs. As a gst charges which is refundable and than he started demanding more money and than not replying my calls and not refunding my money

We have a garment business. So from our fb page he i. E. The indian army person whose name was vikas patel asked to buy kurti from us and he will pay us in advance. He asked for phone pe connected mobile no. Through which he will pay us rs.8700 full in advance.

He sent us qr code and asked us to scan and enter upi code through which my account got debited. He told us his account also got debited and to try this again. We this this again for rs. 8700 and same happened again than to reverse the transaction he sent us refund code to scan of rs. 17400 the same amount again got debited.in this way he took rs. 26100 in total. He tries to do this again but now we had understood his trick.

He had with him dc / cc swipe machine. He sent us pic of the swipe machine too to again fool us so that he can use the trick again to make the fraud. Please help me to get this amount back.

Hello i saw a add on facebook for canon 6dcamera by person name rajesh sharma. He give his contact number. I contact through whatsapp.

After having chat he says he is from indian army (Cisf) and provide the camera details pics with price, their courier service card.
After that he insisted me to pay 1150 for army parcel and postman will deliver it to my current location. I payed him 1150 as the requested account is also saying army transport. They send us the receive card.

After that he said it will deliver by next day morning. After that a guy called in name of army delivery post man and asked me to pay the remaining money before to get delivered for gst perpose. So i pay 4200 rupees. Then he told me that you did wrong you have to do like 4000+ 200. So i did the payment as per requirement. Then again he call to pay of 6000+200 to get the mail from their office so he can come to next destination. After some time he tell me that remaining amount you pay n the product will reach your place in 1 hr. So i pay the 4250 rupees.
Till now i pay 20000 rupees to them but the product is not delivered.
Then i search to check the indian army transport system so i see the lot of post of fraud case done before as same. Then i get panic n call them to send their location so they tell me for your location request you have to pay 7320 now n the camera deliver to your place n your 7300 rupee i return in cash. But i refuse to pay. So they told me that if you not pay the money we will not deliver your product. N your request go on hold your money get you after 45 days. They still ask me to send 7320 rupees n then we send your camera.
He is still calling me to pay 7320 rupees n say then only your camera deliver to you.
They all doing fraud by using indian army transport. The use of indian army name is make believe the people that they get their ordered products. But this is not happening.

Today i saw add on olx and asked father to ask about the vehicle.. He then booked the activa as the person named vikas patel has been transferred to delhi from dehradun and would want to sell his activa. When i saw the consignment page in evening time there was no number mentioned. After that when i called themand asked for video call. Then they sent us adhar card with fake no.

I am buying a scooter in old, scooter woner she said i am working in dum dum airpot (Cisf), i am sending your scooter trough indian army transport and parcel service, frist time she said your delivery charge is 2100, and i am sending the amount after that, she said u have to pay 4100 for security purposes and is it redouble, then i am sending it after that she call me and she told me your amount is not unlock mail, please sand 4100 am refund 8200, the i am sending 4100, after 5 min call me and told u have to pay 8200 the ur mail is unlock, then i am send it, but after that she told me ur delay charge 5500 i am told him i don't have many she didn't deliver scooter.

There are several complaints lodged against this manjeet singh but surprisingly he still goes on with his fraud business. I don't know if someone is using manjeet singh's id and doing a fraud in his name.

Yesterday we were cheated by this person who claims to be manjeet singh from indian army, he showed interest to buy one of our products, shared qr code and took away 15, 000.

The contact number of this person was [protected], he was supported by other person who calls himself colonel sandeep borar ([protected]).
There is one more person involved called gunvant prajapati.


They fooled us with a story that in army canteen they follow a different type of payment where they would need to swipe their card first for which qr code is generated, when we scan the money will be debited from our account but they will issue a refund qr code later. Once you fall in their trap, they keep removing money from your account, its quite serious.

I have raised an fir in local police, reported this matter to cyber-cell.

On date[protected], for alto k10 on olx car for rs.70000 and seller say he (Vikas patel/gaurav kumar) is in india n army and posted at jaisalmer head quater.
He said that car will be send through parcel and parcel charges rs.7200 which are refundable. After he parcel next morning he again called and ask for another gps amount rs. 11199 and then ask for full payment on rs.18199 and then ask for security rs. 31799 which all amount refundable. After make all above payment. Again, he ask for amount rs.22, 199 for receiving charges after that you get your vehicle. He is fraud and hold all amount. I request to indian army please help me to found these type of person and refund back my whole amount.

I see the bolero 2017 model on olx so we contact the govind singh indian army and deal will be fixed of bolero price 2 lakh 80'000 rs. Then i send 4000 rs. For tranport charge then he says that your vehicle is send at your address. Next day delivery driver will be called me that send 15150 rs. To open gps location. After this vehicle will be send your home address.
Please help me...
