There is person on olx application who selling a mobile phone named realme 5 pro at 3500 rupees in which i got trapped and send him 2000 rupees the date of the incident is[protected] in morning... The reason i send the money is getting the image of an indian army officer name as vikas patel... I m doing this complaint so that u can find that the officer is real or not. I m attaching the image of id's. The mobile no. I get call is [protected] and the mobile no. I sent money on paytm is [protected]. If you get some information kindly inform me. I want to request onlt that plz find the criminal who is doing this with the help of army officer id if he get found plz ensure me the refund if possible.

All the complain was registered here is correct and i was also a part of this who lost 5199 rs he was stating that he was selling a car at 150000 rs from jaipur rajasthan

Money sent to army transport, for the delivery of maruti swift vdi 2010, i have seen add on olx (http://www.olx.in/profile/[protected] and as on the mobile phone communication with the seller, the total deal is ₹1, 10, 000/-, the guy who is dealing with me, named suresh ([protected]) and all details attached.

He told me that the vehicle is delivered to ur destination (Salem) by through the army courier, courier amount is₹5160,...

I found a bike selling advertising of splendor plus on quicker. The bike was only 10 month old and was being sold at only 25000rs.
I contacted on the mentioned number ([protected]). He sent me r. C. Book and his indian army canteen card as a proof. He told me to that i am out of station and will sent you a bike on your address via courier and i will transfer all the papers on your name also only you have to send to your "adhar card, passport size photo and a singnature" and 2100/- courier charges and do the rest of payment after receiving bike.
So he sent me a photo of courier office and inside of courier office also then i sent him a 2100rs courier charges on ([protected]) this number and after receiving payment when i demanded for receipt then he started to demanding more 1000rs as a receipt uploading charges then i refused to send the money.
I told him earlier you talked about only couriers charges only which i sent you already now sent me a receipt.
Then he told me that you have been cheated go to hell and do what you can. So please help i want my money back.

I met haveldar manjeet singh on olx. He trapped me by saying he is in indian army. We had a deal. He said he will sell his redmi note 8 pro at ₹ 8000/- and asked me to pay advance money.. I paid 2000 in advance via google pay.. But after some time he said he need more money its very urgent so transfer 6000/-by google pay again, than he again asked me i paid him 6000/- in total i paid ₹8000/- via google pay. A person who's name is avdhesh kumar and he is indian army. I look a add from olx.in and i contacted him via phone & whatsapp. At first he said pay just delivery charge and then he say pay gst. Afterthat he say your gmail is not verified for this he told pay 4000 rupees. Then he wants a otp from mine and ask me for otp. But i can't share my otp.

I want to buy second hand mobile from olx. I saw advertise and choose it.
After that a fraud call from [protected] told me to deposite money in the phone pay account of [protected].
So i deposited 15000 to the account step by step.
After that they again said to deposite amount, but i refuse to deposite after confirming it is fraud.
So kindly help me to take legal actions

I'm swaraj dey of west bengal nadia, on 20/06/20 i talked to biplab rabha who said he is posted in dum dum west bengal he had posted an advertisement on olx about his bike and i talked with him on this matter, he said he will parcel the bike to me and for that i need to send rs3150/- to his transport manager so i sent the amount to him after that he sent me a receipt copy of the parcel, on that moment i saw the picture and i was confirmed that it is fake and it was edited on phone, suddenly he called me and told me that to make the bike leave he has to pay more 5500 rupees for the gate pass, i already doubted so i asked him that i can't send the amount my account limit has crossed, some how he asked me to send me the amount tomorrow. I'm so disappointed and sad because of this insident and they use the name of indian army,

I saw an advertisement on olx yesterday. A person who identified himself as mushkam naveen and claimed to be from the indian army had listed a 2010- santro for just rs 40, 000. We spoke over the phone during which he inspired trust by sending me pictures of his identification document. Then he demanded rs 2100 to ship the motorcycle from shamshabad to my location. I provided him my id proof of address than after 5 mins he send me the courier bill. And told me your car is ready to ship in 10 mins. Than again he called me and asked me to transfer 5500 for some gps charges which i have to pay for indian army services which they will return once i get the car. To gain my trust he talked to me on whatsapp video call for 10 seconds just to show me that he is on duty and he was wearing the army dress.
Later i realized he is a fraud. Soon i reported fraudulant at olx and they deleted his ad. His number is still active[protected].
I know i will not get my money back but atleast by your immediate action we can stop him from cheating others.
Request to take immediate action on such types of fraud peoples as they are spoiling the image of army professionals.

Sir i saw a add on olx for apache bike by person name ankit sarker. He give his contact number.
After having chat he says he is from indian army and provide the bilke details pics, rc of bike, his adhar card and canteen card details.
After that he insisted me to pay 3100 for army parcel and postman will deliver it to my current location.

After making me lot of convince in name of indian army and soldiers.
I payed him 3100 as the requested account is also saying army transport.

After that he said it will deliver by evening. After that a guy called in name of army delivery post man and asked me to pay the remaining money before to get delivered.
After that both start convensing me to do payment. Finally when asked you are a fraud, they agreed and said that you feel less pain as you get free in less amount.
